Description

The present invention relates to a turn-up prevention attachment.

Conventionally, when a light incontinence liner, a pad, a sanitary napkin, or the like is attached to an undergarment, an anti-slip adhesive is provided on the outer side of the backsheet, thereby fixing to the undergarment. However, when a light incontinence liner or a pad is attached to the shorts, the front and rear ends of these products may turn over or twist when the movement is intense, for a long time, or at bedtime. When turning or twisting occurs, it not only makes the skin feel uncomfortable but also causes pain and itching.

In order to improve such a situation, there are the following prior arts to prevent turning over. An adhesive material is provided on the outer peripheral edge of the leak-proof material (Patent Document 1). This is difficult to turn over, but is difficult to peel off on the other side. A slip prevention adhesive layer is formed over the entire area of the release material (Patent Document 2). This is because the rear end is easy to turn because the rear end is concave. Although the front end reinforcing sheet and the rear end reinforcing sheet prevent the flaps from being turned over (Patent Document 3), when the unevenness is caused by the reinforcing sheet, there is a possibility of impairing the mounting feeling and fit.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as embodiments) will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the same number is assigned to the same element throughout the description of the embodiment.

First, the overall configuration of the undergarment 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. The underwear 10 is not particularly limited as long as the absorbent article 100 can be worn, such as general men's or women's shorts, women's sanitary shorts, elderly incontinence pants, infant diapers, etc. Anything Here, as a representative example, general shorts for women will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the undergarment 10 includes a front part 11, a back part 12, and a crotch part 13 that connects the front part 11 and the back part 12. The crotch portion 13 is a portion corresponding to the crotch where the fabric is double-sewn for the purpose of reinforcement. FIG. 2 shows a case where the front body portion 11 and the back body portion 12 are separated and the underwear 10 is developed. As will be described in detail later, the front end of the absorbent article 100 is caused to turn by the anti-turn attachment 20. It is completely covered and this turn-up preventing attachment 20 can be attached to the crotch portion 13 via an adhesive layer described later.

Next, the absorbent article 100 inserted into the turn-up preventing attachment 20 will be described with reference to FIG. The absorbent article 100 is attached to the crotch portion 13 for the purpose of absorbing bodily fluids discharged from the body. Examples of the absorbent article 100 include substantially rectangular absorbent articles 100 such as a urine pad, a light incontinence pad, a light incontinence liner, and a sanitary napkin. Below, it demonstrates using the substantially rectangular absorbent article 100 as an example.

Here, when the absorbent article 100 is worn, the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 100 is a direction that extends across the wearer, and the short direction of the absorbent article 100 is a direction that is transverse or orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. It becomes. Further, the skin contact surface refers to the surface of the two surfaces of the absorbent article 100 that is directed to the wearer's skin, the non-skin contact surface refers to the back surface of the skin contact surface, and clothing is worn. The surface facing the clothing side. The thickness direction of the absorbent article 100 is the normal direction of the skin contact surface or non-skin contact surface of the absorbent article 100. Moreover, the planar view of the absorbent article 100 refers to viewing the absorbent article 100 from the skin contact surface side.

Fig.3 (a) is the top view which looked at the absorbent article 100 planarly, and FIG.3 (b) is sectional drawing which showed typically the XX cross section of Fig.3 (a). As shown in FIG. 3A, the absorbent article 100 is roughly divided into an absorbent portion 101 and a side edge portion 102 in plan view. When the cross-sectional view is shown in a little more detail using FIG. 3 (b), the absorbent portion 101 has a liquid permeable top sheet 103, a liquid diffusable sheet 104, an upper carrier sheet 105, and an absorbent core layer 106 in order from the side in contact with the skin. The lower carrier sheet 107 and the liquid-impermeable back sheet 108 are included. And as the side edge part 102, the solid gather sheet 111 which covers the side edge of the absorption part 101 and the side edge of the skin contact surface is arranged in order to prevent side leakage of body fluid when the absorbent article 100 is mounted. In addition, an elastic member 112 is provided on the side edge of the skin contact surface of the three-dimensional gather sheet 111 so as to rise three-dimensionally on the skin side.

Here, an anti-slip adhesive 109 and release paper 110 are provided at the center of the back sheet 108 along the longitudinal direction of the non-skin contact surface in order to prevent misalignment with the underwear 10.

In addition, in Fig.3 (a), in the planar view of the absorbent article 100, the example in which the pressing part 113 was provided in the absorption part 101 is shown. Although not shown in FIG. 3B, the pressing groove 113 is formed from the surface of the top sheet 103 to at least one of the top sheet 103, the liquid diffusable sheet 104, and the absorbent core layer 106. Thereby, the absorption and diffusion of the body fluid in the absorption core layer 106 are performed more smoothly.

4A and 4B are diagrams for explaining a turn-up preventing attachment according to the present embodiment, FIG. 4A is a plan view, FIG. 4B is a front view, FIG. 4C is a bottom view, FIG. 4D is a right side view, and FIG. It is -A sectional drawing. As shown in FIG. 4, the anti-turnover attachment 20 of the absorbent article can completely cover the front and rear ends of the main body of the absorbent article 100 and can be attached to the underwear 10. The turn-up prevention attachment 20 includes a bottom portion 21 and a cover body 22 that covers a space above the bottom portion 21.

The bottom portion 21 may have any shape as long as the front and rear ends of the absorbent article can be covered, and is formed in, for example, an arc shape or a rectangular shape. The bottom portion 21 includes, from above, a base material portion 211, an adhesive layer 212 for fixing underwear, and a release sheet 213 that covers the adhesive layer.

The cover 22 has an opening 221 into which one end of the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction is inserted on one side of the bottom 21. The cover body 22 and the bottom portion 21 are fixed at least partially on the other side opposite to the one side of the bottom portion 21.
The cover body 22 and the base material part 211 are formed of cloth, for example. This cloth may be the same material as the crotch portion 13 or the shorts 10 main body, or may be different. Further, the cover 22 and the base material portion 211 may be formed of at least one nonwoven fabric selected from the group consisting of a thermal bond nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, and a spunbond / meltblown / spunbond composite nonwoven fabric. Good. Moreover, when the raw material of the turning-up prevention attachment 20 is a nonwoven fabric, it is preferable that it is water-impermeable.

As shown in FIG. 4 (b), when the flip-up prevention attachment 20 is viewed from the side from the side where the absorbent article 100 is inserted, a cover 22 that covers the front end portion 100a of the absorbent article 100 is formed with a predetermined bulge. It may be. The degree of the swelling may be appropriately set in consideration of the ease of inserting and / or removing the absorbent article 100 from the turn-up preventing attachment 20, the uncomfortable feeling of the wearer when the absorbent article 100 is worn, and the like. . In FIG. 4, the shape of the bulge is an arc shape, but may be a rectangular shape, and further, the side surface of the bulge may be formed like a bellows (combination of mountain fold and valley fold).

FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view of FIG. 2, and shows a state in which the turn-up preventing attachment 20 according to the present embodiment is attached to the crotch portion 13 of the underwear 10 by fitting the absorbent article 100. . As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the front end portion 100 a in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 100 is fitted on the skin contact surface side of the front portion 13 a of the crotch portion 13, and a trinkle prevention attachment is attached. Here, in the plan view, the case where the anti-flipping attachment 20 has an arcuate front side (the back side as viewed from the absorbent article 100) 20a is illustrated, but the shape is limited to this. There is no need, and for example, a rectangular shape may be used in accordance with the shape of the absorbent article 100. Similarly, the case where the anti-flipping attachment 20 has a straight rear end (front side as viewed from the absorbent article 100) 20b is illustrated, but the shape needs to be limited to this. For example, an arc shape having the same or different curvature as the front edge 20a may be used. In short, the shape of the end side 20b is arbitrary as long as it is a range useful for preventing the front end portion 100a of the absorbent article 100 from being turned over.

In this way, the front end portion 100a of the absorbent article 100 is fitted into the underwear 10 by fitting the front end portion 100a of the absorbent article 100 into the anti-turn-up attachment 20 into which the front end portion 100a of the absorbent article 100 fits completely, thereby preventing the absorbent article 100 itself from being turned over. It is not necessary to add a new function. In addition, although the form which attached the anti-turn-up attachment 20 to the front part 13a of the crotch part 13 was demonstrated so far, it replaces with the front part 13a and is made to attach the anti-turn-up attachment 20 to the rear part 13b of the crotch part 13. Of course, in that case, the rear end portion 100b of the absorbent article 100 is inserted into the turn-up preventing attachment 20. In short, in the present embodiment, the turn-up preventing attachment 20 is attached to either the front part 13a or the rear part 13b of the crotch part 13.

In this embodiment, since the anti-flipping attachment 20 is attached to one of the front part 13a and the rear part 13b of the crotch part 13, depending on the wearer's preference, body shape, skin condition and / or lifestyle, etc. It is sufficient to attach the anti-turn attachment 20 only to the side where the turn is remarkable. Of course, the mounting position of the turn-up preventing attachment 20 is not limited to the range of the crotch portion 13. In consideration of the required size of the absorbent article 100, the body shape of the wearer, etc., the absorbent article 100 may be attached to the front body portion 11 or the back body portion 12 beyond the range of the crotch portion 13 in the longitudinal direction.

FIG. 6 is a view showing a state in which the anti-flipping attachment 20 is mounted on both sides of the front part 13a and the rear part 13b of the crotch part. As shown in FIG. 6, the turn-up preventing attachment 20 is attached to both the front part 13 a and the rear part 13 b of the crotch part 13 as a pair.
