Claims (1)
- 高強度フェムト秒光パルスをチタン表面に照射して、該チタン表面に、溝によって囲まれた直径約2〜20μmの半球状のミクロンサイズの隆起を多数形成すると共に、該溝および半球状の隆起表面全体に、100〜300nmのナノサイズの微細球状突起と微細嵌凹から成る表面構造を形成することにより、骨芽細胞系細胞の増殖と分化を促進するようにしたことを特徴とする医療用ナノ表面加工チタンの製造方法。
