However, although the shelf member described in Patent Document 1 described above can be applied to a normal vehicle, it is difficult to apply to a transport vehicle such as a delivery vehicle. Moreover, when storing the shelf board member, after removing the shelf frame from the side frame, the side frame has to be rotated and supported on the ceiling, and there is a problem in that it takes time for the storing operation. .

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an in-store shelf that is easy to store and can be applied to a delivery vehicle such as a delivery vehicle.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, an internal shelf according to the present invention includes an engaging member that can be locked in a locking groove provided on the internal wall side, and a shaft that is rotatable about the engaging member. A supported shelf plate, a rod member pivotally supported by the engaging member, and engaged with the shelf plate to hold the shelf plate in a substantially horizontal state; the rod member and the shelf plate; A shelf having a release lever for releasing the engagement state, wherein the shelf plate is provided with a locking projection, and the engagement member is provided with a lock claw that can be locked to the locking projection. Further, the engaging member is provided with a biasing member biased to rotate the rod member toward the shelf plate, and when the shelf plate is used, the shelf plate is rotated upward. While being held in a substantially horizontal state via the rod member, when the shelf is stored, the release lever is operated to store the rod member and the shelf. To release the engagement, by rotating the shelves downwards to engage with the locking pawl of the locking projection, and, by urging direction to rotate the shelves upward by the rod member The most main feature is that the shelf board is configured to be held in a substantially vertical state.

According to the shelf according to the present invention, the release lever is operated to release the engagement between the rod member and the shelf plate, and the shelf plate is stored by simply rotating the shelf plate downward and holding it in a substantially vertical state. Therefore, the storing operation becomes easy. Moreover, it can be applied to a wide range of vehicles such as passenger cars and home delivery vehicles.

Therefore, when the pressing portion 42 is pressed upward, the central portion 44 serves as a fulcrum, and the abutting portion 43 pushes down the locking pin portion 36 of the rod member 21 downward like a so-called seesaw, and the engagement of the rod member 21 is reduced. The engagement between the stop pin portion 36 and the cutout portion 39 of the rod holder 37 is released.

Next, a procedure for attaching the internal shelf 5 to the support substrate 4 of the internal wall 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be briefly described.

FIG. 6 is a side view showing a state before the shelf in the storage state is attached to the support substrate, FIG. 7 is a side view showing the state in which the shelf in the storage state is attached to the support substrate, and FIG. It is a side view which shows the state which hold | maintained the horizontal shelf attached to the board | substrate substantially horizontally.

First, in the state shown in FIG. 6, the shelf plate 6 and the rod member 21 are both folded, and the lock claw 28 is locked and locked to the locking projection 45 of the shelf plate 6. With the internal shelf 5 arranged in a substantially vertical state, the catch lever 46 is rotated and moved toward the support substrate 4. After the upper locking piece 30 is inserted into the first locking groove 10 of the support substrate 4 and the lower locking piece 31 is inserted into the second locking groove 11, the hand is released from the catch lever 46 and the interior When the shelf 5 is lowered, the internal shelf 5 is locked to the support substrate 4 via the upper locking pieces 30 and the lower locking pieces 31 as shown in FIG.

Next, when the internal shelf 5 is used, the lock claw 28 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is rotated to release the engagement with the locking projection 45, and then the shelf plate 6 is lifted upward. . Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the rod member 21 is rotated toward the shelf plate side (upper side) by the urging force of the spring 27, and the locking pin portion 36 provided at the distal end portion of the rod member 21 is the rod. The shelf 6 is automatically held in a substantially horizontal state by being locked to the notch 39 of the holding body 37.

When the internal shelf 5 is stored, the pressing portion 42 of the release lever 22 shown in FIG. 8 is pressed upward, so that the contact portion 43 pushes down the locking pin portion 36 of the rod member 21 and the rod. Since the engagement with the holding body 37 is released, the lock claw 28 is locked and locked to the locking protrusion 45 after being rotated downward by its own weight as it is.

The internal shelf 5 according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various changes and modifications can be made based on the technical idea of the present invention.

For example, the locking pieces 30 and 31 of the internal shelf 5 according to the present embodiment are preferably formed in a shape that can be locked in the locking grooves 51 and 52 of the lashing rail 50 shown in FIG.

Further, the locking grooves 10 and 11 of the support substrate 4 shown in FIG. 2 are preferably formed in a shape that can be engaged with the lashing belt.
