Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is useful for manufacturing a three-dimensional design by processing solder in the manufacture of a decorative product using a heat-resistant material that does not melt and deform with solder.

Stained glass, which is one of the decorative items using glass pieces, joins colored glass pieces cut into any shape and size, and presents a pattern or decorative shape by combining the shape of the joint or colored glass pieces. Make as follows.
For joining the glass pieces, a method is used in which a copper tape such as an adhesive copper tape is attached to the peripheral surface of the glass pieces, and the glass pieces are joined together and soldered using a soldering iron or the like.
At the time of this soldering, the solder is used to match the glass pieces and is thinly applied along the copper tape.

In addition, the joint is colored with a colorant in order to match the appearance of the solder or copper tape of the joint with the color tone of the entire stained glass or to make it inconspicuous so as not to break the color tone or atmosphere.
JP 2007-070192 A

However, in the production of conventional stained glass ornaments, when joining glass pieces, a copper tape such as adhesive copper tape is attached to the peripheral surface of the glass, and the glass pieces are put together to use a soldering iron or the like. Solder is applied, but this solder is applied as thinly and uniformly as possible so that it does not affect the pattern or decorative shape expressed by the finished product. There is no decoration.

Against this background, in the manufacture of decorative products, copper tape is attached to the peripheral surface of a heat-resistant material that does not melt and deform with solder, and solder is melted and adhered to the surface of the applied copper tape, which is then placed on the base plate. Place the solder on the upper surface of the material and heat from the upper surface of the solder to flatten the upper surface. When the upper surface is flattened, the excess solder flows from the upper surface to the lower surface, so that the solder is on the opposite side of the flattened surface. It has been found that a solder ornament is formed.

The object of the present invention is based on the above knowledge, by adding a new method to the production method of stained glass, which is one of the decorative items using glass pieces, to produce decorative items with new designs made of glass pieces. It is what makes it possible.

The manufacturing method according to claim 1 is a method in which copper tape is attached to a peripheral surface of a decorative article body having heat resistance that does not melt and deform with solder, and solder is melted and adhered to the surface of the copper tape attached to the decorative article body. After the first step and the first step, a lump made of solder is attached to one side of the part of the decorative article main body where the solder is melted and attached to the surface of the base plate, and the solder lump is attached. The second step of placing the surface of the decorative article body on the base plate facing the base plate and placing the solder on the upper surface of the decorative article body to which the solder was melted and adhered in the first step, and further the solder from the upper surface A third step of heating and flattening the upper surface of the solder, and flowing a surplus solder from the upper surface to the lower surface to create a decoration of the solder on the surface of the ornament body, and a method for producing the ornament It is.
Examples of the decorative article body used in the present invention include a glass plate, a mirror, a slice of ore sliced into a flat plate, and a metal plate that is difficult to be soldered.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a decorative article in which a soldering material made by the manufacturing method according to the first aspect is pressed against a solder portion of the decorative article before the solder portion is cured to process the shape of the solder portion. This is the production method.
In the present invention, “pressing” includes not only a method of pressing from the top to the bottom, but also a method of irregularly stroking the surface by moving in a horizontal direction while pressing a sharp object.
Plate-shaped ornaments made of glass pieces or the like according to claim 3 is the decorative article fabricated by claim 1 or 2. The ornament may be a single ornament or a ornament in which a plurality of attachments are attached to the ornament.

A newly designed decorative product can be manufactured by melting and adhering solder to the decorative product main body having heat resistance that does not melt and deform with solder.

Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In order to produce a plate-shaped ornament using a glass piece according to the present invention, a paper pattern designed as shown in FIG. 1 (a) is prepared, and the glass piece is slightly larger than the paper pattern along the paper pattern. Is cut with a glass cutter to create a decorative body 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the peripheral surface of the cut decorative article body 1 is shaved with a moler to smooth the peripheral surface (FIG. 2C). Further, as shown in FIG. 4D, the copper tape 2 is wound around the peripheral surface of the decorative article body 1, and the solder 3 is melted and adhered to the copper tape 2 portion. At this time, if the flux is previously applied to the surface of the copper tape 2, the solder 3 can be adhered cleanly.
The copper tape 2 is applied to the peripheral surface of the ornament main body 1 not only on the outer peripheral surface of the ornament main body 1 but also on the outer peripheral edges of the upper surface and the lower surface intersecting with the outer peripheral surface.

Soldering to the surface of the copper tape 2 is performed by first thinly melting and adhering the solder 3 to the copper tape 2 as shown in (e) of the figure (figure (f)), as shown in (g) of the figure. A ball (block) 7 made of a plurality of solders 3 coated with flux is attached to the surface of the decorative body 1 that is in contact with the base plate 5 and placed on the base plate 5 made of a piece of wood, etc. Solder 3 is deposited on the copper tape 2 affixed to the outer periphery (FIGS. (H) and (i)).
As shown in FIG. 4J, the portion of the upper surface where the solder 3 is piled up is heated with a soldering iron 4 and melted so as to be flat. At this time, since the ornament main body is placed on the base plate 5 via a sphere (lump) 7, a gap is formed between the base plate 5 and the solder ball (lump) 7 on the lower surface. Serves as a foundation, and melts and adheres to the lower surface in a shape in which excess solder 3 flows. The spheres (lumps) 7 attached to the lower surface are also melted, and a decorative shape 6 in which the solder is uneven is formed integrally with the solder 3 that flows down from the upper surface. A three-dimensional part is born (Fig. (K)). The solder balls (lumps) 7 can be produced by attaching a small amount of solder 3 to the tip of the soldering iron 4 and shaking the soldering iron 4 up and down. After the solder 3 is attached, the decorative body 1 is washed with water, the attached chemicals are removed, and the decorative article is completed.

2, after the steps (a) to (f) shown in FIG. 1 are performed, the ornamental body 1 is placed on the base plate 5, and solder 3 is placed on the outer periphery of the upper surface. Heat the part with the soldering iron with a soldering iron, and drop the excess solder 3 on the lower surface. The sagging flow to the lower surface is caused by distortion of the decorative article body 1 and unevenness of the base plate 5 without attaching a sphere (block) 7 for securing a gap between the base plate and the base plate as in the previous embodiment. Solder melts and adheres in a shape in which solder drips in the gap between the formed decorative article body 1 and the base plate 5. In this way, an uneven decorative shape of solder is formed as in the previous embodiment. FIG. 2 shows an example of a decorative product thus manufactured.
Further, it is possible to manufacture a decorative product having a rounded three-dimensional solder decorative portion by thinly applying a flux to the surface of the solder portion of the decorative product shown in FIG.

FIG. 3 shows an example of an ornament manufactured by performing the steps (a) to (j) in FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a connecting tool attached to the peripheral surface of the decorative article with solder after completion of the decorative article.
As shown in FIG. 4, the attached part of the copper tape is not limited to the peripheral surface of the glass piece, etc., and is attached to the entire surface or a part of the glass piece. In this way, it is possible to melt and adhere the solder so as to make a decoration with more decoration by the solder portion.
Further, a mirror piece may be used as the decorative article body 1 instead of the glass piece.

FIG. 6 shows a technique in which the surface of the solder decoration portion is irregularly boiled by moving the whole or a part 9 of the solder decoration portion in a horizontal direction in a state where a sharp object is pressed, or FIG. It is an example of the ornament manufactured by adding the solder to the side of the ornament shown in FIG.
Further, before the decorative portion of the solder is cured, the solder portion may be processed by using a method of spraying sand and drying and then removing the sand.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, it is also possible to combine a plurality of pieces of decorative pieces of glass pieces manufactured in this manner, and to manufacture decorative items such as pendants and earrings connected by metal fittings.
Depending on the design, an aqueous solution containing copper sulfate may be applied to the solder part and the metal part used to connect the pieces to change the color of these parts to copper or black.
Moreover, it is good also as a decorative article which decoratively attached to the surface of the decorative article main body with the adhesive agent, such as beads manufactured beforehand.
