Claims (16)
- 複数の個別にアドレス指定が可能のセグメントに理論上分割された変調層を含む光アドレス型空間光変調器(OASLM)を操作すべく構成された駆動装置と、
一又は複数の電圧パターンを提供すべく構成されたパルス発生器と、
前記OASLMへの第1の書き込みパターンと、前記第1の書き込みパターンの陰像パターンを含む第2のパターンとを含む一又は複数の光学パターンを提供すべく構成された光学パターン発生器とを含み、
前記駆動装置は、前記OASLMのセグメント毎で、さらに、
所定数の書き込み動作にわたって、前記一又は複数の光学パターンに関連して一又は複数の書き込み動作毎に変化する光量で書き込み、
前記変調層のネット電荷が零となるように前記一又は複数の電圧パターンに関連してリセットパルスを印加するように、構成されている、システム。 - 前記所定数の書き込み動作にわたって、前記リセットパルスは不変のパルス幅及び振幅に維持される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記リセットパルスは、前記所定数の書き込み動作にわたって平均されたとき、前記変調層の全体に蓄積されたネット電荷が零になるように準備される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記一又は複数の電圧パターンは前記変調層の前記複数のセグメントに印加され、前記書き込み動作の経過時間にわたる所定数の合計は前記OASLMの全体に均一な変調を提供する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数のピクセルから成る光アドレス型空間光変調器(OASLM)に第1の像パターンを書き込むこと、
前記複数のピクセルに均一な電荷を生成すべく、前記第1の像パターンの反転像である第2の像パターンであって、該第1、第2の像パターンが同様に帯電したピクセルを有するような第2のパターンを前記OASLMに書き込むこと、及び
前記均一な電荷を除去して前記OASLMを既知の状態にリセットすべく均一な振幅とパルス幅を有するリセットパルスを適用すること、を有する方法。 - さらに、複数の像パターンの書き込み中に前記複数のピクセルのそれぞれに供給される光の見込み量を決定すること、及び
前記複数の像パターンが前記OASLMに書き込まれた後前記OASLMを既知の状態にリセットするのに必要な均一な振幅とパルス幅を有するリセットパルス数を提供することを含み、前記リセットパルス数は前記複数の像パターンに対応する数である、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記既知状態は、実質的に前記ピクセル毎でネット電荷が零である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記ピクセルのそれぞれに提供される光の見込み量の制御のために前記複数の像パターンをシフトすることを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 複数のセグメントから成る光アドレス型空間光変調器(OASLM)に第1のパターンを書き込むための手段と、
前記複数のセグメントの全体に均一な電荷を生成すべく前記OASLMに、前記第1のパターンの反転像である第2のパターンを書き込むための手段と、
前記均一な電荷を除去すべく単一のリセットパルスを適用する手段とを含み、
各ピクセルへの書き込み光量が、一又は複数の書き込み動作毎に変化する、装置。 - 前記第1のパターン及び第2のパターンの両方は同様に帯電したピクセルから成る、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記リセットパルスは、前記第1及び第2のパターンに対し反対の極性を帯びている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記リセットパルスは、前記複数のセグメントの全体に零のネット直流電圧を提供する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- コンピュータが読み取り可能な媒体であって、記憶された命令を有し該命令が少なくとも1台の装置で実行されるとき、前記命令は、
複数のセグメントから成る光アドレス型空間光変調器(OASLM)に第1のパターンを書き込むこと、
前記複数のセグメント全体に均一な電荷を生成すべく前記OASLMに前記第1のパターンの反転像である第2のパターンを書き込むこと、
前記複数のセグメントを既知の状態に戻すべく単一のリセットパルスを適用すること、及び、
各ピクセルへの書き込み光量を、一又は複数の書き込み動作毎に変化させることを可能とする、コンピュータが読み込み可能な媒体。 - 前記第1のパターン及び前記第2のパターンの両方は同様に帯電したピクセルから成る、請求項13に記載の媒体。
- 前記リセットパルスは、前記第1及び第2のパターンに対し反対の極性を帯びている、請求項13に記載の媒体。
- 前記既知状態はネット電荷が零に一致する、請求項13に記載の媒体。
