Description
The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition for drainage pipes.
Conventionally, many bleaching detergent compositions based on alkali metal hypochlorite have been known to remove stains adhering to hard surfaces such as bathrooms, bathtubs, washstands, kitchens, and their drains. It is widely used for the purpose. Since the bleaching detergent composition as described above is applied to various surfaces such as inclined surfaces and vertical surfaces as well as a hard surface, in order to exhibit excellent bleaching cleaning performance when applied to any surface. In addition, adhesion and staying property to the target dirt is required.
As a method for improving the adhesion retention of the composition, a means for spraying in a foam form with a trigger sprayer is known. However, when cleaning the inside of an elongated drain pipe, a large amount must be sprayed, which is unsuitable. . In addition, attempts have been made to improve adhesion retention by imparting viscosity to the composition, and as a method for imparting viscosity to the composition, a means of blending a polymer-based or inorganic mineral-based thickener is known. However, it is not preferable from the viewpoints of decomposition of hypochlorite and stability of the compounding system at low temperature storage, and it is not practically used at present. Further, as a method for imparting viscosity to the composition, means for blending various surfactants are known, and from the viewpoints of decomposition of hypochlorite and stability of the blending system at low temperature storage, usable interfaces are known. While the types of active agents are limited, efforts have been made to efficiently impart high viscosity with a small amount. However, in these compositions, the container containing the composition is tilted, the composition is poured into the drain pipe, and then the thread is wound when the container is awakened. There existed a subject that it might adhere and have a chemical | medical wound and decoloring.
Although the bleaching liquid composition described in Patent Document 1 is a thickening system, it has a viscosity at 25 ° C. of 10 to 200 mPa · s, is inferior in adhesion retention, and is filled with a container because of stringiness. When used, the liquid runs out when discharged. Since the bleaching composition described in Patent Document 2 is also sprayed mainly using a dispenser, it has a relatively low viscosity (the viscosity at 25 ° C is preferably 30 to 200 mPa · s) and is sufficient for use in a water distribution pipe. Viscosity is hard to say. Further, Patent Document 2 does not mention anything about the stringiness. Furthermore, the drainage pipe cleaning composition described in Patent Document 3 shows excellent adhesion retention and is said to have a small viscosity change accompanying a temperature change, but at the same time, there is no mention of stringing properties. 0016 describes that when the viscosity exceeds 300 mPa · s, the stability of the system deteriorates, which suggests that imparting high viscosity and quality cannot be achieved at the same time. In addition, some hypochlorous acid products that are marketed as cleaning compositions for water distribution pipes are said to be thickened, but their ease of use is not necessarily good due to their stringiness. I can't say that.
An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning composition for a drain pipe having a high viscosity suitable for application to a water distribution pipe, excellent stability at low temperature storage, and low stringiness.

Examples of the alkali metal hypochlorite (a) include sodium hypochlorite and potassium hypochlorite, with sodium hypochlorite being particularly preferred. Sodium hypochlorite is mixed with sodium hypochlorite and equimolar sodium chloride in production, but sodium hypochlorite containing a large amount of sodium chloride may impair storage stability. It is preferable to use one with reduced sodium. Specifically, a sodium chloride content of 10 to 60 mol%, preferably 10 to 40 mol% with respect to sodium hypochlorite is suitable. Such sodium hypochlorite with reduced sodium chloride is commercially available as low dietary sodium hypochlorite. 0.5-5 mass% is preferable, as for content of (a) component in the liquid cleaning composition for drainage pipes of this invention, 1-5 mass% is more preferable, and 2-4 mass% is more preferable. From the viewpoint of obtaining a good detergency when the content of the component (a) is 0.5% by mass or more and obtaining a good stability of the alkali metal hypochlorite at 5% by mass or less.
The component (b) alkali metal hydroxide is a combination of an alkali metal ion and a hydroxy ion present in the liquid detergent composition for drainage pipes, that is, a free alkali and in the case of a combination with another counter ion. Does not apply to this. Examples of the component (b) include sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, and sodium hydroxide is particularly preferable.
