Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dehumidifying device that performs dehumidification by condensing and collecting moisture absorbed by a dehumidifying rotor by a heat exchanger.
As a dehumidifying device that condenses and collects moisture absorbed by a conventional dehumidification rotor with a heat exchanger, the moisture absorbed by the dehumidification rotor is supplied and released by supplying high-temperature regenerated air heated by a heater. There is a configuration in which high-humidity regenerative air containing water is cooled by cooling air in a heat exchanger to collect moisture as condensed water, and the regenerated air from which moisture has been condensed and removed is returned to the heater and circulated. In this regenerative air circulation type configuration, the high humidity regenerative air is not discharged to the outside of the apparatus, so that the regenerative air becomes in a high humidity state, and the enthalpy difference with the cooling air is expanded, so that the heat exchanger can efficiently recover moisture. There are features. On the other hand, if the air leakage between the regenerated air and the cooling air is large, the amount of condensed water recovered decreases, so that the heat exchanger is required to be airtight between the regenerative air passage and the cooling air passage. In addition, it is necessary to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger because more moisture can be condensed by cooling the regeneration air to the lowest possible temperature to reduce the saturated water vapor amount.
As a heat exchanger used in such a dehumidifying apparatus, a gap plate formed in a corrugated shape is inserted between a plurality of heat transfer plates formed in a flat plate shape with the corrugation forming direction being alternately changed by 90 ° to transfer the heat. Some heat exchangers exchange heat by fixing the top sides of the hot plate and the spacing plate with an adhesive, etc., and forming a regenerative air passage through which regenerative air flows and a cooling air passage through which cooling air flows in every other direction. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In addition, a plurality of passage group forming bodies whose interiors are divided into a plurality of passages are laminated one by one by alternately changing the passage direction by 90 °, and regeneration air and cooling air are orthogonal to every other stage of the laminated passage group forming bodies. Some of them exchange heat alternately. In this configuration, the thickness of the passage group forming body is reduced as much as possible, and the adjacent surfaces are brought into close contact with each other as much as possible to increase the contact area (for example, Patent Document 2). reference).
As described above, various types of heat exchangers used in the dehumidifying apparatus have been proposed. The heat exchanger exemplified in
However, in this heat exchanger, since the dimensional accuracy of the waveform of the spacing plate is directly connected to the dimensional error of the passage spacing, it is difficult to ensure the passage spacing accurately, the ventilation resistance is high, and the weight of the number of spacing plates is also large. There was a problem of becoming bulky and heavy.
In addition, there is a problem in that water droplets condensed on the corrugated apex portion of the spacing plate in the regenerative air passage are not easily dropped due to surface tension but stay in the passage and increase ventilation resistance.
In addition, the heat exchanger exemplified in
However, this heat exchanger has two outer wall surfaces of each passage group forming pair and a close contact surface between the outer wall surfaces between the regeneration air and the cooling air. There is a problem that the efficiency is lowered, and it is difficult to maintain the heat exchange efficiency due to variations in adhesive application on the contact surface.
In addition, the water droplets condensed at the corners of a large number of internal passages provided in the passage group forming body on the regeneration air passage side are not easily dropped due to surface tension, but stay in the internal passages, thereby increasing the ventilation resistance. there were.
Moreover, the heat exchanger illustrated by
However, in this hollow heat exchanger, since the heat transfer surface is formed in a pipe shape, the heat transfer area that can be formed in the same volume is approximately 1/5 that of the stacked heat exchanger exemplified in
In addition, because the regeneration air passage is in a high humidity state with a dew point temperature of around 40 ° C. due to low heat exchange efficiency, the amount of moisture discharged outside the device due to leakage of regeneration air increases and the dehumidification performance decreases. Since the air to be regenerated needs to be heated to a higher temperature to increase the degree of drying, there is a problem that energy increases and dehumidification efficiency (condensation latent heat amount of dehumidified water / energy amount required for dehumidification) is poor.
In addition, a predetermined wall thickness, specifically an average wall thickness of about 0.5 to 1.0 mm, is required to form the heat transfer surface in the shape of a pipe, resulting in increased thermal resistance and reduced heat exchange efficiency. In addition, there is a problem that the heat exchanger becomes heavier due to an increase in the weight of the wall thickness.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and maintains a proper passage interval to suppress ventilation resistance, to improve heat exchange efficiency and reduce size and weight, and to reduce water droplet retention in the regenerative air passage. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dehumidifying device with improved dehumidification efficiency (condensation latent heat amount of dehumidified water / energy amount required for dehumidification).

In order to achieve the above object, the first problem-solving means taken by the present invention includes a dehumidification rotor (2) that absorbs moisture from the supply air and regenerates it by releasing moisture into the heated air, and the dehumidification rotor (2 ) Supply air to the moisture absorption path (6) for absorbing moisture, circulation path (8) for circulating regeneration air to the dehumidification rotor (2) to release moisture, and supply to the dehumidification rotor (2) A heat exchanger (10) having a heater (9) for heating the regenerated air, a regenerative air passage (11) forming a section of the circulation path (8), and a cooling air passage (12) through which cooling air flows The heat exchanger (10) includes a plurality of thin plate-like heat transfer plates (23a, 23b) laminated at predetermined intervals by the interval ribs (24a, 24b) , and is laminated at the predetermined interval. Heat transfer plate (23a) and the other Integrally formed in the plate to form the the lamination gap (23b) and the regeneration air the regeneration air passage and a cooling air flowing alternately and (11) cooling air passages (12), said one of the heat transfer plate (23a) The stacking interval of the heat transfer plates (23a, 23b) is maintained by the interval rib (24a) formed and the interval rib (24b) integrally formed with the other heat transfer plate (23b), so that the regeneration air and the cooling air are supplied. The regeneration air passage of the heat exchanger (10) is configured to condense moisture in the regeneration air by exchanging heat through each of the one heat transfer plate (23a) and the other heat transfer plate (23b). (11) the inlet side of the upper portion of the regeneration air, and the outlet side of the regeneration air are arranged in the vertical direction so that the lower, a blowing direction of the regenerating air of the one heat transfer plate (23a) the The first projecting in the same direction as the spacing rib (24a) Induction rib (27a) is formed,
A second induction rib ( 27b) is formed to project in the direction of blowing the regeneration air of the other heat transfer plate (23b) and in the direction opposite to the spacing rib (24b) ;
The rib height of the first induction rib (27a) of the one heat transfer plate (23a ) is the same as the interval rib (24a) of the one heat transfer plate (23a), and the other heat transfer plate ( the rib height of the second inductive rib (27b) of 23b), said is Katachi設lower than one of said first induction ribs of the heat transfer plate (23a) (27a) Rutotomoni, of the other The second induction rib (27b) of the heat transfer plate (23b) is formed in the central portion of the spacing rib (24a) of the one heat transfer plate (23a) and the first induction rib (27a) in the laminated state. It is shaped to be located.
The first problem solving means has the following action. That is, the dehumidification rotor (2) absorbs moisture from the supply air in the moisture absorption path (6) and releases the absorbed moisture to the high-temperature regenerated air heated by the heater (9) in the circulation path (8). The regeneration air that has become highly humid and contains the moisture released by the dehumidification rotor (2) is supplied to the regeneration air passage (11) of the heat exchanger (10) and heats with the cooling air flowing through the cooling air passage (12). Exchange. The regeneration air passage (11) and the cooling air passage (12) are formed at every other stage of the lamination gap of the plurality of laminated heat transfer plates (23a, 23b). It is hold | maintained by the space | interval rib (24a, 24b) integrally formed by (23a, 23b). Accordingly, separate parts such as a spacing plate are not required, and the stacking interval is ensured with high accuracy, thereby suppressing an increase in ventilation resistance. Further, since only one heat transfer plate (23a, 23b) is interposed between the regeneration air and the cooling air, the thermal resistance is reduced and the heat exchange efficiency is improved. Further, since the regeneration air passage (11) and the cooling air passage (12) are alternately formed in a plurality of stages, the heat transfer surface is formed densely, and the heat exchanger (10) becomes small and light. Then, the regenerated air that has been subjected to high-efficiency heat exchange in the heat exchanger (10) is cooled to a sufficiently low temperature, so that the saturated water vapor amount is reduced and water is saturated. Saturated water is recovered from this regeneration air as condensed water. Since this condensed water recovery amount becomes the dehumidification amount of the dehumidifier, the amount of dehumidification increases as the heat exchange efficiency is improved and the saturated water vapor amount of the regeneration air is reduced. Further, since there is no interval plate or passage dividing plate in the regeneration air passage (11), the surface tension is less likely to act on the condensed water droplets, and the water droplets are smoothly dropped by their own weight, and water droplet retention is suppressed. Then, the regenerated air sufficiently cooled by the heat exchanger (10) circulates in the circulation path (8) and returns to the heater (9) again. When the regenerative air is heated to a conventional equivalent temperature with this heater (9), the relative humidity is lowered by the amount of the saturated water vapor, and the air becomes drier and hotter. Therefore, the dehumidification rotor (2) is likely to release moisture, the moisture release to the regeneration air is increased, and the condensed water recovery amount in the heat exchanger (10) is also increased. In addition, since the amount of saturated water vapor in the regenerated air is small, the amount of water leakage due to air leakage is also reduced, and the dehumidification amount drop due to water leakage is suppressed. By such a synergistic effect, the dehumidification efficiency of the dehumidifier (condensation latent heat amount of dehumidified water / energy amount used for dehumidification) is improved.
Furthermore, the regeneration air passage is arranged vertically so that the regeneration air inlet side is at the top and the regeneration air exit side is at the bottom, and the guide ribs (27a, 27b) are formed in the regeneration air blowing direction. The water droplets condensed on the regeneration air passage (11) can be quickly dropped.
Furthermore, the rib height of the first induction rib (27a) of one heat transfer plate (23a ) is made the same as the interval rib (24a) of one heat transfer plate (23a), and the other heat transfer plate (23b) ) of the height of the second inductive rib ribs (27b) is first Katachi設induction rib (27a) lower than in the one heat transfer plate (23a) Rutotomoni, other heat transfer plate (23b The second induction rib (27b) is formed so as to be positioned at the center portion of the spacing rib (24a) of the one heat transfer plate (23a) and the first induction rib (27a) in the laminated state. In addition, the regenerative air passage (11) can be maintained at a proper distance in the center, and the regenerative air passage (11) can have a wide cross-sectional area to reduce ventilation resistance, and water droplets condensed in the passage can be bridged. It can be dripped smoothly without doing.
Further, the second problem-solving means taken by the present invention is the above-described first problem-solving means, wherein the guide ribs (27a, 27b) projecting into the regenerative air passage (11) are replaced with the heat transfer plate ( 23a, 23b).
The second problem solving means has the following action in addition to the action of the first problem solving means. That is, water droplets condensed in the regeneration air passage (11) are smoothly dropped along the guide ribs (27a, 27b) projecting into the regeneration air passage (11), and water droplets stay in the regeneration air passage (11). It is suppressed.
The third problem-solving means taken by the present invention is the above-described second problem-solving means in which the guide ribs (27a, 27b) are continuously formed in the blowing direction of the regeneration air.
The third problem solving means has the following action in addition to the action of the second problem solving means. That is, since the guide ribs (27a, 27b) are continuously formed in the direction of blowing the regeneration air, water droplets condensed in the regeneration air passage (11) can be promptly generated without causing water droplet retention at the rib discontinuous portion. Dripping.

That is, the cooling air supplied to the cooling air passage (12) flows uniformly along the rectifying rib (28), so that the efficiency of heat exchange with the regeneration air is improved.
The fifth problem-solving means taken by the present invention is the same as the fourth problem-solving means, in which the rectifying rib (28) is cooled in the cooling air passage (12) disposed substantially in the horizontal direction. It is formed discontinuously in the air blowing direction.
The fifth problem solving means has the following action in addition to the action of the fourth problem solving means. That is, the cooling air flowing along the rectifying rib (28) is equalized at the discontinuous portions of the rectifying rib (28), the wind speed distribution is leveled, and the heat exchange efficiency is further improved.
Further, a sixth problem solving means provided by the present invention is the same as the first to fifth problem solving means, wherein the outer shape of the heat transfer plate (23a, 23b) is made shorter than the opposite side on the long side. The cooling air passage (12) is disposed on the long side and the regeneration air passage (11) is disposed on the short side.
The sixth problem solving means has the following action in addition to the action of any one of the first to fifth problem solving means. That is, the passage cross-sectional area of the cooling air passage (12) disposed on the long side is larger than the passage cross-sectional area of the regeneration air passage (11) disposed on the short side. The ventilation resistance of 12) is lower than the ventilation resistance of the regeneration air passage (11), and it becomes easier to supply more cooling air than regeneration air.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a dehumidifying device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a
In the above-described configuration, in the
FIG. 2 is a schematic exploded perspective view showing a detailed configuration of the
FIG. 3 is a schematic exploded perspective view showing a detailed configuration of the
The
In addition, a hollow
The
As described above, the
Moreover, the
FIG. 4 is a schematic process diagram showing a method for forming a heat transfer plate. As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the
It is preferable to use the
Further, it is desirable to use a thermoplastic resin material as the material of the
Further, the
As described above, when polystyrene is used as the thermoplastic resin material of the
Also, polypropylene can be used for the thermoplastic resin material of the
Further, polycarbonate can be used as the thermoplastic resin material of the
Further, polyethylene terephthalate can be used as the thermoplastic resin material of the
Further, acrylonitrile / butadiene / styrene can also be used as the thermoplastic resin material of the
Furthermore, an antibacterial agent, an antistatic agent, a flame retardant, a deodorizing agent, etc. can be added individually or in combination to the

In addition, it is possible to suppress water droplet retention due to surface tension without providing an apex angle portion such as a spacing plate or a passage dividing plate, and to smoothly drop condensed water droplets.

Further, since the
