Description
The present invention relates to a coated prefilled syringe.
In the medical field, a prefilled syringe which is a product in which an injection necessary for treatment is prefilled in a syringe is suitably used. Usually, when administering injections in ampoules or vials to patients, the operation of aspirating medicinal solution with a syringe is indispensable at the medical site, but this operation is omitted when using a prefilled syringe. There are advantages such as reduction of work burdens, prevention of medical accidents such as drug misuse and misadministration, and reduction of the risk of contamination and bacterial contamination.
Here, as a medicine filled in the prefilled syringe, a medicine solution (eg, mecobalamin) that deteriorates due to light may be used. In this case, it is necessary to shield the light so that such drugs are not exposed to light.
As a technique for achieving this object, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a light-shielding label for a prefilled syringe that covers an encapsulated portion of a medicine.
Moreover, for example,
However, there is a demand for the development of a prefilled syringe in which deterioration of the medicine by light is sufficiently suppressed, operation at a medical site is easy, and manufacturing cost is low. In particular, the ease of operation in the medical field is an important factor that directly contributes to the prevention of medical accidents.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a prefilled syringe that is easy to operate in a medical field, has a low manufacturing cost, and sufficiently suppresses deterioration of a medicine by light.

The coated prefilled syringe of the present invention is easy to operate in the medical field, has a low production cost, and sufficiently suppresses deterioration of the drug due to light.
In addition, the prefilled syringe coated with the present invention can be easily removed immediately before use while holding the flange part while visually confirming the plunger as the operating part, so that the plunger is moved by mistake. The risk is small. In addition, after removing the light-shielding cover, there is nothing that obstructs the visual recognition of the drug solution, so that the necessary amount can be reliably injected and administered.
Furthermore, when removing a cap with a light-shielding cover, a light-shielding cover can be utilized for prevention of chemical scattering.

[Table 1]
The obtained specimens were exposed to light having an illuminance of 1000 lx / hr for 1, 3, 5, 10 hours (three at each time), and mecobalamin was quantified by the following method. The 0 hour data of Comparative Example 1 was commonly used as the 0 hour data of each specimen.
A white fluorescent lamp was used as the light source. The specimen was placed on a turntable in the light stability test apparatus, and the turntable was rotated during light exposure so that the sample was uniformly exposed to light. In Comparative Example 2, light was irradiated from the lid side. During light exposure, the temperature and humidity in the cabinet were maintained at 25 ° C. and 60% RH.
The results are shown in FIG. As is clear from FIG. 3, the sample (formulation) of Example 1 showed the same mecobalamin degradation inhibitory effect as the sample (formulation) of Comparative Example 2.
[Method for quantifying mecobalamin]
This operation was performed using a light-shielded container that avoided light. 0.5 mL of each sample was accurately weighed and a pH 3.0 tartaric acid / sodium monohydrogen phosphate buffer solution was added to prepare a sample solution. Separately, water was added to a mecobalamin standard product to dissolve it, and a pH 3.0 tartaric acid / sodium monohydrogen phosphate buffer solution was added to obtain a standard solution.
About 10 μL of the sample solution and the standard solution, tests were performed by a liquid chromatographic method, and the peak areas QT (sample) and QS (standard) of mecobalamin were obtained.
Amount of mecobalamin (mg) =
Amount of standard mecobalamin converted to dehydrated (mg) x QT / QS
