The light emission drive circuit 21 controls on / off of the plurality of light emitting units 5 shown in FIG. 3 based also on the control from the processing circuit 29.
The timer 23 has a timer function and outputs timer information to the processing circuit 29.
The operation unit 25 is operated by the user and outputs an operation signal corresponding to the operation to the processing circuit 29.

The battery 35 is a dry battery.

Hereinafter, an operation example of the goggles 10 with the light emitting function will be described.
The user inputs information specifying the destination country by operating the operation unit 25 in an airplane or the like. The processing circuit 29 controls the light emission drive circuit 21 based on the current time of the input country and data indicating the illuminance of sunlight defined in advance for each time.
Thereby, the light which hits the wearer of the goggles with light emitting function 10 according to the light from the light emitting unit 5 is controlled so as to be close to the illuminance of sunlight at the time of the destination country.
It is not necessary to match the illuminance of sunlight in the destination country at the time of setting. You may control.
By doing in this way, the user wearing the goggles with light emitting function 10 can gradually adjust his / her body at the time in the destination country, which prevents jet lag.

Further, for example, when the depression prevention mode is set by the operation of the operation unit 25 by the user, for example, the illuminance of light reflected by the reflecting surface 3 and entering both eyes is 2,500 to 10,000 as a whole. It is prescribed to be more than lux. The color temperature is preferably about 5500 Kelvin.

As described above, according to the goggles 10 with the light emitting function, the goggle-type small-sized and portable configuration can be effective in eliminating jet lag and preventing depression.
Moreover, according to the goggles 10 with the light emitting function, since the timer function is provided, the output of the light emitting unit 5 can be controlled with a predetermined pattern, and the illuminance of light hitting the eyes can be changed variously. Thereby, an effect can be heightened in jet-lag elimination and depression prevention.
In addition, the goggles 10 with a light emitting function can be driven by a dry battery, so charging is unnecessary and the portability is excellent.
