Claims (17)

前記変形可能な固定手段がばねであり、
前記固定手段が、前記組立体内に前記固定手段を保持するばね保持手段を更に備え、
前記ばねが、ワッシャ又は可撓性の円板である、
固定メカニズム。 - 前記ばねの底部表面が凹面状である、請求項1に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記ばねの底部表面が凸面状である、請求項1に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記ばね保持手段が前記組立体内の溝である、請求項1に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記ばね保持手段が前記組立体内に挿入可能なキャップである、請求項1に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記キャップがねじ山付きの外側表面を備える、請求項5に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記固定手段を前記キャップの溝の中に取付けるために、前記固定手段の上部表面上に取付け手段を更に備える、請求項5に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記固定手段を前記キャップの溝の中に取付ける、前記キャップの底部表面上の取付け手段と、前記取付け手段に嵌合的に係合する凹部とを更に備える、請求項5に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記取付け手段がステムである、請求項7に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記ステムが、前記固定手段の前記上部表面の中央に固定される剛体のロッドである、請求項9に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 前記ステムが、前記固定手段に前記ステムを取付ける末端とは反対側の上部表面上に中央スロットを備える、請求項10に記載の固定メカニズム。
- 請求項1に記載の固定メカニズムを利用するロッド取付け組立体であって、
前記ロッドを着座させるロッド台座を有する移植部材本体と、
付勢手段を着座させる付勢手段台座と、
前記ロッドを前記ロッド台座に対して付勢する、前記付勢手段台座に着座した付勢手段と、
を備えるロッド取付け組立体。 - 前記付勢手段がばねである、請求項12に記載のロッド取付け組立体。
- 前記ばねが、ワッシャ、可撓性の円板、及び他の可撓性の器具とから成るグループから選択される、請求項13に記載のロッド取付け組立体。
- 前記ばねの底部表面が凹面状である、請求項14に記載のロッド取付け組立体。
- 前記ばねの底部表面が凸面状である、請求項14に記載のロッド取付け組立体。
- 前記ばねが可撓性の円板を備える、請求項1に記載の固定メカニズム。
