Description

The present invention relates to a laminated label, and more particularly to a laminated label used for an application ticket or a winning ticket.

A conventional laminated label will be outlined based on FIG. 9 and FIG.
FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the laminated label 1 and FIG. 10 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof. The laminated label 1 includes an upper label base 2 and a lower label base 3.
An adhesive layer 4 is provided on the back side of the upper label substrate 2, and a release agent layer 5 is provided on the front side of the lower label substrate 3 so as to face the adhesive layer 4. .

The laminated label 1 itself can be used for any purpose such as an application ticket or a winning ticket. Depending on the purpose of use, the laminated label 1 prints a predetermined content on the surface of the upper label substrate 2, and if necessary. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the upper printed layer 6 is formed on the back side of the product description and the application method, or the lower printed layer 7 is also formed on the front side of the lower label substrate 3. Can be kept.

In addition, the adhesive layer 8 for adhesion | attachment is provided in the back surface side of the lower label base material 3, and the release paper 9 can be temporarily attached to the adhesive layer 8 for adhesion | attachment, and the adhesive paper for adhesion | attachment is peeled by peeling the release paper 9. It is also possible to affix the laminated label 1 itself to a predetermined product or the like (not shown) by the layer 8.

In the laminated label 1 having such a configuration, the upper label substrate 2 is peeled (opened) from the lower label substrate 3 at the boundary surface between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 and the release agent layer 5, whereby an inner upper print layer is formed. 6 or the lower printed layer 7 is made visible, or the upper label substrate 2 is sent to a predetermined application address.

However, the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 protrudes outward from the laminated structure of the upper label base material 2 and the lower label base material 3, and the boundary layer portion between the upper label base material 2 and the lower label base material 3 (particularly the lower layer). The side label base material 3 is moved so as to cover the side label base material 3 to become an overhanging portion 4A. Therefore, it is difficult to separate the upper label base material 2 from the lower label base material 3, and further, it is difficult to peel off smoothly. There is a problem.
Of course, there is a problem in that this protruding portion 4A adheres to other parts and hinders handling.

The present invention has been considered in view of the above problems, and provides a laminated label that can be surely and easily separated or opened from the lower label base material of the upper label base material. The task is to do.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a laminated label in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer does not protrude from the side end portions or unsealed portions of the upper label substrate and the lower label substrate.

Moreover, this invention reduces the adhesive force of the opening part of an upper label base material with respect to another part (area | region), and provides a laminated label which can be provided with the opportunity to peel in this opening part And

That is, the present invention focuses on forming a solid print layer by halftone dot printing or the like on the unsealed portion or the peripheral portion of the upper label base material, and the upper label base material having an adhesive layer on the back surface thereof, A lower label base material having a release agent layer on its surface so as to face the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the upper label base material has a rectangular shape and has a rectangular shape on one peripheral portion thereof Has the above pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the lower label base material that is opposite is provided with a release agent non-forming layer, and a solid print layer is provided at the peripheral portions in three directions surrounding the other three sides, and the above solid print layer Is a laminated label characterized by facing the release agent layer of the lower label substrate.

Either the upper label base material or the lower label base material protrudes from the other of the lower label base material or the upper label base material and begins to separate from the lower label base material. It can have a protrusion that faces the opening.

A printing layer for printing information of a predetermined content can be laminated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer other than the solid printing layer formed on the back surface of the upper label substrate.

The printing layer can be formed by halftone printing.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the upper label base material forms this on the entire back surface of the upper label base material, and the release agent layer of the lower label base material is formed on the surface of the lower label base material. This can be formed leaving a portion as a release agent non-forming layer.

In the laminated label according to the present invention, since the solid printing layer is formed on the opening portion or the peripheral portion of the upper label base material, the adhesive of the adhesive layer on the back surface of the upper label base material is the upper label base material and The peeling operation of the upper label substrate from the unsealed portion can be reliably and easily performed without protruding to the side end portion of the boundary surface of the lower label substrate.

In the present invention, since the solid printing portion that suppresses the adhesive function of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the upper label base material is provided in the region located in the opening portion, the peeling operation from the opening portion in the upper label base material is ensured and An easy-to-executable laminated label was realized.

Next, the laminated label 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. However, the same parts as those in FIGS. 9 and 10 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
1 is a plan view of the laminated label 10, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. 1, and the laminated label 10 includes the upper label substrate 2 having the adhesive layer 4 on the back surface thereof. The lower label base material 3 having the release agent layer 5 on the surface thereof is laminated so as to face the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4.
The upper label substrate 2 and the lower label substrate 3 are of any shape, for example, both rectangular, and the upper label substrate 2 is placed on the lower label group on the surface side where the adhesive layer 4 faces the release agent layer 5. A solid printing layer 12 is laminated and printed in an area located at the opening 11 where separation from the material 3 starts.
The solid printing layer 12 is halftone dot printing using, for example, 100% halftone dots using an arbitrary ink agent that can be laminated on the adhesive layer 4, and the solid printing layer 12 has a lower layer portion of the adhesive layer 4. The adhesive function is suppressed or virtually eliminated, and this is opposed to the release agent layer 5 of the lower label substrate 3.

The unsealing part 11 is, for example, one side (peripheral part) of the laminated label 10 (upper label base material 2), and the upper label base material 2 is pinched from the unsealing part 11 so as to be separated from the lower label base material 3 and separated. It is the part that begins to do.
That is, the solid printed layer 12 is provided on the peripheral portion in at least one direction of the upper label substrate 2, and the solid printed layer 12 positioned in the opening portion 11 may be the entire one side of the upper label substrate 2. It may be a partial area.
Although illustration is omitted, it is also possible to provide the solid print layer 12 on the peripheral portions in the two directions of the upper label substrate 2.

On the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 other than the solid print layer 12 formed on the back surface of the upper label substrate 2, information of a predetermined content is printed by dot printing to form a dot print layer 13.
The information on the predetermined content by the halftone dot printing layer 13 is, for example, a product explanation or an application method description or other arbitrary contents, and the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 4 is adjusted by adjusting the density of the halftone dots in the halftone printing. Can be adjusted.
In FIG. 2, the solid printing layer 12 laminated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4, and the boundary surface between the halftone dot printing layer 13 and the release agent layer 5 are illustrated in a separated state.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 of the upper label substrate 2 is formed on the entire back surface of the upper label substrate 2, and the release agent layer 5 of the lower label substrate 3 is formed on the surface of the lower label substrate 3. A part is left as a non-release agent forming layer 14 to form it.

In the laminated label 10 having such a configuration, when the upper label substrate 2 is to be peeled from the lower label substrate 3, if the upper label substrate 2 is caught by a finger at the opening portion 11, a solid print layer 12, the adhesive function of the adhesive layer 4 facing the release agent layer 5 is suppressed, and the upper label substrate 2 can be reliably and easily peeled from the lower label substrate 3.
In addition, since the solid printing layer 12 is present in the portion of the opening portion 11, there is no possibility that the adhesive layer 4 in this region leaks outside (the protruding portion 4A (see FIG. 10) does not occur). ) Hooking of the finger on the opening portion 11 is also reliable and easy.

Note that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 of the upper label base material 2 is adhered to the release agent non-forming layer 14 in the lower label base material 3, and the upper label base material 2 and the lower label material are disposed at the peripheral edge opposite to the opening portion 11. While ensuring the integrity of the side label substrate 3, the upper label substrate 2 can be separated from the lower label substrate 3.

3 is a plan view of a laminated label 20 according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV of FIG. 3, and the laminated label 20 has the basic configuration described above. Although it is the same as the label 10, either the upper label base material 2 or the lower label base material 3 protrudes from the other of the lower label base material 3 or the upper label base material 2, and the opening portion 11 has a projecting portion 21 that faces 11.

In the illustrated example, since the protruding portion 21 that faces the opening portion 11 is formed on the lower label base material 3, it becomes a mark when the upper label base material 2 is peeled from the lower label base material 3.
In addition, if the protrusion part 21 is formed in the upper label base material 2, this protrusion part 21 can be utilized as a knob part.

In the laminated label 20 having such a configuration, when the upper label substrate 2 is started to be peeled off from the lower label substrate 3, the protruding portion 21 located in the opening portion 11 becomes a guide portion or a knob portion. The peeling operation of the upper label substrate 2 is easy.

5 is a plan view of a laminated label 30 according to a third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along line VI-VI in FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line VII-VII in FIG. The upper label base material 2 and the lower label base material 3 in the laminated label 30 are both rectangular, and the solid print layer 12 is provided on the peripheral portions in the three directions of the upper label base material 2.

FIG. 8 is a developed plan view showing the upper label substrate 2 and the lower label substrate 3 separately so as to show the back surface side of the upper label substrate 2 and the front surface side of the lower label substrate 3. The solid print layer 12 surrounds three sides of the upper label substrate 2 other than the one side on which the release agent non-forming layer 14 is provided.

In the laminated label 30 having such a configuration, since the solid print layer 12 surrounds the three sides of the upper label substrate 2, the adhesive of the adhesive layer 4 does not leak from these three sides, and the release agent is not formed. The upper label base material 2 can be easily peeled off from the lower label base material 3 as the opening portion 11 by picking any side other than the one side where the layer 14 is provided.
