Claims (19)
- 芯材(2)と芯材(2)を包囲する保護膜(4)とを備え、少なくとも碍子(1;10)の一部(15;16)において、
芯材(2)と保護膜(4)との間に、碍子の電界に影響を及ぼす粒子を充填剤として含む電界制御膜(3)が配置されている複合碍子(1;10)であって、電界制御膜(3)が層(31,32)を有し、該層(31,32)の長さに亘って、該電界に影響を及ぼす粒子の比率が異なることを特徴とする複合碍子。 - 電界制御膜(3)が1つ又は2以上の層(31,32)からなり、個々の層(31,32)が異なる電界制御特性を持つことを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合碍子。
- 電界制御膜(3)が1つの層(31,32)からなり、抵抗性又は容量性の粒子のみを充填剤として含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の複合碍子。
- 電界制御膜(3)が少なくとも2つの層(31,32)からなり、該層(31,32)のうちの1つの層における抵抗性又は容量性の粒子の比率が他の層よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の複合碍子。
- 電界制御膜(3)が少なくとも2つの層(31,32)からなり、該層のうちの1つの層(31)が抵抗性の粒子のみを含み、他の層(32)が容量性の粒子のみを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の複合碍子。
- 電界制御膜が1つの層(31,32)からなり、抵抗性の粒子と容量性の粒子との混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の複合碍子。
- 電界制御膜が少なくとも2つの層(31,32)からなり、1つの層が抵抗性の粒子と容量性の粒子との混合物を含み、他の層が抵抗性又は容量性の粒子のみを含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の複合碍子。
- 1つの電界制御膜の複数の層(31,32)が互いに重なり合っている場合に、電界に対する作用に応じて、それらの層(31,32)の順序又は組成が交互に変化することを特徴とする請求項1又は7記載の複合碍子。
- 容量性又は抵抗性の粒子の比率が、電界制御膜の個々の層(31,32)において、異なっていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の複合碍子。
- 電界制御膜(3)が、碍子(10)の芯材(2)の長さに亘って、複数の個別の部分(15)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は9記載の複合碍子。
- 個別の部分に分割され且つ少なくとも2つの層(31,32)からなる電界制御膜の場合に、膜のない部分との境界領域において、1つの層(31,32)が他の層よりも長く、その上又はその下にある他の層(31,32)を越えて更に膜のない部分にまで達していることを特徴とする請求項10記載の複合碍子。
- 電界制御膜の個々の層(31,32)が、絶縁材料からなる層によって、互いに分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は11記載の複合碍子。
- 1つの膜内の粒子の比率が、50〜90重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12の1つに記載の複合碍子。
- 粒子の比率がパーコレーション閾値を上回っていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の複合碍子。
- 芯材(2)及び芯材(2)を包囲する保護膜(4)を有する複合碍子(1;10)、特に請求項1乃至14の1つに記載の複合碍子(1;10)、を製造するための方法において、
碍子(1;10)の芯材(2)の上に、少なくとも一部分(15;16)において、碍子の電界に影響を及ぼす粒子の比率が膜の長さに亘って変化するエラストマ材料からなる少なくとも1つの層(31,32)を備える電界制御膜(3)を形成すること、形成した電界制御膜(3)を有する芯材(2)の全体を保護膜(4)で覆うこと、及び、碍子(1;10)にプラスチックの加硫のための熱処理(27)を施すことを特徴とする方法。 - 電界に対して異なる作用を有する少なくとも2つの層(31,32)で電界制御膜(3)を形成することを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 碍子の芯材(2)の複数の部分(15)に電界制御膜(3)を形成することを特徴とする請求項15又は16の1つに記載の方法。
- 電界制御膜(3)が個別の部分に分割され、かつ少なくとも2つの層(31,32)からなる場合に、膜のない部分との境界範囲において、1つの層(31,32)を、その上又はその下にある層(31,32)を越えて更に膜のない部分に到るまで形成することを特徴とする請求項17記載の方法。
- 碍子(1;10)の電界に影響を及ぼす粒子の添加が、芯材(2)への電界制御膜(3)の層(31,32)形成時に、押出成形物に対して異なる量で行なわれることを特徴とする請求項15乃至18記載の方法。
