Description
前記鉱物誘導ガス油のセタン価は、好ましくは40を超え、かつ70未満である。例えば曇り点、常温フィルター目詰まり点(CFPP)、引火点、密度、ジ+芳香族含有量、ポリ芳香族及び/又は95%回収での蒸留温度のような他の特性も地域の規定と一致すれば、ディーゼル燃料成分としてブレンドを使用するのに有利かも知れない。
酸素化物(iii)としては、エーテル、例えばジブチルエーテル及びジメチルエーテルのようなジアルキル(通常、C1〜C6)エーテルも使用できる。
更に本発明は、本発明方法で得られたブレンド生成物を燃料として、更に好ましくは自動車用ガス油又は工業用ガス油として直接、使用する方法に向けたものである。
以下に本発明を非限定的な実施例により説明する。
密度は直線的ブレンド法則(容量/容量)に従い、検討したAGOサンプルとGTLサンプルとの50:50均質ブレンドは813.3kg/m3の理論密度を有する。したがって、ブレンドの密度測定値を用いて、各成分の存在量を計算できる。
各ブレンドの外観は24時間に亘って観察しても変化しなかったので、これらのブレンドが密度分析のため副試料採取された(sub sampled)時間は、同一にすべきであるとは考慮されなかった。
Claims (6)
- 始めに鉱物誘導炭化水素生成物がフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導炭化水素生成物よりも実質的に上に位置するように、地上貯蔵タンク内に鉱物誘導炭化水素生成物及びフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導炭化水素生成物を所定量供給することにより、鉱物誘導炭化水素生成物とフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導炭化水素生成物とをブレンドする方法であって、
始めにフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導炭化水素生成物の少なくとも50容量%が前記地上貯蔵タンクの下半部に存在し;
前記地上貯蔵タンクはタンク設備場の一部であり、前記タンクは10000m3を超える貯蔵容量を有し;および
前記ブレンドされた生成物は製油所環境において直接使用するのに適する;
前記方法。 - 鉱物誘導炭化水素生成物の沸点範囲及びフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導炭化水素生成物の沸点範囲が50%より多く重複する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鉱物誘導炭化水素生成物が鉱物原油、ガス田凝縮物、プラント凝縮物又はナフサ、ケロシン、ガス油、真空蒸留物、脱アスファルト油又は原油の残留フラクションを含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ブレンド生成物が、鉱物原油とフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成原油とのブレンド、フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ナフサとガス田凝縮物とのブレンド、フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ガス油と鉱物誘導ガス油とのブレンド、又はフィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導蝋状ラフィネートと鉱油誘導真空蒸留物及び/又は鉱油誘導脱アスファルト油とのブレンドである請求項3に記載の方法。
- フィッシャー・トロプシュ誘導ガス油と鉱物誘導ガス油とのブレンドが製造される請求項4に記載の方法。
- 地上貯蔵タンクからブレンド生成物を空にする間に、ブレンド添加剤が添加される請求項5に記載の方法。
