Description

The present invention relates to various absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners (orimono sheets), and incontinence pads.

Conventionally, in various absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners (origami sheets), and incontinence pads, an adhesive portion is formed on the non-skin contact surface of the back sheet of the absorbent article in order to prevent misalignment during wearing. It is widely performed.
If the adhesive pattern is applied to the entire surface of the back sheet, for example, when a breathable film is used as the back sheet, the air permeability of the back sheet is impaired. In addition, the manufacturing cost is increased.
Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article in which an adhesive portion is applied to the outer peripheral edge along the outer peripheral edge of the absorbent article.
Patent Document 2 discloses an absorbent article in which adhesive portions are applied in a line shape in the width direction of the absorbent article, and a plurality of adhesive portions are applied in the longitudinal direction (see FIG. 8).

特表平10−509340号公報Japanese National Patent Publication No. 10-509340 特開2003−10245号公報JP 2003-10245 A

When the absorbent article is fixed to the undergarment and the person wears it, the excretion area of the absorbent article that is in contact with the body fluid excretion part of the wearer applies pressure from the base side of both legs inward in the width direction. It receives a complex force at various timings from various directions, such as receiving, twisting by the wearer's movement, and a force such as shearing force.
In the absorbent article of patent document 1, since the adhesion part is apply | coated only to the outer periphery along the outer periphery, if the above-mentioned complicated force is received, wrinkles and twist will arise in an absorbent article, and a wearer In addition to giving a sense of incongruity, the adhesive part on the outer peripheral edge of the absorbent article is turned by being affected by the twist of the excretory part region, and there is a possibility that it cannot be used depending on the degree of turning (that is, the degree of twist). In the absorbent article described in the cited document 1, at least one of the constituent elements is flexible and elastic, and the configuration is greatly different from that of the present invention.
In the absorbent article of patent document 2, since the adhesive part which is made discontinuous in the longitudinal direction and extends in the width direction is applied, when it receives the above complex force, it adheres to both ends in the width direction and the excretion part region. The part is easy to peel off, and wrinkles and twists due to the absorbent article itself and the peeled adhesive part are re-fixed to other parts of the underwear and the absorbent article itself, causing wrinkles and twists, giving the wearer an uncomfortable feeling . Moreover, since the adhesion part is applied linearly continuously in the width direction, the movement in the direction toward the body fluid excretion part of the wearer is restricted, and it is difficult to fit the excretion part.

Therefore, even if a complicated force is applied to the excretion part region of the absorbent article, the adhesive part of the excretion part region is difficult to be turned over. An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that hardly causes wrinkles and twists caused by being re-fixed to other parts or the absorbent article itself, and that does not give the wearer an uncomfortable feeling.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an absorbent article that easily fits the excretion part without restraining the movement of the wearer toward the body fluid excretion part.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an absorbent article in which the air permeability of the back sheet is not impaired by the adhesive portion, and it is difficult to cause wrinkles and twists as described above, and it is difficult to give a feeling of wearing or discomfort.

The present invention is a vertically long absorbent article in which an adhesive portion is formed on a non-skin contact surface of a back sheet disposed on the non-skin contact surface side, and is attached to a wearer's underwear via the adhesive portion. And
The adhesive portion is provided at least in a pair on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and is located in the outer region in the width direction in the excretion region that contacts the body fluid excretion portion of the wearer, toward the inner side in the width direction. The object is achieved by providing an absorbent article having a convex curved shape and having a portion where the adhesive portion does not exist in the central region of the excretory region.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, even if complicated force is added to an absorbent article, an absorbent article which a wrinkle and a twist are hard to produce in an absorbent article and it is hard to give a wearer an uncomfortable feeling can be provided. Moreover, the absorptive article which is easy to fit an excretion part can be provided. Furthermore, it is possible to provide an absorbent article that does not impair the air permeability of the back sheet and hardly causes wrinkles and twists as described above, and that does not give a feeling of wearing or discomfort.

As shown in FIG. 1, the panty liner 1 according to the present embodiment is substantially vertically long as a whole, and is formed from a top sheet 1 and a back sheet 2 having the same shape and size.

The adhesive part 6 of the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment is for attaching and fixing the absorbent article to the underwear, and the length L1 (see FIG. 1) of the pair of adhesive parts 6a is the corresponding product size. Depending on the product size, the width W1 (see FIG. 2) can be selected as appropriate according to the corresponding product size. In the case of this embodiment, it is 1-5 mm, respectively. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, each of the pair of adhesive portions 6a has a curved shape that is convexly curved inward in the width direction in the width direction outer region 1b of the excretion portion region 1a, and the pair of adhesive portions 6a. A region where the adhesive portion does not exist (a central region 1c of the excretory region 1a) is formed between the two. Both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive portion 6a are formed so as to extend from the center of the panty liner 1 in the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, four pairs of adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d are provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment. It arrange | positions at substantially equal intervals in the width direction of the liner 1, and the length of the adhesion part is provided long from the center of the width direction of the panty liner 1 toward the width direction. Although the number of adhesion parts can be selected freely according to the corresponding product size, in the case of this embodiment, although only one pair may be provided, it is preferably 2-5 pairs. In the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment, the length L2 of the longest pair of adhesive portions 6d is 50 to 110 mm, respectively. The widths of the adhesive portions 6b, 6c, and 6d are the same as the width of the adhesive portion 6a. Moreover, the space | interval 8a adjacent to each of adhesion part 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d is 1-5 mm, as shown in FIG.

The panty liner 1 according to the present embodiment includes a pair of adhesive portions 7 a that are located in regions before and after the excretory portion region 1 a and extend in the width direction of the panty liner 1.
The length L3 (see FIG. 1) of the pair of adhesive portions 7a can be selected as appropriate according to the corresponding product size. In the case of the present embodiment, the length L3 is 7 to 50 mm, and the width W2 ( Although FIG. 3) can also be selected freely according to the corresponding product size, in the case of this embodiment, it is 1-5 mm, respectively. As shown in FIG. 1, each of the pair of adhesive portions 7a has a curved shape that is convexly curved outward in the longitudinal direction of the excretory portion region 1a.

As shown in FIG. 1, the number of adhesive portions provided on the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment includes four pairs of adhesive portions 7 a, 7 b, 7 c, and 7 d, each of which is in the longitudinal direction of the panty liner 1. Are arranged at substantially equal intervals, and the length of the adhesive portion is increased from the center in the longitudinal direction of the panty liner 1 in the longitudinal direction. Although the number of adhesion parts can be selected freely according to the corresponding product size, in the case of this embodiment, although only one pair may be provided, it is preferably 2-5 pairs. In the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment, the length L4 of the longest pair of adhesive portions 7d is 35 to 50 mm, respectively. The widths of the adhesive portions 7b, 7c, and 7d are the same as the width of the adhesive portion 7a. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, the space | interval 8b adjacent to each of adhesion part 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d is 5-15 mm.

In an absorbent article (such as a panty liner), the stress applied to the absorbent article differs greatly between the area corresponding to the excretion part (excretion part area 1a) and the area around it, and fits the body shape in the front and back areas. However, in the excretion region 1a, the twist or the underwear is extended due to the movement of the leg in the back and forth direction, the shear (stress in the front and back), and the twist or the shear due to the open / closed leg movement ( It receives complex force at various timings from various directions, such as stress on both sides. Although the excretion part area | region 1a is considered to be the range of 60-80 mm, in the panty liner of this embodiment, most of it is the excretion area | region 1a, and the fixed stability with respect to complicated force is calculated | required. Therefore, when the adhesive part is fixed to the side part with a length of 50 to 110 mm as in the embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive extends in the same direction as the forward and backward stress in the excretory part region 1a. Since it is difficult to separate from the underwear and is not continuous in the width direction, stress can be relaxed between the adhesives. Similarly, if another adhesive is fixed at a width of 35 to 50 mm before and after the excretory part region, it extends in the same direction as the stress on both sides, so it is difficult to separate from the underwear and is not continuous in the longitudinal direction. Can relieve stress.

Complex force is concentrated (or becomes the base point of force) The force applied to the central part of the excretory part region 1a, that is, the central region 1c of the panty liner in the present embodiment is not disposed, thereby reducing the complicated force. It can be done easily. Further, since the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d are convex toward the inside, it is easy to prevent peeling of the adhesive against stress on both sides, and the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d are outside. It is easy to make it correspond to the curve before and behind because it is made into the convex shape. In this embodiment, the adhesive portion and the adhesive portion are separated from each other, so that twisting (twisting) is dealt with. However, since the stress is higher at the center of the excretion portion, the end portion is longer at the center. Then it does not have to be formed.

In the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment, the interval 8b between the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d is wider than the interval 8a between the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d, and the adhesive portion is sparse. By narrowing and narrowing the interval 8a between the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d, peeling from the underwear in the excretion region 1a of the panty liner 1 can be prevented, and the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d. By widening the interval 8b, it is possible to suppress the improvement in the rigidity of the absorbent article due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive and improve the fit to the user's body.

The panty liner 1 according to this embodiment includes a ring-shaped peripheral adhesive portion 9 formed along the outer peripheral edge of the panty liner 1. The peripheral adhesive portion 9 is a panty liner among the pair of adhesive portions 6d and the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d that are the outermost in the width direction of the panty liner 1 among the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d. 1 is formed along the outer peripheral edge of the panty liner 1 without being in contact with any of the pair of adhesive portions 7d located on the outermost side in the longitudinal direction. By providing the peripheral adhesive portion 9, the outer peripheral edge of the panty liner 1 can be prevented from being turned up.

As the top sheet 2, the back sheet 3 and the absorbent body 4 of the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment, those used in conventional absorbent articles can be used without particular limitation. Moreover, as a joining method of the joining part 5 which joins the surface sheet 2 and the back surface sheet 3, a well-known joining method can be utilized.

The adhesive constituting the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d and the peripheral adhesive portion 9 of the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment is used in conventional absorbent articles. An adhesive can be used without any particular limitation. For example, hot melt adhesives such as styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SIS), styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS), styrene-ethylene-butylene-ethylene copolymer (SEBS), etc. A gel-like pressure-sensitive adhesive or the like used in the adhesive can be used, and among these, it is preferable to use a styrene-ethylene-butylene-ethylene copolymer (SEBS) from the viewpoint of little change in the physical properties of the adhesive over time. These hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesives can be used by adjusting the elastic force and adhesive force by adjusting the amount of additives such as oil components.

As a coating apparatus for the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d and the peripheral adhesive portion 9 of the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment, a slot coater used in a conventional absorbent article. A spiral coater, a spray coater, or the like can be used.

Next, one use form and action effect of the panty liner 1 of one embodiment of the present invention described above will be described.
In use, the panty liner 1 is provided with the convex shapes of four pairs of adhesive portions 6 (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the panty liner 1 as shown in FIGS. It is attached to the crotch region of the underwear (shorts) 10 so as to be convex toward the inner side in the width direction of the excretion part region 1a that is in contact with the body fluid excretion part of the person.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of the panty liner 1 in a state of being attached to the underwear 10. As shown in FIG. 5, the width direction outer region 1 b in the excretion region 1 a of the panty liner 1 includes four pairs of adhesive portions 6 (6 a, 6 b, 6 c, 6 d) and both side edges in the width direction of the panty liner 1. The peripheral adhesive portions 9 are provided respectively. In this way, since the panty liner 1 is attached to the underwear 10 with a plurality of adhesive portions, a complicated force including pressure, twist, shearing force, etc. applied to the inner side in the width direction from the base side of the wearer's both feet is applied. Panty liner 1 does not turn up even if I receive it. Further, since the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d are applied discontinuously in the width direction, the peeled adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d are re-fixed to the panty liner 1 itself, and the panty liner 1 is wrinkled. There is little twist, and the wearer does not feel uncomfortable. Moreover, since the adhesive part 6a and the adhesive part 7a do not exist in the central area 1c in the excretory part area 1a, the movement of the wearer of the panty liner 1 toward the body fluid excretion part is not restricted and fits the excretion part. In addition, the leakage prevention function is improved. In particular, in the panty liner 1 of the present embodiment, the length of the pair of adhesive portions 6a is shorter than the other pair of adhesive portions 6b, 6c, 6d, and similarly, the length of the adhesive portion 7a is also short. Therefore, since the area | region where the adhesion part 6a of the excretion part center area | region 1c and the adhesion part 7a do not exist is wide, the movement to the direction which goes to the body fluid excretion part of the wearer of the panty liner 1 is not restrained, but the fit property of an excretion part is. improves. Moreover, since the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d and the peripheral adhesive portion 9 are partially provided on the back sheet 3, the air permeability of the back sheet 3 is impaired. There is nothing. Furthermore, an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

The absorbent article of the present invention is not limited to the panty liner of the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed for sanitary products. Moreover, each component in the panty liner of the above-described embodiment can be implemented in appropriate combination within a range that does not impair the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the embodiment of the panty liner 1 described above, the four pairs of adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d are arranged at substantially equal intervals in the width direction of the panty liner 1, respectively. You may make a space | interval wide toward. Conversely, the interval may be narrowed toward the inner side in the width direction.

In the embodiment of the panty liner 1 described above, the lengths of the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d are changed from the center of the panty liner 1 to the width direction. It may be large.

In the embodiment of the panty liner 1 described above, the convex curves of the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d are provided.

Moreover, in embodiment of the above-mentioned panty liner 1, although adhesive part 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d is a continuous curvilinear shape, if it is substantially continuous, even if it is discontinuous, good.

In the embodiment of the panty liner 1 described above, the interval 8b between the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d is wider than the interval 8a between the adhesive portions 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d, and the adhesive portion is sparse. However, the interval 8a between the adhesive portions and the interval 8b between the adhesive portions may be the same, or the interval 8a between the adhesive portions may be wider.

In the embodiment of the panty liner 1 described above, four pairs of adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d are provided, but the adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d may not be provided. Similarly, the peripheral adhesive portion 9 may not be provided.

Further, in the embodiment of the panty liner 1 described above, the four pairs of adhesive portions 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d each have a curved shape that is convexly curved outward in the longitudinal direction of the excretory region 1a, but the adhesive portion 6a. , 6b, 6c, 6d may be changed as appropriate. For example, it may not necessarily be a curved shape that is convexly curved inward in the longitudinal direction of the excretory part region 1a. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the four pairs of adhesive portions 7 a ′, 7 b ′, 7 c ′, and 7 d ′ may be provided so as to have a linear shape parallel to the width direction of the panty liner 1. . When the panty liner 1 ′ of such an embodiment is attached to the underwear (shorts) 10, the panty liner is easy to bend and follow the curve in the front-rear direction of the body during use, and the fitting property is further improved. .

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the panty liner 1 '' is formed by connecting both ends of the pair of adhesive portions 6a and both ends of the pair of adhesive portions 7a to form a ring-shaped adhesive portion 11a. Similarly, ring-shaped adhesive portions 11b, 11c, and 11d are formed for the pair of adhesive portions 6b, 6c, and 6d and the pair of adhesive portions 7b, 7c, and 7d, respectively. The panty liner 1 ″ of such an embodiment can be attached to the underwear (shorts) 10 entirely. Also, when replacing the used panty liner 1 ″, the adhesive portions 11b, 11c, 11d are continuously formed in a ring shape, so that they are easy to peel off from the underwear 10 and the sound when peeling off is small. Does not give stress to the elderly.

In addition to the panty liner 1, the absorbent article of the present invention can be suitably used for absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, and breast milk pads.

In the smallest ring-shaped adhesive part 11a, the size in the narrowest width direction (portion protruding inward in the width direction of the excretory part region) W3 is 4 mm, and the size W4 in the widest width direction is 5 mm. Moreover, the length L5 of the adhesion part 11a is 31 mm. Further, in the largest ring-shaped adhesive portion 11d, the narrowest width direction size (the portion protruding inward in the width direction of the excretory region) W5 is 30 mm, and the widest width size W6. Is 31 mm. Further, the length L6 of the adhesive portion 11d is 103 mm. The intervals in the width direction of the ring-shaped adhesive portions 11a, 11b, 11c, and 11d are each 2 mm, and the intervals in the longitudinal direction are each 10 mm. Moreover, the width | variety of the peripheral adhesion part 9 provided in the periphery is 3 mm.

(Comparative example)
The comparative example prepared the Laurie beautiful style (fragrance-free) by Kao Corporation similarly to the Example.
Although the comparative example used the same adhesive as the Example, the coating pattern is greatly different. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, a continuous first adhesive portion 106 parallel to the width direction of the product 101 is provided, and 28 first adhesive portions 106 are provided in the longitudinal direction of the product. Two continuous second adhesive portions 107 parallel to the width direction of the product 101 are provided in the front and rear end regions in the longitudinal direction of the product. The distance in the product longitudinal direction of the first adhesive portion 106 is 2 mm, and the distance in the product longitudinal direction of the second adhesive portion 107 is 4 mm. Further, the distance in the width direction of the product is 35 mm for each of the first adhesive portion 106 and the second adhesive portion 107. The distance between adjacent first adhesive portions 106 is 2 mm, and similarly, the distance between the first adhesive portion 106 and the second adhesive portion 107 is 2 mm.

(Evaluation)
The panty liner of the example was attached to a commercially available normal short and attached to a walking model machine. The shape stability was evaluated by the following method, and the results are shown in Table 1. In addition, the result of Table 1 is an average value of n = 3.

Shape stability The panty liner of the example was fixed to the shorts, and once attached to the walking model machine, the panty liner was lowered together with the shorts, and the area of the panty liner before walking was measured by an image analyzer. The measured value is assumed to be 100% of the shape.
Next, the panty liner of the example was attached to a walking model machine, and both feet of the walking model machine were moved back and forth 100 times per minute to reproduce the walking state. After 1 hour, the panty liner was lowered together with the shorts from the walking model machine, and the area after walking of the panty liner of the example was measured using an image analyzer. The apparatus used used two light sources [Sunlight SL-230K2; manufactured by LPL Co., Ltd.], a CCD camera [HV-37; manufactured by Hitachi Electronics Co., Ltd.] and a lens [Nikon Ai AF Nikon 24 mmF2. 8D] was connected to the F mount, and an image was captured and processed using a Nexus NewQube (Ver. 4.22). The shape retention rate was calculated by dividing the measured value by the measured value immediately after the previous attachment.
In addition, both the feet of the walking model machine newly equipped with the panty liner of the example were reproduced 150 times per minute to reproduce the fast walking state, and the shape maintenance rate was similarly measured. In addition, both feet of the walking model machine newly equipped with the panty liner of the example were moved back and forth 200 times per minute to reproduce the running state, and the shape maintenance rate was similarly measured. Similarly, for the panty liner of the comparative example, the measured value immediately after attachment, the shape maintenance rate in the walking state, the shape maintenance rate in the fast walking state, and the shape maintenance rate in the running state were measured.
