Description

The present invention relates to a coating method for coating a member to be coated with a paint containing magnetic particles.

One conventional method for coating a workpiece is to coat a coating containing magnetic powder on the surface of the workpiece with a magnet disposed on the back surface of the workpiece.

In patent document 1, in order to make a magnet contact the back surface of a member to be coated, an elastic pressing part for pressing the magnet against the member to be coated is provided between the jig body portion and the magnet which are rigid bodies. A technical idea using a jig is described. Accordingly, when the jig is fastened by the fastening portion so that the magnet contacts the back surface of the member to be coated, the elastic pressing portion presses the magnet against the member to be coated, so that the magnet can efficiently contact the member to be coated. it can.

However, in the technical idea described in Patent Document 1, there is a possibility that the paint may penetrate to the fastening portion between the member to be coated and the jig during painting, and when the paint adheres to the fastening portion, Due to the drying, it is difficult for the jig to come off the member to be coated, and the magnet cannot be easily removed from the member to be coated. Furthermore, the work man-hour for scraping off the adhered coating film is generated, and costs are increased.

Then, this invention is made | formed in view of the conventional problem which concerns, and it aims at providing the coating method which can remove a magnet easily from a to-be-coated member.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a coating method in which a coating containing magnetic powder is applied to the surface of a member to be coated, with a magnet disposed on the back surface of the member to be coated. After the magnet is pasted, the sheet is punched out in a shape corresponding to the shape of the back surface of the member to be coated to which the sheet is pasted, and the adhesive surface of the punched sheet is pasted on the back surface of the member to be coated. And coating the surface of the member to be coated with a paint containing the magnetic powder.

After finishing the coating on the member to be coated, the sheet is peeled off from the member to be coated, the magnet is peeled off from the sheet, the magnet is attached to a sheet different from the sheet, and the magnet is reused. May be.

According to the present invention, after the magnet is attached to the adhesive surface of the sheet, the sheet is punched out in a shape corresponding to the shape of the back surface of the member to be coated, and the adhesive surface of the punched sheet is formed. Since the paint containing the magnetic powder is applied to the surface of the member to be coated after being attached to the back surface of the member to be coated, the magnet sheet can be easily removed, and the workability of removing the magnet is improved. Moreover, the time of removal work can be shortened and work man-hours can be reduced.

After the coating on the member to be coated is finished, the sheet is peeled off from the member to be coated, the magnet is peeled off from the sheet, the magnet is attached to a sheet different from the sheet, and the magnet is reused. Therefore, the cost of parts used for painting can be reduced.

The coating method according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a view showing the back surface of the member to be coated 10, FIG. 2 is a view showing a jig 14 for placing the magnet sheet 12 on the back surface of the member 10 to be coated in FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the jig 14 shown in FIG. 2 taken along the line III-III.

The member to be coated 10 is a plate-shaped exterior component such as a cowl for a motorcycle, and is a component having a three-dimensional curved surface. The member to be coated 10 uses a magnet sheet (magnet) 12 and the surface of the member to be coated 10 is coated with a paint containing magnetic powder (magnetic coating), so that the magnetic lines of force of the magnet sheet 12 are not intended. The member to be coated 10 is made of a non-magnetic member so as not to be changed. For example, the member to be coated 10 may be a resin member such as polycarbonate. Two protrusions 16 and 16 are provided on the back side of the member to be coated 10 shown in FIG.

The jig 14 includes a sheet 18 punched out in a shape corresponding to the shape of the member 10 to be coated, and a magnet sheet 12 die-cut into a desired shape and attached to the adhesive surface of the sheet 18. The jig 14 is attached to the back surface of the member to be coated 10.

The sheet 18 has flexibility and includes a surface base material layer 20 and an adhesive layer 22 as shown in FIG. The surface base material layer 20 is, for example, a PVC film, and the adhesive layer 22 is, for example, an acrylic adhesive. The side having the adhesive layer 22 becomes the adhesive surface of the sheet 18. The magnet sheet 12 is obtained, for example, by kneading a large number of fine magnetic particles in a molding material such as rubber, then forming the sheet by calendering or the like, and magnetizing the magnetic particles. , Has flexibility. Thereby, even if it is the shape where the to-be-coated member 10 is curving, the jig | tool 14 can stick to the to-be-coated member 10 along this curve, and the magnet sheet 12 is attached to the predetermined | prescribed part of the to-be-coated member 10. It can be brought into contact with the region.

The jig 14 is provided with two openings 24. When the jig 14 is attached to the back surface of the member to be coated 10, the protrusions 16 and 16 of the member to be coated 10 are formed in the opening 24. The jig 14 is affixed to the back surface of the member to be coated 10 so as to be inserted. Thus, since the sheet 18 of the jig 14 is punched out so as to have a shape corresponding to the shape of the back surface of the member 10 to be coated, the attachment position of the jig 14 to the member 10 to be coated may be blurred. Absent. That is, every time the jig 14 is attached to the member 10 to be coated, the attaching position does not vary, and the magnet sheet 12 is brought into contact with a predetermined region (region where a pattern is desired to be drawn) of the member 10 to be coated. be able to.

FIG. 4 is a view for explaining a generation process of the jig 14 shown in FIG. The magnet sheet 12 shown in FIG. 4A is attached to a predetermined position on the adhesive surface of the sheet 18. FIG. 4B is a diagram illustrating a state in which the magnet sheet 12 is attached to a predetermined position of the sheet 18. And this sheet | seat 18 with which the magnetic sheet 12 was affixed is punched in the shape according to the shape of the back side of the member 10 to be coated. FIG. 4C is a diagram showing a state in which the sheet 18 with the magnet sheet 12 attached is punched out. Here, the magnet sheet 12 is attached to the sheet 18 at the predetermined position (the predetermined position) when the jig 14 is attached to the back surface of the member 10 to be coated. This is a position that abuts the area (the area where the pattern is desired). The generation process shown in FIG. 4 is performed by a jig generation device (not shown). In addition, the said jig | tool production | generation apparatus may have the process of producing | generating the magnet sheet 12 shown in FIG. 4A by die-cutting the magnet sheet which is not die-cut. Moreover, you may perform one part or all part of the production | generation process shown in FIG. 4 manually.

FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining the steps of the coating method in the present embodiment. First, as shown in FIG. 5A, the sticking position of the jig 14 is determined with the adhesive surface of the sheet 18 facing the back surface of the member to be coated 10. At this time, the position of the jig 14 is determined so that the shape of the sheet 18 of the jig 14 matches the shape of the back surface of the member 10 to be coated. For example, when the shape of the back surface of the member to be coated 10 is as shown in FIG. 1 and the shape of the jig 14 is as shown in FIG. 2, the protrusion 16 is inserted into the opening 24 of the sheet 18. The attachment position of the jig 14 is determined at a possible position. Then, as shown in FIG. 5B, the jig 14 is pressed against the back surface of the member to be coated 10 at the determined position. Thereby, since the adhesive surface of the sheet 18 of the jig 14 and the back surface of the member to be coated 10 are adhered, the magnet sheet 12 can be brought into contact with the back surface of the member to be coated 10.

Thereafter, the member to be coated 10 with the jig 14 attached thereto is put into a coating apparatus (not shown). In the coating apparatus, work is performed in the order of degreasing to remove the oil on the surface of the member to be coated 10, surface adjustment for smoothing the surface of the member to be coated 10, water washing of the member to be coated 10, magnetic coating, and drying. After all the operations are completed, the coating apparatus outputs the painted member 10 (painted product) after painting. In the coating apparatus, washing, drying, and the like are performed, so that the sheet 18 of the jig 14 is not melted by drying, and the sheet 18 is not peeled off from the member to be coated 10 by washing with water. It is preferable to be made of a material that can withstand the work by the coating apparatus such as heat resistance and water resistance.

Here, the magnetic material coating will be briefly described. In the magnetic coating, a coating material containing magnetic particles on the surface of the member to be coated 10 is applied. At this time, the magnetic particles have a non-uniform orientation density according to the magnetic line density of the magnet sheet 12. That is, the surface of the member to be coated 10 has a high magnetic force line density only in the portion where the magnet sheet 12 is in contact, so that a change in magnetic force occurs, and the density of the magnetic particles of the paint changes according to this change in magnetic force. . Thereafter, the magnetic particles are solidified by drying of the surface of the member to be coated 10, and a change in shading occurs on the surface of the member to be coated 10.

FIG. 6 is a view showing the painted member 10 to be painted. It will be appreciated that a pattern having the same shape as the magnet sheet 12 appears on the surface of the member to be coated 10 by the magnetic material coating.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5C, the jig 14 is peeled from the coated product output from the coating apparatus. At this time, since the sheet 18 of the jig 14 is stuck to the back surface of the member 10 to be coated, the amount of the paint containing magnetic particles attached to the sheet 18 is small, and even if the paint is attached. The sheet 18 such as a film can be easily removed. Reference numeral 26 shown in FIGS. 5C and 5D indicates the paint adhered to the sheet 18. After that, as shown in FIG. 5D, the sheet 18 is peeled off from the magnet sheet 12 of the peeled jig 14, and as shown in FIG. 5E, another new sheet (unused) is added to the magnet sheet 12 from which the sheet 18 has been peeled off. A new jig 14 is generated by pasting the sheet 18. Thereby, since only the sheet 18 needs to be replaced, the magnet sheet 12 can be reused.

As described above, after the magnet sheet 12 is attached to the adhesive surface of the sheet 18, the sheet 18 is punched out in a shape corresponding to the shape of the back surface of the member to be coated 10 to which the sheet 18 is attached. Since the surface containing the magnetic material powder is applied to the surface of the member to be coated after the surface is attached to the back surface of the member to be coated 10, it is easy even if the coating adheres to the sheet 18 by painting. Further, the jig 14 (the magnet sheet 12 and the sheet 12) can be removed, and the workability of removing the jig 14 is improved. The time for the removal work can be shortened, and the number of work steps can be reduced.

Further, after the coating on the member to be coated 10 is completed, the sheet 18 is peeled off from the member to be coated 10, the magnet sheet 12 is peeled off from the sheet 18, and a magnet sheet is attached to a sheet 18 different from the sheet 18. Since 12 is reused, the cost of parts used for painting can be reduced.

In the above-described embodiment, the jig 14 having one sheet 18 and the magnet sheet 12 attached to the sheet 18 has been described. However, the jig 14 is a plurality of stacked sheets. The aspect which affixed the magnetic sheet 12 to 18 may be sufficient. The stacked sheets 18 are stacked such that the adhesive surfaces face the same direction. As shown in FIG. 5C, after removing the jig 14 from the painted member 10, the uppermost sheet 18 to which the paint is attached (the sheet 18 on the side opposite to the side on which the magnet sheet 12 is present). A new jig 14 can be generated by peeling the sheet from the single jig 14.

As described above, the present invention has been described using the preferred embodiments, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the scope described in the above embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications or improvements can be added to the above embodiment. It is apparent from the description of the scope of claims that embodiments with such changes or improvements can be included in the technical scope of the present invention.
