Description

The present invention relates to a storage container that stores a flexible long medical linear member in an annularly wound state, and a disposable medical article set including the storage container.

Conventionally, when medical procedures are performed in medical facilities such as operating rooms and hospital rooms, various medical supplies such as gauze, scalpels, catheters, guide wires, etc. have been used. From the viewpoint of improvement, disposable items are often used for these medical supplies. Also, in recent years, disposable medical supplies sets in which a plurality of medical supplies prepared according to the contents of medical procedures have been used have been used, thereby simplifying the preparation of medical supplies performed before medical procedures, and The inventory management of these medical supplies has been simplified.

For example, Patent Literature 1 relates to a tray for encapsulating a medical instrument that accommodates a medical instrument for use in surgery using a catheter, and the tray for encapsulating a medical instrument is in a state in which a side wall portion is substantially in contact with the tray. Have two trays fixed in place. In the medical instrument enclosing tray of Patent Document 1, a plurality of protrusions arranged in an annular shape at an equal pitch are formed at the bottom of one tray, and a guide wire wound in an annular shape inside the plurality of protrusions is provided. Be contained. Further, the catheter is accommodated in a state of being bent in a substantially J shape across the two trays, and the distal end of the catheter is arranged in a different tray from the tray in which the other end is arranged. The catheter is disposed at a position spaced apart from the plurality of protrusions outside the plurality of protrusions in the one tray.

Non-Patent Document 1 discloses a substantially circular guide wire tray in plan view, and the guide wire tray is made of hard plastic. A plurality of claws (convex portions) projecting inward are provided on the inner side surface of the guide wire tray of Non-Patent Document 1, and these claws are wound in an annular shape and accommodated in the guide wire tray. The guide wire is prevented from spreading out due to a restoring force (that is, an elastic force against bending) and protruding outside the guide wire tray.
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-287796 “Angio kit” [online], Kawamoto Sangyo Co., Ltd., 3 pages, [Search May 28, 2008], Internet <http://www.kawamoto-sangyo.co.jp/products/pdf/syujyutu_p01 .pdf>

By the way, in the enclosure tray of patent document 1, since the catheter is accommodated over two trays in the state curved in the substantially J shape, the whole enclosure tray will become large. In addition, when the restoring force of the curved catheter is large, the catheter may rise along the inner surface of the encapsulation tray and protrude outside the encapsulation tray.

In the guide wire tray of Non-Patent Document 1, since the guide wire wound in an annular shape is accommodated in a state along the cylindrical inner surface of the guide wire tray over the entire circumference, the user holds the guide wire. It is difficult to take out the guide wire from the guide wire tray. In particular, when a plurality of guide wires are accommodated in the guide wire tray, it is very difficult to selectively take out only a desired guide wire.

A−A、B−B、C−CおよびD−Dの位置にて切断した断面図である。 FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the tray 1, and FIGS. 3 to 6 are cross-sectional views of the tray 1 taken along positions AA, BB, CC and DD in FIG. 2, respectively. FIG. FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view of the tray 1 cut at the position EE in FIG. 3 to 7, for the convenience of illustration, the cross section of the tray 1 is shown only by a solid line.

As shown in FIG. 2, the tray 1 includes a container bottom portion 11 having a substantially rectangular shape (substantially rectangular shape in the present embodiment) in a plan view, and a container peripheral wall portion 12 surrounding the container bottom portion 11. The bottom 11 and the entire container peripheral wall 12 are integrally formed of a thin resin. The tray 1 is formed by sheet molding, for example. The tray 1 has a shallow bottom type in which the length of each side of the container bottom 11 is larger than the depth of the tray 1, and is stable in a flat place (for example, a wagon on which medical supplies are placed in an operating room). Can be placed.

The container peripheral wall part 12 is a pair of container side wall parts 121 (hereinafter referred to as “first container side wall part 121”) that are side wall parts located on a pair of long sides of the container bottom part 11, and a pair of the container bottom part 11. Are provided with another pair of container side wall parts 122 (hereinafter referred to as “second container side wall part 122”) which are side wall parts located on the short side of the first side.

In the tray 1, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, each of the pair of first container side wall parts 121 facing each other out of the container peripheral wall part 12 is directed toward the inside of the tray 1 (that is, the other first container). Two holding convex portions 123 projecting (toward the side wall portion 121), and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, each of the pair of second container side wall portions 122 facing each other is directed toward the inside of the tray 1. (That is, toward the other second container side wall portion 122). As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the upper surfaces of the holding convex portions 123 and 124 are inclined in a direction approaching the container bottom portion 11 toward the inside of the tray 1. Further, the lower surfaces of the holding convex portions 123 and 124 are inclined in a direction away from the container bottom portion 11 toward the inside of the tray 1, and the lower end edges thereof are spaced upward from the container bottom portion 11.

As shown in FIG. 2, in the 1st container side wall part 121, the two holding | maintenance convex parts 123 are horizontal in the site | part except the corner | angular part (namely, connection part with a pair of 2nd container side wall part 122) of both sides, and its vicinity. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, a side groove 125 that is a concave portion extending in the vertical direction is provided between the two holding convex portions 123. Similarly, in the second container side wall 122, two holding projections 124 are arranged in the horizontal direction apart from the corners on both sides and the vicinity thereof, and between the two holding projections 124. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 6, side grooves 125 that are concave portions extending in the vertical direction are provided. As described above, since the first container side wall part 121 and the second container side wall part 122 have a thin-walled structure, the first container side wall part 121 and the second container on the outside of each side groove 125 (that is, outside the tray 1). A portion corresponding to the side groove 125 of the side wall portion 122 is a convex portion.

2, 5 and 6, the container bottom 11 has a circular recess 126 which is disposed in the center and is circular in plan view, and as shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, A plurality of (eight in the present embodiment) bottom grooves 127 extending radially from the circular recess 126 to the container peripheral wall 12 (that is, the first container side wall 121 and the second container side wall 122). The outer side of the circular recess 126 and the bottom groove 127 (that is, the portion corresponding to the circular recess 126 and the bottom groove 127 of the container bottom 11 on the outer side of the tray 1) is a convex portion similarly to the outer side of the side groove 125. . As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, each bottom groove 127 is deeper than the circular concave portion 126, and the convex portion on the outer side of each bottom groove 127 is lower than the convex portion on the outer side of the circular concave portion 126. The protruding amount is large.

As shown in FIG. 2, four bottom grooves 127 out of the eight bottom grooves 127 extend from the circular recess 126 at the center toward the four corners, and are widened in the vicinity of each corner. Further, the other four bottom grooves 127 extend from the circular recess 126 toward the first container side wall 121 and the second container side wall 122 and are continuous with the four side grooves 125, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. It is inclined upward as it goes outward.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the container peripheral wall portion 12 has a recess having a thin-walled structure that protrudes toward the outside of the tray 1 and extends in the vertical direction at each of the four corners. The length in the vertical direction and the width and depth in the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction are equal to each other. Further, the lower end portion of the concave portion is positioned below the upper end edges of the holding convex portions 123 and 124. In the following description, the above-described concave portion at each corner and the portion in the vicinity thereof (that is, the convex portion protruding toward the inside of the tray 1 on both sides of the concave portion when the concave portion is used as a reference) can be considered. Part) is referred to as a side uneven structure 128.

The positions of the recesses of the two left side uneven structures 128 in FIG. 2 are closer to the second container side wall 122 than the first container side wall 121, and the right two side uneven structures 128 are recessed. This position is closer to the first container side wall 121 than the second container side wall 122. Therefore, when the tray 1 is rotated by 180 ° about the central axis facing the up and down direction from the direction shown in FIG. 2, the positions of the concave portions of the side concavo-convex structure 128 differ before and after the rotation at the corner portions at the same position. It will be. For example, in the upper left corner in FIG. 2, the concave portion of the side uneven structure 128 is positioned near the second container side wall 122 in the posture before rotation, but in the posture after rotation, The 128 recesses are located close to the first container side wall 121. In the tray 1, the flange portion at the upper end of the container peripheral wall portion 12 at the two upper corners in FIG. 2 is made smaller than the flange portions at the two lower corners in FIG. The circumferential direction around the central axis is easily visible to the user. That is, the flange portions of the upper two corners in FIG. 2 serve as marks for visually confirming the direction of the tray 1. In the following description, the flange portions of the two corners are referred to as marks 129. .

When the disposable medical product set 6 shown in FIG. 1 is used, after a plurality of medical linear members 61 and other medical products housed in the tray 1 are taken out, physiological saline is placed in the tray 1. Water is injected. Subsequently, the fixing parts and the like for bundling the medical linear members 61 are removed, and the medical linear members 61 wound in an annular shape are accommodated in the tray 1 again and immersed in physiological saline.

The medical linear member 61 wound in an annular shape spreads in a substantially circular shape along the container bottom 11 shown in FIG. 8 due to its restoring force (that is, elastic force against bending) and the pair of first container side walls 121. Further, it spreads in a direction parallel to the first container side wall 121 and becomes substantially elliptical. The medical linear member 61 is held between the container bottom 11 and the holding convex portion 123 of the pair of first container side walls 121, and the medical linear member 61 having a large restoring force is used as the pair of second container side walls. It spreads until it comes into contact with the portion 122 and is also held between the container bottom 11 and the holding convex portion 124 of the second container side wall 122.

Next, a necessary medical linear member 61 is grasped by the user and taken out from the tray 1. In the tray 1, the container bottom 11 has a substantially rectangular shape. Therefore, the medical linear member 61 that spreads in a substantially elliptic shape on the container bottom 11 is separated from the container peripheral wall 12 in the vicinity of at least four corners. doing. For this reason, the user can easily grasp the medical linear member 61 at any one of the four corners, and thereby the medical linear member 61 can be easily taken out from the tray 1. . Further, since the container bottom 11 has four bottom grooves 127 extending from the center toward the four corners, the user can further easily grasp the medical linear member 61 at the corners of the tray 1. The medical linear member 61 can be more easily taken out from the tray 1.

In the tray 1, the container bottom 11 has a substantially rectangular shape, so that the medical linear member 61 having a large restoring force is a container compared to the medical linear member 61 having a small restoring force, as shown in FIG. 8. It greatly spreads in the direction parallel to the long side of the bottom 11 (that is, the direction parallel to the first container side wall 121). In other words, in a plurality of types of medical linear members 61 having different restoring forces against bending (that is, having different flexibility), the diameter (major axis) in a direction parallel to the long side of the container bottom 11 due to the difference in restoring force. Therefore, there is a portion where the plurality of medical linear members 61 do not partially overlap in the vicinity of the second container side wall portion 122. Thus, the user can easily select and hold only the desired medical linear member 61 from the plurality of types of medical linear members 61 accommodated in the tray 1, and the desired medical line The selective removal of the shaped member 61 is easily realized.

As described above, in the tray 1 shown in FIG. 2, two holding convex portions 123 are provided on each first container side wall portion 121 in the thin-walled container peripheral wall portion 12, and the outer side between the two holding convex portions 123. A side groove 125 is formed to protrude into the surface. In addition, two holding convex portions 124 are provided on each second container side wall portion 122, and a side groove 125 protruding outward is formed between the two holding convex portions 124. Thereby, the intensity | strength of the container surrounding wall part 12 is improved, and the deformation | transformation of the container surrounding wall part 12 by the weight of the physiological saline in the tray 1, etc. can be suppressed.

In the thin-walled container bottom 11, the strength of the container bottom 11 is improved by providing a plurality of radially arranged bottom grooves 127, whereby the weight of the container bottom 11 due to the weight of physiological saline in the tray 1 is improved. Deformation can be suppressed. In addition, since the protrusions on the outer side of the plurality of bottom grooves 127 have a larger amount of downward projection than the protrusions on the outer side of the circular recess 126, even when the container bottom 11 is deformed, the plurality of bottom groove 127 It is possible to prevent the lower surface of the abutment from coming into contact with the mounting surface of the wagon and only the lower surface of the circular recess 126 from contacting the mounting surface. As a result, the tray 1 is prevented from sliding or rotating on the wagon.

When the medical treatment is finished and the physiological saline in the tray 1 is discharged, the tray 1 is provided with the holding convex portions 123 and 124 at portions other than at least the corners in the container peripheral wall portion 12. The physiological saline in the tray 1 can be easily discharged from the corner portion with one corner portion facing downward.

When the discharge of the physiological saline is completed and the tray 1 is discarded, when a plurality of disposable medical supplies sets 6 are used for medical treatment, the plurality of trays are stacked and discarded. For example, when two disposable medical supplies sets 6 are used for medical treatment, FIG. As shown in the sectional view of A, another tray (hereinafter referred to as “tray 1a”) having the same shape as the tray 1 is stacked on the tray 1. At this time, the tray 1a is oriented in the same direction with respect to the tray 1 (that is, oriented so that the two marks 129 (see FIG. 2) of the tray 1 overlap the two marks 1 of the tray 1a). Four sides of the container bottom 11 are overlapped with four sides of the container peripheral wall 12 of the tray 1. In addition, the side uneven structure 128 at each corner of the tray 1a overlaps the side uneven structure 128 (see FIG. 2) at each corner of the tray 1 in plan view, and the outside of the lower portion of the side uneven structure at the tray 1a. The upper portion of the side uneven structure 128 of the tray 1 overlaps, and the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion 111 of the container bottom portion 11 contacts the upper surface of the holding convex portion 123 of the first container side wall portion 121 of the tray 1 (the second shown in FIG. The same applies to the holding convex portion 124 of the container side wall portion 122).

When the tray 1a is pressed downward toward the tray 1, the container peripheral wall portion 12 of the tray 1, and the container bottom portion 11 and the container peripheral wall portion 12 of the tray 1a are elastically deformed, and FIG. As shown to B, the holding convex part 123 of the 1st container side wall part 121 of the tray 1 fits in the recessed part of the outer side of the holding convex part 123 of the 1st container side wall part 121 of the tray 1a. Further, the holding convex portion 124 (see FIG. 4) of the second container side wall portion 122 of the tray 1 is fitted into the concave portion outside the holding convex portion of the second container side wall portion of the tray 1a, and FIG. As shown in C, the side uneven structure 128 of the tray 1 overlaps the outside of the side uneven structure 128a at each corner of the tray 1a.

In this way, when the plurality of trays are discarded, the inner tray 1a is pushed into the outer tray 1 until the holding convex portions 123 and 124 of the tray 1 are fitted into the outer concave portions of the holding convex portion of the tray 1a. The volume of the tray can be reduced, and handling such as transportation of a plurality of trays can be facilitated.

In the tray 1, the upper surface of the holding convex portions 123 and 124 is inclined so as to approach the container bottom 11 as it goes inward, so that when the tray 1 a is pushed into the tray 1, 123 and 124 are easily elastically deformed. For this reason, the inner tray 1a can be easily pushed into the outer tray 1. Further, since the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion 111 of the container bottom 11 of the tray 1a is inclined upward as it goes outward, the container bottom 11 of the tray 1a can be easily moved when the tray 1a is pushed into the tray 1. Elastically deforms. For this reason, the inner tray 1a can be pushed into the outer tray 1 more easily. In the trays 1 and 1a, even when only one of the upper surfaces of the holding convex portions 123 and 124 and the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion 111 of the container bottom portion 11 is inclined, It is possible to easily push the inner tray 1a into the outer tray 1.

On the other hand, when a plurality of trays are stacked in the stage of manufacturing the tray 1 or in the process of storing unused medical supplies in the tray 1 (that is, in the process of manufacturing the disposable medical supplies set 6), the tray 1 2 is placed on the tray 1 in a state where the tray 1a is rotated by 180 ° about the central axis that faces the vertical direction from the orientation shown in FIG. That is, the tray 1a has the structure shown in FIG. In the state where the mark 129a of the tray 1a does not overlap with the mark 129 of the tray 1 as shown in A, and the tray 1a is directed in a direction different from the direction in which the tray 1a faces when the trays 1 and 1a are stacked at the time of disposal. The four sides of the bottom portion 11 are placed on the tray 1 while overlapping the four sides of the container peripheral wall portion 12 of the tray 1.

FIG. B is the same as FIG. It is sectional drawing which cut | disconnected trays 1 and 1a in the position of FF in A. FIG. FIG. As shown in FIG. 10A, at each corner, the side uneven structure 128a of the tray 1a does not overlap the side uneven structure 128 of the tray 1 in plan view. As shown to B, the lower part of the side part uneven structure 128a of the tray 1a and the upper part of the container surrounding wall part 12 of the tray 1 contact | abut. Thus, the inner tray 1a is prevented from being pushed into the outer tray 1, and one tray can be easily held and taken out from a plurality of stacked trays by a machine or the like. As a result, the manufacturing efficiency of the tray and the manufacturing efficiency of the disposable medical product set can be improved.

Further, the trays 1 and 1a are shown in FIG. A case where a downward load is applied to the tray 1a when the container bottom 11 of the tray 1a is separated from the upper surfaces of the holding convex portions 123 and 124 of the tray 1 when stacked as shown in FIG. In addition, it is possible to prevent the holding convex portions 123 and 124 from being crushed by the pressing by the tray 1a. Furthermore, by providing the marks 129 and 129a on the container peripheral wall portion 12, it is easy to stack a plurality of trays in a desired direction when the tray is manufactured or discarded.

In the disposable medical product set 6 shown in FIG. 1, the container bottom 11 of the tray 1 has a substantially rectangular shape, so that various medical products can be efficiently stored in the tray 1 compared to a tray having a substantially circular container bottom. Can be accommodated.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention has been described, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, A various change is possible.

For example, the side concavo-convex structure 128 may be a convex portion that protrudes toward the inside of the tray 1 and extends in the vertical direction, and a portion in the vicinity thereof. Further, the side uneven structure 128 is not necessarily provided at four corners, and may be provided at three or less corners. Or the side part uneven structure 128 may be provided in parts other than the corner | angular part of the container surrounding wall part 12. As shown in FIG.

In the container peripheral wall portion 12 of the tray 1, the holding convex portion 123 may be provided at a portion excluding at least the corner portion of each first container side wall portion 121, for example, the corner portions on both sides of the first container side wall portion 121. One holding convex portion 123 that extends in the horizontal direction at the removed portion may be provided on each first container side wall portion 121. Similarly, the holding convex part 124 of the second container side wall part 122 may be provided at a portion excluding at least the corner part of the second container side wall part 122.

In the tray 1, the holding convex portions may be provided only on the pair of first container side wall portions 121 located on the pair of long sides of the container bottom portion 11. However, the holding projections 123 and 124 are provided on both the pair of first container side wall parts 121 and the pair of second container side wall parts 122, so that the medical linear member 61 accommodated in the tray 1 is restored by a restoring force. It is more reliably prevented from protruding outside the tray 1. Moreover, the container bottom part 11 should just be made into the substantially rectangular shape, for example, may be made into the substantially square shape.
