該下部底板部より内径方向に傾斜して列状に立設される複数の柱杆と、
前部に切欠きが形成され、該柱杆の上部に水平を保って固設されるとともに他方の人孔蓋枠の開口凹部における受面に当接載置される環状の上部底板部と、からなり、
前記両切欠きは作業者が出入する幅空間を保持し、
前記下部底板部の外径は大径の人孔蓋枠に対応し、前記上部底板部の外径は小径の人孔蓋枠に対応し、
前記下部及び上部底板部は前記人孔蓋枠の受面に直接当接する底板体と該底板体に固設される枠杆とからなる、
