Description
本発明は、セメント、速硬材、水中不分離剤及び凝結調整剤が混合された粉末混合材からなり、該粉末混合材に水を加えて混練したグラウトとしてコンクリート舗装版下の隙間に流し込むためのコンクリート舗装版裏込めグラウト材において、直径12μm〜40μm、長さ3mm〜12mmのビニロン繊維、アラミド繊維又は炭素繊維からなる有機又は無機の短繊維を、前記グラウト中に0.02〜0.20vol%の割合で混合されるように配合したものである。

Claims (4)
- セメント、速硬材、水中不分離剤及び凝結調整剤が混合された粉末混合材からなり、該粉末混合材に水を加えて混練したグラウトとしてコンクリート舗装版下の隙間に流し込むためのコンクリート舗装版裏込めグラウト材において、
直径12μm〜40μm、長さ3mm〜12mmのビニロン繊維、アラミド繊維又は炭素繊維からなる有機又は無機の短繊維を、前記グラウト中に0.02〜0.20vol%の割合で混合されるように配合したコンクリート舗装版裏込めグラウト材。 - 前記グラウト中に無機系フィラーを混合させてなる請求項1に記載のコンクリート舗装版裏込めグラウト材。
- 前記粉末混合材におけるセメントはポルトランドセメントであり、無機系フィラーは道路用普通炭酸カルシウム粉末である請求項1又は2に記載のコンクリート舗装版裏込めグラウト材。
- 前記粉末混合材に、反応促進剤、刺激剤及び消泡剤が混合されている請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のコンクリート舗装版裏込めグラウト材。
