Description

Claims (15)
- 流体入口(36a)と、流体出口(36b)と、前記流体入口及び前記流体出口と流体連通する通路(38)と、を有する制御組立体(22)と、
前記制御組立体内に配置され、前記通路と前記流体出口との間を選択的に流体連通させる電気機械式弁(28)と、
流体によって前記通路と接続された検知先端(72)を有し、前記電気機械式弁と電気的に接続されている流体センサ(24)と、
前記制御組立体の、前記電気機械式弁(28)と前記流体センサ(24)との間の前記通路に配置され、前記流体入口と前記流体出口との間での非気体状の流体の連通を防止する弁組立体(26)と、
を有する、ブリード弁組立体(20)。 - 前記制御組立体は、第1のハウジング(30)と第2のハウジング(32)とを有している、請求項1に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記第1のハウジングは前記通路の第1の部分(40)を画定し、前記第2のハウジングは前記通路の第2の部分(62)を画定している、請求項2に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記第1のハウジングは前記通路の前記第1の部分と流体連通する第1の空洞(42)を画定している、請求項3に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記第1の空洞は、前記通路の前記第1の部分の内径よりも大きな内径を有している、請求項4に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記第2のハウジングは前記通路の前記第2の部分と流体連通する第2の空洞(64)を画定している、請求項4に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記第2の空洞は、前記通路の前記第2の部分の内径よりも大きな内径を有している、請求項6に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記弁組立体はフロート部材(90)とフロート座(92)とを有している、請求項2に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記フロート座は、弁座(94)と、前記弁座から外側に延び前記第1のハウジングと前記第2のハウジングとの間に配置されているフランジ(96)と、を有している、請求項8に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記流体センサの前記検知先端は光学プリズムである、請求項1に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 前記検知先端は、少なくとも一部が前記通路内に配置されている、請求項1に記載のブリード弁組立体。
- 流体貯留部(12)と、
前記流体貯留部の上側の部分と流体連通している通路(38)と、
前記通路と流体によって接続された検知先端(72)を有し、前記流体貯留部の下流に位置している流体センサ(24)と、
前記流体センサの下流に位置している電気機械式弁(28)であって、前記通路に選択的に位置し前記流体センサからの電気信号に応答して前記通路内の気体状の流体を選択的に通気させる電機子(82)を備えた電気機械式弁(28)と、
前記流体センサと前記電気機械式弁との間の前記通路内に位置し、弁座(94)とフロート部材(90)とを備えたバックアップ弁組立体(26)であって、前記弁座と前記フロート部材が、非気体状の流体が前記バックアップ弁組立体の下流に流れることを防止するようにされたバックアップ弁組立体(26)と、
を有する油圧システム(10)。 - 前記流体センサは、内部空洞を画定している胴体(70)を有する電気光学式センサであり、該電気光学式センサは光源(74)と、受光部(76)と、マイクロプロセッサ(78)と、を有し、該光源と該受光部と該マイクロプロセッサは前記内部空洞内に配置されている、請求項12に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記流体センサと係合している第1のハウジング(30)と、前記電気機械式弁と係合している第2のハウジング(32)と、をさらに有する、請求項12に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記バックアップ弁組立体は、前記弁座から外側に延び前記第1のハウジングと前記第2のハウジングとの間に位置するフランジ(96)を有している、請求項14に記載の油圧システム。
