Description
The present invention relates to a bodily fluid absorber for absorbing bodily fluids such as sweat, menstrual blood, vaginal discharge, incontinence urine and the like, and a side sweat pad that is one of them.
One of the body fluid absorbers is a side sweat pad, which is, for example, a back sheet laminated with a sheet main body for sweat absorption as a front side, and an adhesive layer provided on the back side of the back sheet. This side sweat pad absorbs sweat from the side by sticking it to the armhole part of clothes with an adhesive layer. Such a side sweat pad is described in
However, these side sweat pads need a certain thickness in order to have an appropriate amount of absorption. As a result, when wearing a garment with a side sweat pad attached, it is less likely to follow the movement of the garment that accompanies the movement of the body. There is a problem of causing a shift.
Moreover, there exists a thing which affixes an adhesive layer to underwear, such as shorts, and uses it as an adhesive absorption sheet, for example, it describes in patent document 3 as a bodily fluid absorption base material. Also in this case, the absorbent sheet has a certain thickness in order to give an appropriate amount of absorption, and when used by being attached to the underwear, the followability to the movement of the underwear accompanying the body movement is low, and the skin It may cause a sense of incongruity in contact with the garment and may cause peeling or slipping from the clothing.
An object of the present invention is to provide a side sweat pad and a body fluid absorber that can solve these problems of the prior art and can realize good follow-up to the movement of clothes accompanying body movement.
The object of the present invention is a side sweat pad comprising a sheet body for absorbing sweat and an adhesive layer for adhering to clothes, on both sides of a partition line extending to the center of the sheet body. A large number of embossed recesses are formed, and the embossed recesses follow each of a plurality of arrangement lines inclined at 10 to 80 degrees in a direction in which the arrangement intervals of adjacent embossed depressions are symmetric with respect to the partition line. This is achieved by a side sweat pad that is arranged to be the smallest in the direction.
The object of the present invention is also a body fluid absorbent device in which a sheet body for absorbing body fluid is laminated on the front side of the back sheet, and an adhesive layer for adhesion to clothes is provided on the back side, the sheet body A large number of embossed recesses are formed on both sides of a partition line extending to the center of the embossed recess, and the embossed recesses are arranged so that the spacing between adjacent embossed recesses is 10 to 80 degrees in a direction symmetrical to the partition line. The embossed recess is disposed so as to be smallest in a direction along each of the plurality of inclined arrangement lines, and the embossed recess has a protrusion extending in at least one direction from the center of the embossed recess. One is achieved by the bodily fluid absorber characterized by being arranged along the arrangement line.
The arrangement interval of the embossed recesses refers to the distance between the centers of the embossed recesses, more specifically, the distance between the centroids. When the embossed recesses have the same shape, the embossed recesses can be regarded as the same interval between the embossed recesses. Moreover, when the embossing recessed part is located in a line at equal intervals, it can be grasped as an arrangement pitch.
The side sweat pad according to the present invention has a large number of embossed recesses formed on both sides of a partition line extending in the center of the seat body, and the embossed recess has an arrangement interval between adjacent embossed recesses in the partition line. It arrange | positions so that it may become the smallest in the direction in alignment with each of the some arrangement | positioning line inclined by 10-80 degree | times to the direction which makes symmetry with respect to. The sheet body is easily deformed at a place where the embossed recess is formed. In the present invention, since the arrangement interval of the embossed recesses is arranged to be the smallest in the direction along each of the plurality of arrangement lines, the sheet main body is easily bent at the position of the arrangement line. Therefore, when the body is moved with this on the clothes, the side sweat pad can easily bend at the positions of the arrangement lines on both sides of the central partition line, and the movement of the clothes can be improved. Followability is obtained.
Arrangement lines are tilted in a direction that is symmetric with respect to the partition line, and i) In addition to those that tilt symmetrically with respect to the partition line on both sides of the partition line, ii) the direction of the placement line is divided Includes those that are symmetric with respect to the line. As the above ii), for example, if the direction of the inclination of the arrangement line on one side with respect to the partition line extending in the vertical direction goes upward as it moves away from the partition line, the other arrangement line of the partition line Also, it is arranged to go upward as it gets away from the partition line. In this case, the inclination angles on both sides of the partition line may be the same or different.
The above-mentioned inclination angle of the arrangement line with respect to the partition line is a direction that adapts to a deformation line generated as a wavy wrinkle on the side of the clothes as the body moves when the side sweat pad is attached to the side of the clothes. It has become. Thereby, the favorable followability to the movement of clothes is obtained. When the inclination angle exceeds the upper limit, the arrangement lines on both sides of the partition line are inclined almost parallel to each other, and when the inclination angle is less than the lower limit, the inclinations of the arrangement lines on both sides of the partition line approach each other. It becomes difficult to adjust to the deformation line generated as a wavy ridge on the side part, and the followability to the movement of clothes decreases.
The arrangement line may draw a slight meander or a gentle curve as long as it extends in a direction along the inclination angle.
As for the arrangement interval of the embossed crevice along the arrangement line, it is desirable that it is 7.5-17.5 mm. If the arrangement interval exceeds the above upper limit, the effect of increasing the ease of bending cannot be sufficiently obtained, and if it is less than the lower limit, the influence of the hardness of the embossed part itself becomes strong, and the whole part becomes a hard texture or the side part Or feel uncomfortable when touching.
The arrangement interval of the arrangement lines is preferably 7.5 to 17.5 mm, and within this range, the arrangement interval of the embossed recesses on the arrangement line is set to be the same or larger. Side sweat pads need to bend in other directions in addition to the ease of bending at the location of the placement line, but if the placement line spacing exceeds the upper limit, the overall ease of bending is sufficient. If it is less than the above lower limit, the embossed part itself has a strong influence, and the whole becomes a hard texture or feels uncomfortable when contacting the side part.
The embossed recess may have a protrusion extending in at least one direction from the center of the embossed recess, and one of the protrusions may be arranged along the arrangement line. By this arrangement, the ease of bending at the arrangement line is strengthened by the protrusions of the embossed recesses, and the followability to the movement of clothes accompanying the body movement is further enhanced.
Since the side sweat pad is attached to the armhole portion of the clothes and is used in a state where it is greatly affected by the movement of the arm, an excellent feeling of use is obtained due to the good followability to the movement. In this case, it is desirable that the partition line adheres to the garment so as to extend in a direction crossing the armhole portion of the garment. The side sweat pads tend to give a sense of incongruity (resistance) to the side sweat pads because they move in the direction along the mounting surface of the side sweat pads, that is, including back and forth movements such as shaking the arm back and forth. By attaching the pad in this way, the sheet is deformed differently at the front and the back with the partition line as a boundary, and follows the movement of the clothes accompanying such body movements.
The side sweat pad according to the present invention has a concave cutout portion so as to fit the armhole portion of the clothes, and the partition line is positioned so as to extend from the recessed back end portion of the cutout portion. The arrangement line is inclined in a direction approaching the notch as the distance from the partition line increases, and the inclination angle is 10 to 80 degrees from the partition line. This side sweat pad is suitable for use on the body side of clothes, and it is easy to follow the side part of the body by attaching the cutout part so as to match the armhole part. Based on an appropriate angle, the front part and the rear part of the partition line are deformed differently to follow the movement of the clothes accompanying the body movement well.
The side sweat pad according to the present invention is formed with a fold line extending in a direction crossing the partition line, and the fold line is facilitated to bend along the armhole portion of the garment. It is inclined in a direction approaching the fold line as it moves away from the partition line, and the inclination angle is 10 to 80 degrees from the partition line. This side sweat pad is suitable for being attached and used so as to straddle the body side and the sleeve side of clothes. In that case, by attaching the folding line so as to match the armhole part, the arrangement lines on both sides of the partition line are positioned in the front-rear direction of the body. As a result, the side sweat pad easily produces different deformations at the front part and the rear part of the partition line, and on the basis of the above-mentioned appropriate angle, the movement of the arm, particularly the movement of the clothes accompanying the movement including the longitudinal movement, Follow well.
In the side sweat pad according to the present invention, the bending line for facilitating the bending is formed in an arc shape having a convex shape on the side away from the reference line which is a straight line passing through the central portion of the seat body. Can be. This side sweat pad can be affixed so that the center of the seat (usually near the reference line) is folded and placed at the position along the armhole line of the garment and straddles the body and sleeves. . When this garment is worn, the deformation of the garment accompanying the movement of the body such as the arm is concentrated in the vicinity of the armhole line, but the deformation is guided to the bending line and absorbed by the bendability of the bending line. . As a result, sticking of the side sweat pad to clothes becomes stable, and excellent retention of the sticking state is obtained.
The bending line is provided in an arcuate region surrounded by two large and small arcs centered on a point on an orthogonal line orthogonal to the reference line at the center of the reference line, and the maximum separation distance from the reference line An outer circular arc drawn with a radius of 115 mm centered on the point on the orthogonal line so that is 18 mm, and a radius drawn about the point on the orthogonal line so that the maximum separation distance from the reference line is 4 mm It can be provided in an arcuate region surrounded by an inner arc of 280 mm. By providing each bending line in this arcuate area, the bending line can be more reliably aligned with the deformation concentration area of the clothes near the armhole line, and the sticking to the clothes becomes more stable. , Better retention of the sticking state can be obtained.
The bending line can be formed as a first bending line and a second bending line in the first region and the second region located on both sides of the reference line, and in this case, the seat body is on the outside. When affixed so as to be bent and straddle the body side and the sleeve side, the armhole line can be positioned between the two bending lines. When this garment is worn, the deformation of the garment accompanying the movement of the body, such as the arm, is induced to the bending lines on both sides of the armhole line, and is better absorbed by the bendability of the bending line, and is applied to the garment. Wear is more stable. In addition, the force acting on the pad when the arm is moved while wearing clothes with a sweat pad for armpits is distributed to the two bending lines, and the two bending lines are separated, so bending The working lines can move relative to each other to absorb deformation. By these, the further outstanding retainability of the sticking state to clothes is obtained.
Each of the first and second bending lines is surrounded by two large and small arcs centered on a point on an orthogonal line perpendicular to the reference line at the center of the reference line. The first bending line is drawn with a radius of 115 mm centered on a point on the orthogonal line in the second region so that a maximum separation distance from the reference line is 18 mm. Between the first outer arc and a first inner arc having a radius of 280 mm drawn around a point on the orthogonal line in the second region so that the maximum separation distance from the reference line is 4 mm. The second bending line is provided in the first arcuate region, and the second bending line has a radius of 115 mm centered on a point on the orthogonal line in the first region so that a maximum separation distance from the reference line is 14 mm. With outer arc Provided in a second arcuate region surrounded by a second inner arc having a radius of 280 mm centered on a point on the orthogonal line in the first region so that the maximum separation distance from the reference line is 4 mm It can be. By providing each bending line in these arcuate areas, it becomes easier to more reliably position the armhole line between the two bending lines. Further, the bending line can be more reliably matched to the deformation concentration area of the clothes near the armhole line, and the familiarity with the armhole line becomes better. Furthermore, the dispersion of force when the arm is moved in the wearing state and the absorption of the deformation due to the relative movement of the bending lines are sufficiently performed, and a better holding property of the state of sticking to clothes can be obtained.
The bodily fluid absorbent device according to the present invention has a large number of embossed recesses formed on both sides of a partition line extending to the center of the seat body, similar to the above-described side sweat pad, and the embossed recesses are adjacent to the embossed recesses. The arrangement interval is arranged so as to be the smallest in the direction along each of the plurality of arrangement lines inclined at 10 to 80 degrees in a direction symmetric with respect to the partition line. The sheet body is easily deformed at a place where the embossed recess is formed. In this invention, since the arrangement | positioning space | interval of an embossing recessed part is arrange | positioned so that it may become the smallest in the direction along each of a some arrangement line, a sheet | seat main body becomes easy to bend in the location of an arrangement line. Therefore, if the body is moved while wearing clothes such as underwear with this attached, the body fluid absorber can easily bend at the location of the arrangement line on both sides of the central partition line. Good follow-up to the movement of clothes. The above-mentioned inclination angle of the arrangement line with respect to the partition line is a direction that adapts to a deformation line that occurs as a wavy wrinkle on the clothes when the body fluid absorber is attached to the clothes such as underwear. This provides good follow-up to clothes movement. When the inclination angle exceeds the upper limit, the arrangement lines on both sides of the partition line are inclined almost parallel to each other, and when the inclination angle is less than the lower limit, the inclinations of the arrangement lines on both sides of the partition line approach each other. This makes it difficult to adapt to the deformation line generated as a wavy wrinkle, and decreases the ability to follow the movement of clothes. The embossed recess has a protrusion extending in at least one direction from the center of the embossed recess, and one of the protrusions is arranged along the arrangement line. Strengthened by the protrusions of the recesses, high followability to the movement of clothes during operation is obtained.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same or similar parts in the drawings may be denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof may be omitted.
[1. Arrangement of embossed concavity on side sweat pad]
FIG. 1 is a plan view of an embodiment of a
The surface of the sheet
In the sheet portion R1, the embossed
The inclination angle K1 of the arrangement line P1 is desirably 10 to 80 degrees. This inclination angle is in a direction adapted to a deformation line generated as a wavy wrinkle on the side of the garment as the body moves when the side sweat pad is attached to the side of the garment and worn. Thereby, the favorable followability to the movement of clothes is obtained. When the inclination of the arrangement line P1 with respect to the dividing line S exceeds the upper limit, the arrangement lines on both sides of the dividing line become inclined almost parallel to each other, and when the inclination is less than the lower limit, the inclinations of the arrangement lines on both sides of the dividing line approach each other. However, in any case, it becomes difficult to become familiar with the deformation line generated as a wavy wrinkle on the side of the clothes during the body movement, and the followability to the movement of the clothes during the body movement decreases. In this respect, the inclination angle K1 is more preferably 20 to 80 degrees, and further preferably 30 to 70 degrees. In this embodiment, the inclination angle K1 is 45 degrees.
The interval between the adjacent placement lines P1 is desirably 7.5 to 17.5 mm, and is set to be equal to or larger than the interval between the embossed recesses 11 on the placement line P1 within this range. From this viewpoint, the arrangement interval of the arrangement lines is more preferably 7.5 to 15 mm, further preferably 8 to 12.5 mm, and in this embodiment, 10 mm.
Thus, in this embodiment, the inclination angle K1 of the arrangement line P1 with respect to the partition line S is 45 degrees, and the arrangement interval of the embossed recesses 11 on the arrangement line P1 is equal to the interval between the arrangement lines P1. ing. Furthermore, also in the direction of the line Q1 extending perpendicular to the arrangement line P1, the embossed recesses 11 are arranged at the same interval as the arrangement interval on the arrangement line P1, and the arrangement of the embossed
The embossed
The embossed

The area of the combined portions of the sheet portions R1, R2 are preferably 30cm 2 ~150cm 2, more preferably 40 cm 2 100 cm 2, more preferably 50cm 2 ~90cm 2.
The side sweat pad can have various layer configurations. In addition to the illustrated ones, the back sheet is not provided and the adhesive layer is directly provided on the back surface of the sheet body, and other layers are provided between the illustrated layers. For example, a layer containing a deodorant or a fragrance may be interposed between one or both of the absorbent layer and the surface layer and between the absorbent layer and the back sheet. Good. In addition, the sheet main body can be composed of only the absorbent layer in addition to the surface layer and the absorbent layer. The absorbent layer used in the sheet body is not particularly limited as long as it has water absorption, and is generally used for sanitary napkins, diapers, sweat pads, and cage sheets, for example, water absorbent pulp, water absorbent polymer, etc. Or a fiber structure composed of a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a non-woven fabric, a pulp product, or the like can be used. Especially, it is preferable to use the aggregate | assembly (for example, nonwoven fabric) which consists of a natural fiber and a synthetic fiber from the point that texture (feel) is excellent, it is excellent in absorptivity, and there are few drop-off | omission of the raw material from an absorption layer. Examples of natural fibers include cotton, silk, pulp, wool and hemp. Among such natural fibers, cellulose fibers such as cotton and pulp (which are not protein-based components) are preferable from the viewpoint that contact dermatitis such as allergy is unlikely to occur, rash is hardly caused, and absorption is excellent. Examples of the synthetic fiber include nylon fiber, polyethylene fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, acrylic fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyethylene terephthalate fiber, ethylene vinyl acetate fiber, urethane fiber, and acrylic fiber. Moreover, semi-synthetic fibers such as rayon fiber, acetate fiber, and cupra, and blended and mixed products of various fibers can also be used. Of these, synthetic fibers such as ethylene vinyl acetate fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyethylene fiber, polyester fiber, and polyethylene terephthalate fiber, or composite fibers thereof are preferable from the viewpoint of dry feeling, texture, and heat sealability. Examples of the composite fiber include polyethylene / polyester (including polyethylene terephthalate) composite fiber, polyethylene / polypropylene composite fiber, and ethylene vinyl acetate / polypropylene composite fiber. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Examples of the combination of two or more types include a combination of a cellulosic fiber and a composite fiber, and the blending ratio can be, for example, 4: 6 to 8: 2.
The weight of the aggregate constituting the absorbent layer is preferably set to 20 to 150 g / m 2 , more preferably 40 to 120 g / m 2 , more preferably 40 to 120 g / m 2 from the viewpoint of the balance between the water retention amount and the uncomfortable feeling on the skin. Preferably it is 50-100 g / m < 2 >. The thickness of the absorbent layer is preferably 0.5 to 40 mm so as to achieve the above function.
In addition, the surface layer softly contacts the skin and plays a role of protecting the flexible absorbent layer. Examples of such a surface layer include sheet-like or film-like fiber structures composed of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, pulp products, and the like. Of these, non-woven fabrics are preferred from the viewpoint of texture (feel), irritation to the skin, and absorbability. Examples of fibers constituting such a fiber structure include natural fibers and synthetic fibers, and these can be used alone or in combination as a fiber structure having desired properties. Examples of natural fibers and synthetic fibers include the same fibers as those used as a raw material for the absorbent layer.
Nonwoven fabrics include wet papermaking, dry papermaking, spunbond, meltblown, latex resin bond, solvent bond, stitchbond, needle punch, spunlace, thermal bond, air-through, airlaid, etc. It can manufacture by the method of. Of these, methods such as the spunlace method, thermal bond method, air-through method, airlaid method, needle punch method, and spunbond method are preferable. Since these methods have a good texture and do not use an adhesive or a solvent, it is applied to the skin. The safety can be increased.
In addition, the basis weight of the fiber structure used for the surface layer is preferably set to 10 to 60 g / m 2 , more preferably from the viewpoint of balance between body fluid (sweat) permeability and reduction in discomfort to the skin. Is 10 to 50 g / m 2 , more preferably 10 to 30 g / m 2 . The thickness of the surface layer is preferably 0.1 to 20 mm so as to achieve the above function.
The method for bonding the surface layer and the absorbent layer is not particularly limited, but a water-soluble adhesive (for example, an acrylic water-soluble adhesive) or a water-insoluble adhesive (for example, a rubber-based hot melt or an olefin-based hot melt). It can be adhered by an adhesive such as.
The back sheet prevents the sweat absorbed by the absorbent layer from flowing out. The backsheet is preferably made of polyethylene, but an appropriate material such as polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polypropylene, nylon, cellophane, vinylon, or vinyl chloride may be used as necessary. Also, when an inorganic material such as calcium carbonate powder is kneaded with these materials and then biaxially stretched, water vapor (air) can permeate without permeating body fluids (sweat) such as sweat. In addition, when uniaxial stretching is performed when inorganic materials such as calcium carbonate are not used, sweating on clothing can be reliably prevented even when a large amount of sweat is applied. It is preferable to use them accordingly.
Moreover, the weight of the back sheet is 2 to 10 g / m from the viewpoint of the balance between preventing the sweat absorbed by the absorbent layer from flowing out and maintaining the flexibility of the entire side sweat pad. It is preferable to set it to 2 , more preferably 4 to 10 g / m 2 , and further preferably 5 to 10 g / m 2 .
Further, the thickness of the back sheet is preferably set to 10 to 70 μm from the viewpoint that it does not transmit the absorbed body fluid (sweat) and hardly feels uncomfortable when worn.
The material of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not particularly limited as long as it can be applied to clothes and the like. For example, a water-soluble adhesive (for example, an acrylic water-soluble adhesive) or a water-insoluble adhesive (for example, a rubber-based hot melt) Olefin-based hot melt). Among these, a water-insoluble adhesive is preferable, and a rubber-based hot melt is more preferable from the viewpoint of superior adhesive strength to clothes compared to other pressure-sensitive adhesives. Use of a rubber-based hot melt makes it easy to adjust to the bonding site, so it does not restrain the stretch of clothes (it can reduce the feeling of tension).
The release sheet is releasably attached to the adhesive layer, and is applied to a plastic film, a fiber sheet, paper or the like with a release agent, and the release agent side is attached to the adhesive layer.

FIG. 12 is a plan view of an example of the

[2. Formation of bending line in side sweat pad]

Hereinafter, the setting positions of the
The bending lines 13A and 13B are each formed in an arc shape having a convex shape on the side away from the reference line G, and the separation distance between the

The bending lines 13A and 13B can be in various forms in which the above effects can be obtained. FIG. 19 exemplifies the form of the

-The sheet body was provided with an embossed recess by heat pressure in the shape and arrangement shown in FIG.
The thickness of each layer was measured under a load of 7 g / cm 2 using a PEACOCK dial gauge “DG-205” manufactured by Ozaki Mfg. Co., Ltd.
(iii) Side sweating pad with bending line and bending line (Example)
The bending lines were formed by embossing by hot pressure at the same position and shape as the
-Side sweat pad without bending line (comparative example)
The bending line was not formed, and the other specifications were the same as the above-described side sweat pad with the bending line.
(2) Test method When wearing a blouse with sleeves in the morning (9am), apply the side sweat pads from the above examples and comparative examples to the left and right sides, respectively, and perform normal activities during the day. At (5 pm), the attachment state of the side sweat pad of the above examples and comparative examples to the blouse, and the folding or kinking of the pad were evaluated. The evaluation was performed by four subjects who were skilled in evaluating the texture of the nonwoven fabric.
(3) Test results As a result of the above test, the side sweat pad of the comparative example was not kept attached to the blouse, and some peeling from the blouse was observed. In addition, folds and kinks were observed in the first region and the second region of the side sweat pad of the comparative example. On the other hand,
The side sweat pad of the example was kept attached to the blouse in all subjects, and no peeling from the blouse was observed. Further, no conspicuous folds or kinks were observed in the first region and the second region of the side sweat pad of the example.
This test result shows that the side sweat pad of the example absorbs the deformation of the clothes accompanying the movement of the body such as the arm into the bending line, and as a result, the side sweat pad of the example is attached to the clothes. It is clarified that it is superior in the retention of.
[3. Application to absorbent sheet for cages]
FIG. 22 is a plan view of an embodiment in which the bodily fluid absorbent device according to the present invention is used as an
The surface of the sheet
