Description
Claims (10)
- それぞれ周縁を有し、第1及び第2の開口部を備えている上側及び下側の硬いプレートであり、前記第1の開口部が、それぞれのプレートの周縁まで延びている上側及び下側の硬いプレートと、
周縁を有し、第1及び第2の開口部を備えている少なくとも1つの可撓性のプレートであり、この第1の開口部が、可撓性のプレートの周縁まで延び、前記上側及び下側の硬いプレート間に挟まれている可撓性のプレートとを具備し、
前記上側及び下側の硬いプレートの第1の開口部と、前記可撓性のプレートの第1の開口部とは、垂直に整合され、また、前記上側及び下側の硬いプレートの第2の開口部と、前記可撓性のプレートの第2の開口部とは、垂直に整合され、
前記上側及び下側の硬いプレートは、実質的には、同じ径を有し、前記可撓性のプレートは、前記上側及び下側の硬いプレート間で圧縮されている時、これら硬いプレートの直径より大きく延びる直径を有している、チューブから突出している突出部を有し、
前記可撓性のプレートを圧縮するように、前記上側及び下側の硬いプレートを互いの方へ移動させるための、前記第2の開口部を通って延びている圧縮手段を更に具備し、この圧縮手段は、前記第2の開口部を通って延びる注入チューブを含む、チューブから突出している突出部を有するチューブのためのシール。 - 前記上側及び下側の硬いプレート間に、複数の前記可撓性のプレートがあり、前記圧縮手段は、前記注入チューブにはめ込まれた少なくとも1つのナットを含む、請求項1に記載のチューブのためのシール。
- 前記上側及び下側の硬いプレートと前記可撓性のプレートとは、反応器チューブの内部に位置され、この反応器チューブは、互いに整合された前記第1の開口部を通って延びているチューブから突出している突出部を有し、また、前記反応器チューブの内面と前記突出部の周囲とをシールする前記可撓性のプレートを有する、請求項1または2に記載のチューブのためのシール。
- 前記上側及び下側の硬いプレートと前記可撓性のプレートとは、更に第3の開口部を夫々備えており、これら第3の開口部は互いに垂直に整合されている、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1に記載のチューブのためのシール。
- 前記上側及び下側の硬いプレートと前記可撓性のプレートとの前記第3の開口部に受けられるチューブを更に具備する、請求項4に記載のチューブのためのシール。
- 前記圧縮手段は、更に、前記上側の硬いプレートの上側で前記注入チューブを囲んでいる圧縮スリーブを含んでいる、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1に記載のチューブのためのシール。
- 前記圧縮手段は、更に、前記圧縮スリーブの上側で前記の注入チューブにはめ込まれている少なくとも1つのナットを含んでいる、請求項6に記載のチューブのためのシール。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1に記載のチューブのためのシールを前記チューブ内に互いにチューブの軸に沿って離間させて上下に夫々配置する工程と、
夫々の前記圧縮手段により前記上下のシールが位置する第1及び第2の位置で、チューブの内面をシールする工程と、
周囲の圧力と異なる圧力のガスを前記上側のシールと下側のシールとの間の隙間に供給する工程と、
この圧力が安定しているかどうか判断するために、一定の期間にわたって、前記隙間中の圧力をモニターする工程とを具備するシールの試験方法。 - 前記チューブの内面をシールする工程は、前記可撓性のプレートがチューブの内面をシールするまで、可撓性のプレートを前記圧縮手段により圧縮するように、前記上側及び下側の硬いプレートをそれぞれ互いの方へ押すことを含む、請求項8に記載のシールの試験方法。
- ガスの制御された流れを、前記上側及び下側のシールの両方を通して注入する工程と、この背圧を測定する工程とを更に具備する請求項8または9に記載のシールの試験方法。
