Abstract
【解決手段】有底の外箱体1に断熱材製の有底の内箱体6が外壁面7を整合させて嵌入される。内箱体6には銅板表面に銅管を接合してなる集熱熱交換器20が内箱体6の底面11に設けた段部8と支持部9とにより支持される。集熱熱交換器20の上面の周辺縁部は断熱材製の中枠体30により挟持され、中枠体30上部には透明なガラス板33が接着等により固着されている。外箱体1と内箱体6と中枠体30に固着されたガラス板33とは面一に整合すると共に、外箱体1と内箱体6と中枠体30に固着されたガラス板33とは、外箱体1に固定されたL形止め金具45により保持されて実質的に外箱体1内で妄動不能に収納されて太陽熱集熱熱交換装置が構成される。

Claims (4)
- 底面部と該底面部から等長で立ちあがる外壁部を有する外箱体に、断熱材製で底面部と該底面部から等長で立ちあがる外壁部を有する内箱体が互いの外壁部同志を整合させて嵌入されると共に、該内箱体には銅板からなる集熱板表面に銅管からなる熱交換用導管を接合してなる集熱熱交換器が該内箱体の底面に設けた段部と支持部とにより支持され、該集熱熱交換器の上面の周辺縁部は断熱材製の中枠体により挟持され、該中枠体上部には透明なガラス板が接着等により固着されてなり、該外箱体と該内箱体と該中枠体に固着された該ガラス板とは面一に整合すると共に、該外箱体と該内箱体と該中枠体に固着された該ガラス板とは、該外箱体に固定されたL形止め金具により保持されて実質的に該外箱体内で妄動不能に収納されてなることを特徴とする太陽熱集熱熱交換装置。
- 該集熱熱交換器の表面部には酸化銅の被膜が施こされてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載される太陽熱集熱熱交換装置。
- 該内箱体の少なくとも底面部がアルミ箔で積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載される太陽熱集熱熱交換装置。
- 該外箱体と該内箱体とにそれぞれ設けられた長孔部は互いに整合して熱交換用導管の先端部を該外箱体外に導いてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載される太陽熱集熱熱交換装置。
