Description
本発明は、医療装置に関し、より特定的には、たとえばステントグラフトなどの補綴物を人体または動物の体内の血管内に配置するための医療装置に関する。
たとえばステントグラフトなどの補綴物を人体または動物の体内に配置するために、低侵襲の医療処置が使用される。このような処置では、たとえば血管のような管内にセルディンガー法を用いて導入される配置装置が使用されて、当該配置装置に装着されたステントグラフトを血管に沿って選択された部位に送達する。選択された部位は、人または動物の脈管系の損傷または破裂した部分である可能性がある。ステントグラフト、効果的には管状体を、脈管系の損傷部分を越えて配置し、代替の血流経路を設けるために、上記処置が手配される。
したがって、一の形式では、必ずしもこれが唯一のまたは最も広範な形式ではないかもしれないが、本発明は、放射線不透過性の材料を有して形成された、または放射線不透過性の材料から形成された部分を備え、当該部分は選択された横断方向のX線検出可能な外形を有し、そのため、血管内送達装置のある選択された回転方向の方位において、当該部分は血管内処置中にその選択された回転方向の方位にあることをX線手段により観察可能である、血管内送達装置に存すると言われる。

本発明の実施の形態は、添付の図面を参照して、一例としてのみ、以下に述べられる。
図1は、本明細書に教示される特徴を含む、血管内送達装置に係る一実施の形態を示す。送達装置1は、使用中に患者の体外に残ることが意図される取っ手部3と、患者の脈管系を介して患者の体内へ進められる送達部4とを含む。送達装置は、取っ手部から、送達装置の近位側端にあるノーズコーン拡張器8まで延びる、ガイドワイヤカテーテル6を含む。取っ手部3から押し込みカテーテル10が延びている。シース12は、押し込みカテーテル10に装着されたシース操作部から延び、送達装置の患者への導入および前進の間、シースはノーズコーン拡張器8へ向かって進められる。しかしながら、図1に図示されるように、送達装置に装着されて運ばれるステントグラフト16を露出させるために、シース12は引き込まれている。

Claims (9)
- 放射線不透過性の材料により形成された少なくとも二つの部分を備え、使用時に前記部分は人体または動物の体内に配置される、血管内送達装置であって、前記部分の各々は、選択された横断方向のX線検出可能な外形を有し、そのため、前記血管内送達装置のある選択された回転方向の方位において、前記部分の各々は人体または動物の体内で血管内処置中にその選択された回転方向の方位にあることをX線手段により観察可能であり、前記少なくとも二つの部分のうちの一の部分はノーズコーン拡張器であり、前記少なくとも二つの部分のうちの他の部分はデリバリーカテーテルである、血管内送達装置。
- 前記選択された外形は、前記部分の長手方向の中心から横断方向に偏っている、請求項1に記載の血管内送達装置。
- 前記選択された外形は、前記部分に形成された側方の突起、貫通した開口、V字状の切欠きまたはU字状の切欠きを備える群から選択される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の血管内送達装置。
- 前記ノーズコーン拡張器の前記選択された外形は、前記ノーズコーン拡張器において横断方向の切欠きを備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の血管内送達装置。
- 前記切欠きは、V字状またはU字状の切欠きを備える、請求項4に記載の血管内送達装置。
- 前記ノーズコーン拡張器は、その内部に留置カテーテルを収容するための長手方向の溝部を備え、前記横断方向の切欠きは、前記長手方向の溝部の近位側端に形成される、請求項5に記載の血管内送達装置。
- 前記少なくとも二つの部分のうち一つ以上は、ビニル製の放射線不透過性で厚肉の管部と、ウレタン製の放射線不透過性の管部と、を備える群から選択される材料から形成される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の血管内送達装置。
- 前記デリバリーカテーテルの前記選択された外形は、前記デリバリーカテーテルにおいて横断方向の切欠きを備える、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の血管内送達装置。
- 前記選択された横断方向の外形は、前記送達装置の前記部分を貫通する切欠きまたは開口であって、前記切欠きまたは開口には、前記部分が脈管系を通過するための滑らかな外表面であって、前記切欠きまたは開口のX線観察を可能とする外表面を備えるように、放射線透過性の材料が充填されている、請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の血管内送達装置。
