Description
Claims (8)
- 原油を加熱する熱交換器における微粒子及びアスファルテンファウリングを低減する方法であって、
基原油を提供する工程;および
前記基原油を所定量の高溶解分散力(HSDP)原油と混合し、混合された原油を製造する工程であって、前記HSDP原油の全酸価(TAN)が少なくとも0.3であり、かつ前記HSDP原油の溶解ブレンド価(S BN )が少なくとも100である工程
を含み、
前記混合された基原油およびHSDP原油の総量は、前記所定量のHSDP原油が、前記混合された基原油およびHSDP原油の総量の少なくとも5%となる量であることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記所定量が、前記混合された基原油およびHSDP原油の総量の少なくとも10%に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記所定量が、前記混合された基原油およびHSDP原油の総量の少なくとも25%に等しいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記所定量が、前記混合された基原油およびHSDP原油の総量の多くとも50%に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記HSDP原油のTANが少なくとも2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記HSDP原油のTANが少なくとも3であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記HSDP原油のTANが少なくとも4であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記基原油が、全原油と少なくとも2つの原油の混合物とのうちの1つであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
