Claims (5)
- 中心波長が1064nm帯であるパルスレーザ光を出力するパルスレーザ光源と、
コアが純シリカからなり、クラッドがF元素添加のシリカガラスからなり、基底モードの零分散波長が1.3μmより短く波長1064nm帯で正常分散であり、前記パルスレーザ光源から出力されるパルスレーザ光を入力端に入力して、そのパルスレーザ光が導波する間に発現する非線形光学現象に因り帯域が拡大された広帯域光を出力端から出力する光ファイバと、
を備えることを特徴とする光源装置。
- 前記光ファイバの長さが30m以上1000m以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源装置。
- 前記光ファイバの長さが200m以上500m以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記光ファイバの長さが30m以上100m以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記パルスレーザ光源は、パルス幅が0.1〜10nsであってパルスピーク強度が5kW以上であるパルスレーザ光を出力し、平均パワーが50mWより大きいパルスレーザ光を前記光ファイバの入力端に入力させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源装置。
