Description

The present invention is used for automatic cleaning of materials, parts, products, containers, handling equipment, etc. in food and drink, pharmaceuticals, electronic devices, and other various fields, including automatic cleaning of used medical equipment in medical institutions. It relates to an indicator for cleaning evaluation.

In recent years, automatic cleaning using a cleaning apparatus such as an injection type or an ultrasonic type has become common for cleaning medical devices such as stainless steel forceps and scalpels that are repeatedly used in medical institutions. In this automatic cleaning, if an operator sets a used medical device at a required site, the cleaning device performs cleaning according to a program including various parameters set in advance, and the cleaned medical device is automatically set in the cleaning device. Discharged from.

However, for example, the above parameters are very wide, such as the amount of water supply, water supply temperature, amount of cleaning agent, type of cleaning agent, chamber temperature, process time, cleaning water discharge pressure by pump, ultrasonic output, etc. If any abnormality occurs, the expected cleaning function may not be achieved and there may be a risk of cleaning failure, but the control mechanism of this type of cleaning device is a black box. It is extremely difficult to confirm from

Therefore, a cleaning evaluation indicator is used to determine whether or not the cleaning by the cleaning device is normally performed. This indicator for cleaning evaluation is used by placing a judgment piece in which a pseudo-contamination made of blood-derived protein or the like is applied as a cleaning evaluation index material on a substrate made of a synthetic resin sheet or metal thin plate in a dedicated holder. Washing is performed by setting it in a washing tank of a washing apparatus together with a used medical instrument, and the suitability of washing is judged by taking out the judgment piece after washing from the holder and checking for the presence of pseudo-contaminants. Therefore, generally, the pseudo-contaminant to be applied to the judgment piece is colored with a pigment, and the presence or degree of coloring after washing is visually judged.

In addition, as the holder, a judgment piece is sandwiched between a pair of perforated plates that open and close in a laundry pinch manner (Patent Document 1), the judgment pieces are stacked on the long side of an L-shaped metal plate, and both ends are leaf springs. Various forms are known, such as a case where the judgment piece is placed in a flat plastic case with an opening, and the like.

However, with conventional cleaning evaluation indicators, depending on the capacity of the cleaning device and the setting conditions, for example, even if there is a parameter abnormality such as defective cleaning agent injection or injection hole blockage, the instruction result in that case and the normal instruction There was often no clear difference between the results and parameter anomalies could not be detected.

In view of the above-described circumstances, the present inventors have aimed to provide a cleaning evaluation indicator that can accurately detect parameter abnormality in various cleaning apparatuses including medical device cleaning.

The invention of claim 10 is the cleaning evaluation indicator according to any one of claims 1 to 9 , wherein the cleaning device is a medical device cleaning device for cleaning the used medical device T.

The invention of claim 11 is the cleaning evaluation indicator according to any one of claims 1 to 10 , wherein the determination sheet S is a surface of the semi-rigid sheet substrate 8 selected from synthetic paper, synthetic resin sheet, and synthetic resin laminated paper. In addition, it is configured to include a pseudo-contamination coating film 9 as a cleaning evaluation index object.

In the cleaning evaluation indicator according to the first aspect of the invention, the sheet holder H can adjust the liquid flow degree inside the casing 1 by the liquid flow adjusting means 3, and the determination held in the casing 1 corresponding to the liquid flow degree. Since the cleaning load with respect to the cleaning evaluation index object of the sheet S changes, the liquid flow adjusting means 3 in advance allows the parameters of the cleaning apparatus to be used to reach a predetermined cleaning evaluation index at the end of cleaning in a normal state. If a certain degree of parameter abnormality occurs, it is possible to easily and accurately grasp the abnormality as a change in the cleaning evaluation index. The claw pieces 5 and 5 are not interfered in the flat state of the judgment sheet S inserted into the sheet insertion port 4, and the outer protruding portion Sa of the judgment sheet S is bent at the sheet insertion port 4. Therefore, the attachment operation of the determination sheet S to the sheet holder H and the removal operation after cleaning can be performed very easily. Further, there is an advantage that the claw pieces 5 and 5 can be easily formed integrally with the casing 1.

According to the invention of claim 2, the liquid flow adjusting means 3 is configured to expand and contract the flow path area on the cleaning liquid inlet 2 side by tilting and displacing the tilting plate 30 a by the displacement setting means 31. The liquid flow rate in the casing 1 can be set easily and reliably, and it is mechanically simple, so that there is an advantage that failure hardly occurs and operation reliability is excellent.

According to the invention of claim 3, the tilting plate of the liquid flow adjusting means 3 is composed of the plate piece 30 a of the leaf spring 30, and the plate piece 30 a is tilted and displaced by the pressing contact of the adjusting screw 31. In addition to being able to set the liquid flow rate inside more easily and reliably, the spring accumulation force of the leaf spring 30 itself can be used for the tilt displacement in the direction of expanding the flow path area, which makes it simpler mechanically and structurally. The assembly cost of the seat holder H is reduced.

According to the invention of claim 4 , since the air and liquid in the casing 1 being cleaned can be discharged by the small openings 6a and 6a provided on the rear side of the casing 1, the surface of the judgment sheet S is poorly wetted by air. And adverse effects on determination results due to liquid retention.

According to the invention of claim 5 , since the cleaning liquid introduction port 2 of the casing 1 is constituted by a number of punching holes 2a, the flow of the cleaning liquid into the casing 1 is equalized and the determination result due to uneven distribution of the liquid flow is obtained. The adverse effects of are avoided.

According to the invention of claim 6, since the sheet holder H can be latched by the latch means 7 with the cleaning liquid inlet 2 facing downward, the cleaning apparatus in which the cleaning liquid is jetted upward from below, particularly as in the jet type. When used for the cleaning, it becomes easy for the cleaning liquid to enter the casing 1, and a correct and stable cleaning evaluation can be performed.

According to invention of Claim 7 , the said latching means consists of the latching frame 7 of the shape of the side view 7, and the side wall Ba of the washing | cleaning material accommodating part B is pinched | interposed between the hanging part 7c and the casing 1. Since it is hooked on the upper part of the side wall Ba, even if the top part of the side wall Ba of the washing object storage part B has various protruding shapes depending on the type of the cleaning device, depending on the type of the cleaning device, a 7-shape is formed with respect to the top part. It can be straddled without trouble with the expanded upper part 7b.

According to the eighth aspect of the invention, since the retaining frame 7 bent from the wire constitutes an octopus spring, the seat holder H is firmly and stably held by the spring force with respect to the side wall Ba of the cleaning object accommodating portion B. You can hang on.

According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, since the target cleaning device is an injection type or an ultrasonic type, it is possible to reliably capture parameter abnormality by the cleaning evaluation indicator and perform accurate cleaning evaluation.

According to the invention of claim 10 , since the target cleaning device is a medical device cleaning device, parameter abnormality can be reliably captured by the cleaning evaluation indicator, and accurate cleaning evaluation of the medical device can be performed.

According to the invention of claim 11 , since the determination sheet S is made of the semi-rigid sheet base material 8 made of a specific material, the determination sheet S is not decomposed or clogged during cleaning, and the actual contamination of the cleaning object An accurate cleaning evaluation can be performed with the pseudo-contamination coating film 9 close to.

The width of the sheet insertion opening 4 (the width of the notches 12b and 13a) is slightly larger than the width of the determination sheet S, but the distance between the claw pieces 5 and 5 is slightly shorter than the width of the determination sheet S. Is set. Further, the claw pieces 5 and 5 are in a position where the determination sheet S inserted into the sheet insertion opening 4 does not interfere in a flat state, but the outer protruding portion Sa of the determination sheet S is inserted into the sheet insertion as shown by a solid line in FIG. By bending forward at the mouth 4, both side portions of the outer protrusion Sa can ride on both the claw pieces 5 and 5 and can be locked.

As shown in FIG. 2, in the internal space 10 of the casing 1, a long plate piece 30 a disposed on the front plate portion 11 side, a substrate portion 30 b in contact with the inner surface of the upper plate portion 15, and an inner surface of the rear plate portion 12. A plate spring 30 made of stainless steel having a substantially U-shape with a short plate piece 30c in contact therewith is loaded, and has a spring accumulation force in a direction in which the long plate piece 30a is pressed against the front plate portion 15 of the casing 1. ing. Further, a screw hole 11 a is provided at the center side of the front plate portion 11 of the casing 1, and the inner end of the adjustment screw 31 screwed into the screw hole 11 a from the outside is pressed against the long plate piece 30 a of the leaf spring 30. The plate 30a is moved forward as shown in the imaginary line by loosening the adjustment screw 31 from the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. It changes to an inclined posture close to the plate portion 15.

Thus, the long plate piece 30a of the leaf spring 30 is set to a length at which the tip thereof faces the triangular openings 2b and 2b of the casing 1, and the flow passage area on the cleaning liquid inlet 2 side is enlarged or reduced by the tilt displacement. It functions as the liquid flow adjusting means 3. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, a scale 16 is formed on the lower edge of the outer surface of the side plate portion 14 of the casing 1, and the flow path area on the cleaning liquid inlet 2 side due to the tilt displacement of the plate piece 30a. The degree of expansion / contraction can be read at the position of the tip of the plate piece 30a visually recognized from the triangular opening 2b.

On the other hand, the retaining frame 7 attached to the seat holder H is bent from a single stainless steel wire, and is substantially U-shaped in front view on the back side of the casing 1 as shown in FIGS. 7 in a side view, with a hanging part 70 arranged at the top, a vine part 71, 71 wound twice at the upper ends of both sides of the U-shape, and an upper side part 72 protruding in an inverted L shape forward from each vine part 71 It has a letter-shaped octopus spring structure. Then, both end portions 7a, 7a of the retaining frame 7 are bent further inward from the lower ends of the upper side portions 72, 72, and from the mounting holes 14a provided at the upper edges of the side plate portions 14, 14 of the casing 1. By rushing into the casing 1, the latch frame 7 is engaged with the casing 1, and the base plate portion 30 b of the leaf spring 30 is sandwiched between the upper plate portion 15 of the casing 1, It also has a function of preventing the leaf spring 30 from coming off. In this state, the hanging part 70 is disposed in contact with or close to the back surface of the casing 1, and the upper side is forcibly pulled backward. When the opening between the portions 72 and 72 is increased, a spring accumulating force in a direction to reduce the opening is generated by the octopus spring structure.

To attach the determination sheet S to the sheet holder H, as shown in FIG. 1, hold the sheet holder H with one hand so that the front plate portion 11 of the casing 1 faces upward, and determine with the other hand. The sheet S is held so that the pseudo-contamination coating film 9 side is facing upward and the leading end side, and the determination sheet S is inserted in accordance with the sheet insertion port 4 of the sheet holder H. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, with the leading edge of the judgment sheet S reaching the inner end of the casing 1 (inner surface side of the upper plate portion 15), as shown by the phantom line in FIG. The outer protruding portion Sa of the judgment sheet S that has come out can be grabbed and lifted and bent at the sheet insertion opening 4 as shown by the solid line in the figure to force both sides of the outer protruding portion Sa to ride on the claw pieces 5 and 5. In this case, the determination sheet S is locked so that it cannot be removed from the casing 1 by the elastic force to return the bend.

Thus, the indicator having the determination sheet S mounted on the sheet holder H is disposed in, for example, the cleaning object storage unit of the cleaning device for medical equipment, and performs predetermined cleaning together with the cleaning object such as used medical equipment. At this time, when the cleaning device to be applied is an injection type, as shown in FIG. 6, the seat holder H is placed on the outer side of the rising edge portion Ba of the cleaning basket B in which the used medical equipment T. , The cleaning liquid inlet 2 side of the casing 1 is hooked in a downward direction, and the nozzle N of the swiveling injection arm A is set to a position where it passes directly below, so that the cleaning liquid L sprayed from the nozzle N is the cleaning liquid. It makes it easy to enter the internal space 10 of the casing 1 from the inlet 2. Further, when the cleaning apparatus has an immersion type cleaning tank such as an ultrasonic type, the sheet holder H may be placed in the cleaning tank together with the medical device T and immersed in the cleaning liquid.

And after completion | finish of washing | cleaning, the determination sheet | seat S is taken out from the sheet | seat holder H, the residual condition of the pseudo-contamination coating film 9 is investigated, and the suitability of washing | cleaning is determined. When the determination sheet S is taken out, the outer protruding portion Sa that has been ridden on the claw pieces 5 and 5 is forcibly pushed down to the lower side of the claw pieces 5 and 5 to release the lock, and the whole returns to a flat state. The determination sheet S may be pulled out from the casing 1.

In order to catch the parameter abnormality of the cleaning device by using this determination sheet S, the pseudo in the determination sheet S after the cleaning is performed when the various parameters of the cleaning device are all normal and when the cleaning failure occurs due to some parameter abnormality. It is necessary that a clear difference appears in the residual state of the contaminant coating 9. However, this indicator adjusts the degree of liquid flow in the casing 1 by expanding and contracting the flow area on the side of the cleaning liquid inlet 2 by the tilt displacement of the plate piece 30a of the leaf spring 30 by the liquid flow adjusting means 3, that is, the adjusting screw 31. Since the cleaning load on the pseudo-contamination coating film 9 of the determination sheet S changes depending on the degree of liquid flow, the pseudo-contamination coating film 9 can be applied immediately before the end of cleaning with all parameters of the cleaning device in advance. If the position of the plate piece 30a of the leaf spring 30 is set with the adjusting screw 31 so as to be in a critical state in which everything is removed, if any parameter abnormality occurs, the abnormality is detected as the pseudo-contamination coating film 9. It can be easily and accurately grasped as the residual of the above.

In addition, in this indicator, the washing load on the pseudo-contamination coating film 9 of the determination sheet S can be freely adjusted by the liquid flow adjusting means 3 as described above. Even if there is a difference in cleaning conditions depending on the type and amount of equipment, the degree of contamination, etc., the above critical state can be easily set.

Further, in this indicator, since the air and the liquid in the casing 1 being cleaned can be discharged by the small openings 6a and 6a provided on the rear side of the casing 1, the surface of the determination sheet S due to the air is poorly wet or liquid The adverse effect on the determination result due to the retention can be eliminated, and the cleaning liquid inlet 2 of the casing 1 is made up of a number of punching holes 2a, so that the flow of the cleaning liquid into the casing 1 is equalized, and the determination result due to the uneven distribution of the liquid flow The adverse effect on is avoided.

Further, in the seat holder H, when the hooks 7 are used to hook the side walls Ba of the cleaning basket B of the spray type cleaning device as shown in FIG. Even if the protruding shape is different depending on the folded-back shape or the like, the upper portion 7b of the hanging frame 7 in the shape of a side view 7 can be fitted over the top without any trouble, and the hanging frame 7 has an octopus spring structure. Therefore, a stable engagement and fixing state can be obtained by the spring accumulation force with the side wall Ba sandwiched between the hanging portion 70 and the casing 1.

The cleaning evaluation indicator of the present invention is particularly suitable for cleaning evaluation in automatic cleaning of medical equipment by the medical equipment cleaning apparatus as described above, but is used in food and drink, pharmaceuticals, electronic equipment, and other various fields. The present invention can also be applied to the case where automatic cleaning is performed by a cleaning device for parts, products, containers, handling equipment, and the like. Therefore, as a cleaning method of the cleaning device to be applied, a jet type that jets cleaning water to the bowl-shaped cleaning object storage unit, and an ultrasonic wave that applies ultrasonic vibration to the cleaning water in the tank-shaped cleaning object storage unit. The sonic method is particularly recommended.

In the present invention, instead of using the leaf spring 30 and the adjusting screw 31 as the liquid flow adjusting means 3 in the casing 1, one end of a single plate as a tilting plate is pivotally attached to the casing 1 and screwed into the end plate. Various methods such as tilting displacement with screw material can be adopted. However, in the method using the leaf spring 30 and the adjusting screw 31 as in the embodiment, the liquid flow degree in the casing 1 can be set easily and reliably, and the spring accumulation force is applied to the tilt displacement in the direction of expanding the flow path area. Therefore, there is an advantage that it is simpler mechanically and structurally, is less likely to cause a failure, is excellent in operation reliability, and reduces the cost of assembling and manufacturing the seat holder H.

Further, the sheet locking means in the sheet holder H is not limited to the illustrated claw pieces 5 and 5, and various methods such as a clip mechanism for sandwiching the end of the determination sheet S using a spring or the like can be employed. . However, according to the claw pieces 5 and 5 as in the embodiment, the attachment / detachment operation of the determination sheet S with respect to the sheet holder H becomes easier, and the claw pieces 5 and 5 can be easily formed integrally with the casing 1. There is also.

On the other hand, the semi-rigid sheet substrate 8 of the determination sheet S is preferably made of a water-resistant material that is flexible and strong. For example, synthetic paper, synthetic resin sheet, synthetic resin laminated paper, and the like are suitable. Moreover, as the pseudo-contamination of the pseudo-contamination coating film 9 used as the cleaning evaluation index material, an appropriate component corresponding to the dirt substance of the cleaning object to be subjected to cleaning evaluation may be selected and used. In the washing evaluation, animal proteins such as serum globulin, opoglobulin, lactoglobulin, fibrin, hemoglobin, bovine serum albumin, and extracellular matrix, as well as seed proteins such as prolamin and glutelin contained in corn, wheat, soybean, rice, etc. Plant protein is mentioned. Thus, the coating film 9 may appropriately contain various components such as lipids and carbohydrates as a pseudo-contaminant, a colorant, a binder component, a thickener, and a pH adjuster.

In addition, in the indicator for cleaning evaluation of the present invention, the outer shape of the casing 1 in the seat holder H, the configuration of the cleaning water inlet 2, the structure of the leaf spring 30, the shape of the small opening provided on the rear side of the casing 1, the retaining frame In addition to the embodiment, various design changes can be made to the detailed configuration such as the structure of 7, the shape of the semi-rigid sheet substrate 8 in the determination sheet S, and the form of application of the pseudo-contamination coating film 9.
