Claims (13)
前記誤差信号の標準偏差が最小閾値を超える場合、前記チャンバを通過する前記呼吸可能な気体の流量が所定値より低いと判断し、前記係数がより低い流量用に調整されることを特徴とする方法。
チャンバ(20)内の水(27)を加熱し、前記呼吸可能な気体が前記チャンバ内を通過することにより加熱されるようになされた加熱器(56)と、前記加熱器(56)から前記水(27)への熱入力を示す信号を提供するようになされた温度応答デバイス(58)と、前記チャンバ(20)からの熱出力を示す信号を受信するようになされた入力(55)と、前記加熱器(56)を調節するようになされ、1組の係数を使用するPIDフィードバック制御(100)を有する制御装置(54)とを備え、前記制御装置(54)はプロセッサ(70)を備え、前記プロセッサ(70)が、前記加熱器(56)から前記水(27)への前記熱入力を示す前記信号と、前記チャンバ(20)からの前記熱出力を示す前記信号との間の差に対応する熱量差から前記チャンバを通過する前記呼吸可能な気体の流量を推定し、前記呼吸可能な気体の推定流量に基づいて前記係数を前記呼吸可能な気体の温度目標値との関連で調整するように構成されたことを特徴とする加熱器システム。
前記プロセッサ(70)は、前記誤差信号の標準偏差が最小閾値を超える場合に、前記チャンバを通過する前記呼吸可能な気体の流量が所定値より低いと判断し、前記係数をより低い流量用に調整するように構成された加熱器システム。
