Conventionally, awakening by controlling lighting is important for providing a comfortable awakening because the sleep rhythm and the wake-up rhythm can be matched. A system that wakes up by illumination control is proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 07-318670 (Patent Document 1) and Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 06-078895 (Patent Document 2).

By the way, there is a high possibility that the timing of getting up is different when sleeping in the same room. However, the problem with conventional lighting control is that two people wake up simultaneously.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 06-078895

However, in a residential environment where multiple people live, the bedroom is often used by multiple people. However, the technique of Patent Document 2 induces comfortable awakening at each individual wake-up time in the same room. There is a problem that cannot be done.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bedroom lighting system that can be awakened comfortably by lighting control when sleeping in the same room, and can shift the wake-up timing. It is something to be done.

In order to achieve the above object, a first configuration of a bedroom lighting system according to the present invention is provided between an awakening preparation lighting group provided on each headboard of a plurality of sleeping beds arranged side by side and the sleeping bed provided next to each other. A night table that shields light from awakening preparation lighting group from other sleeping beds provided on the headboard, and provided on both sides of the night table to wake up and wake up completely A wake-up illumination group for resetting the biological rhythm, and control means for controlling the wake-up preparation illumination group and the wake-up illumination group.

Moreover, the 2nd structure of the bedroom lighting system which concerns on this invention is a body temperature measuring means which measures the body temperature of the person sleeping in the said bed in the said 1st structure, and the body temperature measured by the said body temperature measuring means. A sleep curve creating unit that creates a sleep curve based on the sleep curve created by the sleep curve creating unit, and the control unit generates the illumination group for awakening preparation at the time of transition from REM sleep to non-REM sleep in the sleep curve created by the sleep curve creating unit. It is set to ON.

Further, a third configuration of the bedroom lighting system according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the first configuration, the bedroom lighting system includes body temperature raising means that is controlled by the control means in accordance with the timing of awakening and promotes an increase in body temperature. To do.

Moreover, the 4th structure of the bedroom lighting system which concerns on this invention is a body temperature measurement sheet | seat laid in the said bed in the said 2nd structure, The said body temperature measurement means is characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to the first configuration of the bedroom lighting system according to the present invention, the light from the wake-up preparation lighting group provided on the headboard of another adjacent sleeping bed can be shielded by the night table, and the wake-up time However, it is not affected by other wake-up preparation lighting groups that are different from each other, and does not suffer from sleep disturbance.

Also, in response to a preset wake-up time, as a wake-up preparation stage, the control means turns on the wake-up preparation lighting group at the time of transition from REM sleep to non-REM sleep and responds to a predetermined time-illuminance curve. By gradually increasing the illuminance of the wake-up preparation illumination group and turning on the wake-up illumination at a predetermined timing before the wake-up time, the user can wake up comfortably.

Here, REM sleep and non-REM sleep will be described. When sleep gradually becomes deep after falling asleep, REM (Rapid eye movement; REM) sleep appears next. The characteristics of REM sleep are similar to the stage of non-REM sleep on the electroencephalogram, but rapid eye movements are observed, and many people dream about such sleep periods. REM sleep is qualitatively different from non-REM sleep in various physiological phenomena and depth of sleep. Such REM sleep and non-REM sleep appear as 5 to 6 times until they wake up in the morning by repeating them alternately in an overnight sleep. In healthy adults, the length of one set of REM-NREM sleep is about 90 minutes.

As features of REM sleep, (1) rapid eye movement appears. (2) The electroencephalogram shows a pattern resembling from sleep onset to light sleep. (3) There is almost no tension in the muscles that maintain the body posture (anti-gravity muscles, posture muscles). (4) It is difficult to wake up even if sensory stimulation is given. (5) Autonomic nerve functions such as pulse, respiration and blood pressure change irregularly. (6) When waking up a person who is asleep during REM sleep, more than 80% of people have a dream.

On the other hand, the features of non-REM sleep are as follows: (1) Eye movements that sway slowly in the shallow sleep phase of sleep onset, but after that, when the sleep becomes deeper, the eye movement stops. (2) EEG activity decreases and the frequency slows down. (3) Body muscle tension is maintained. (4) Stable pulse, blood pressure and breathing. (5) If you wake up a person who is asleep during non-REM sleep, you will not be awake and rarely dream.

Next, the awakening preparation illumination group will be described. While one day on the earth is 24 hours, the unit of one day that humans originally have is 25 hours. It is necessary to reset the biological rhythm to synchronize the cycle of the day by 1 hour in this 25 hours and to match the cycle of the day in 24 hours. It is known that it can be accelerated by one hour. The wake-up preparation illumination group according to the present invention replaces sunlight as a reset button of the biological clock. Since natural sunlight gradually increases its illuminance from sunrise and wakes it up, the control means gradually increases the illuminance of the wake-up preparation lighting group, and finally the high illuminance with the wake-up light It is intended to wake up by illuminating with.

Moreover, according to the 2nd structure of the bedroom lighting system which concerns on this invention, a sleep curve can be created by a sleep curve creation means based on the body temperature during sleep measured by the body temperature measurement means. Since the body temperature during REM sleep that appears alternately and repeatedly in the overnight sleep rises and the body temperature during non-REM sleep falls, the body temperature curve during sleep matches the sleep curve.

Then, in the sleep curve created by the sleep curve creating means, the control means turns on the wake-up preparation illumination group at the time when an inflection point appears that shifts from REM sleep where the body temperature rises to non-REM sleep where the body temperature falls. Comfortable awakening can be promoted.

In addition, according to the third configuration of the bedroom lighting system according to the present invention, the body temperature that has been lowered during sleep rises by urging the body temperature to rise in accordance with the timing of awakening by means of body temperature raising means such as an electric fan. Can wake up comfortably.

Moreover, according to the 4th structure of the bedroom lighting system which concerns on this invention, by measuring the body temperature during sleep with the body temperature measurement sheet | seat laid on the bed, body temperature can be reliably ensured irrespective of a sleep phase and without being conscious. It can be measured and sleep is maintained.

FIG. 1 is a layout view showing the configuration of a bedroom lighting system according to the present invention, FIG. 2 (a) is a diagram showing an example of a wake-up preparation lighting group provided on a headboard, and FIG. 2 (b) is provided on a night table. FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the control system of the bedroom lighting system according to the present invention, FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of a sleep curve created by the sleep curve creating means, FIG. 5 is a diagram showing how the illuminance of the wake-up preparation illumination group and the wake-up illumination group is controlled by the control means.

1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a plurality of sleeping beds 1 arranged in one room, and each headboard 2 arranged on each pillow side of the sleeping bed 1 corresponds to each sleeping bed 1. Thus, an awakening preparation illumination group 3 is provided.

The awakening preparation lighting group 3 is arranged so as to illuminate the periphery of the bed 1, and the entire bed 1 is controlled in a range where the horizontal illuminance is about 0 [lx (lux)] to 300 [lx (lux)]. Light with low illuminance is adopted so that the luminous flux of the wake-up preparation illumination group 3 can be changed according to time in conjunction with a timer 4a provided in the control unit 4 serving as the control means shown in FIG. It is configured.

Among the plurality of sleeping beds 1, a night table 5 for shielding light from the awakening preparation illumination group 3 from the other sleeping beds 1 provided on each headboard 2 is provided between the sleeping beds 1 adjacent to each other. It has been. On both side surfaces of the night table 5, there are provided awakening illumination groups 6 corresponding to the respective sleeping beds 1 that promote complete awakening and reset the biological rhythm when awakened.

The awakening illumination group 6 is installed so as to illuminate the face of a sleeping person on each bed 1, and a light with a relatively high illuminance with a horizontal illuminance of 3000 [lx (lux)] or less at the bedside is adopted. The light flux of the awakening illumination group 6 can be changed according to time in conjunction with a timer 4a provided in the control unit 4 serving as the control means shown in FIG.

In addition to the night table 5, the light from the wake-up preparation illumination group 3 from the other bed 1 provided on each headboard 2 may be shielded by partitions or the like, and may be provided next to the side of the partition. Awakening illumination groups 6 may be provided corresponding to the respective sleeping beds 1.

The awakening preparation illumination group 3 and the awakening illumination group 6 are controlled according to predetermined time-illuminance curves 12a and 12b shown in FIG.

The bed 1 is laid with a body temperature measurement sheet 7 serving as a body temperature measuring means for measuring the body temperature of a sleeping person in the bed 1, and based on the body temperature measured by the body temperature measurement sheet 7, FIG. A sleep curve for each person during sleep in the bed 1 is created by the sleep curve creation unit 8 serving as a sleep curve creation means.

The body temperature of a person sleeping in the bed 1 is measured by a body temperature measurement sheet 7, and the measurement data is stored as needed in the storage unit 9 serving as storage means. And the measurement data memorize | stored in the memory | storage part 9 can be employ | adopted as a sleep curve by producing the body temperature curve shown in FIG. 4 by making a horizontal axis into time and making a vertical axis into body temperature. The body temperature during REM sleep that appears alternately and repeatedly in overnight sleep rises and the body temperature during non-REM sleep falls, so the body temperature curve during sleep matches the sleep curve 10.

Reference numeral 11 denotes an inflection point detection unit serving as an inflection point detecting means, and the time at which the inflection point 10c that shifts from the REM sleep curve 10a to the non-REM sleep curve 10b in the sleep curve 10 shown in FIG. 4 created by the sleep curve creation unit 8 appears. to detect the t 1.

In the sleep curve 10 shown in FIG. 4 created by the sleep curve creation unit 8, the control unit 4 shows the time when the inflection point 10 c transitioning from the REM sleep curve 10 a detected by the inflection point detection unit 11 to the non-REM sleep curve 10 b appears. performs control to turn oN the ready lighting group 3 awakening based on t 1. In FIG. 4, the sleep curve 10 ′ indicates that the awakening depth is generally increased by turning on the awakening preparation illumination group 3 based on the time t 1 at which the inflection point 10 c of the sleep curve 10 appears.

In addition, each bed 1 is provided with an electric anchor 13 that serves as a means for raising body temperature, and the controller 4 turns on the electric anchor 13 simultaneously with the turning on of the awakening preparation lighting group 3 one hour before waking up. Control is performed. As a result, the electric anchor 13 is controlled in accordance with the timing of awakening, and by urging the body temperature to rise, the body temperature that has fallen during sleep increases, and a comfortable awakening can be promoted.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the awakening preparation illumination group 3 is turned on, the control unit 4 gradually increases the illuminance of the awakening preparation illumination group 3. The storage unit 9 stores in advance illuminance curve data representing a temporal change in illuminance from natural sunlight sunrise to awakening. Based on this illuminance curve data, time-illuminance control of the awakening preparation illumination group 3 is stored. Is done. In FIG. 5, 12a shows the illuminance curve by the awakening preparation illumination group 3.

The awakening Preparation lighting group 3 provided headboard 2 as the maximum illuminance L 2 at time t 2 when a predetermined time has elapsed from the time t 1 that inflection point 10c appears sleep curve 10, the predetermined time has elapsed from the time t 2 and oN the awakening lighting group 6 provided on the night table 5 at time t 3. In FIG. 5, 12b shows the illuminance curve by the awakening illumination group 6. Illuminance of awakening lighting group 6 are indicated by L 3.

According to the above configuration, the light from the wake-up preparation lighting group 3 provided on the headboard 2 of the other bed 1 adjacent to the adjacent bed can be shielded by the night table 5, and other wake-up preparations with different wake-up times are possible. It is not affected by the lighting group 3 and does not suffer from sleep disturbance.

Further, in response to a preset wake-up time, as a wake-up preparation stage, the control unit 4 turns on the wake-up preparation illumination group 3 at the time of transition from REM sleep to non-REM sleep, and a predetermined time-illuminance curve. Accordingly, the illuminance of the wake-up preparation illumination group 3 can be gradually increased, and the wake-up illumination group 6 can be turned on at a predetermined timing before the wake-up time to wake up comfortably.

Moreover, the sleep curve 10 can be created by the sleep curve creation unit 8 based on the body temperature during sleep measured by the body temperature measurement sheet 7.

Then, in the sleep curve 10 created by the sleep curve creation unit 8, the control unit 4 wakes up and prepares the illumination group at a time t 1 at which an inflection point 10 c that shifts from a REM sleep where the body temperature rises to a non-REM sleep where the body temperature falls appears. A comfortable awakening can be promoted by setting 3 to ON.

Further, by measuring the body temperature during sleep using the body temperature measurement sheet 7 laid on the bed 1, the body temperature can be reliably measured regardless of the sleep phase and without being conscious, and a good sleep is maintained. In addition, as a body temperature measuring means, the thing which attached the thermometer to the wristband etc., and the non-contact thermometer which can measure skin temperature away from a human body are also employable.

Thereby, when several people sleep in the same room, it can wake up comfortably by lighting control, and the timing of waking up can be shifted.
