Description
Claims (15)
- 人間携帯型爆発(HCE)装置用のスタンドオフ型検出方法であって、
関心のある移動中の歩行者を照射する偏波レーダエネルギビームを送信するステップと、
目標レンジにおいて分離される共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を生成するように帰還レーダエネルギを受信するステップと、
前記目標エコー信号をドップラー処理し、目標レンジおよび目標速度の関数として共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー応答をマッピングするステップと、
前記関心のある移動中の歩行者に対応する、前記マッピングされた共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー応答の部分を識別するステップと、
前記マッピングされた共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー応答の前記識別された部分を評価して、前記関心のある歩行者がHCE装置を運んでいるかどうかを判定するステップとを含むスタンドオフ型検出方法。 - 前記関心のある移動中の歩行者の目標レンジおよび目標速度座標を決定するステップと、
前記決定された目標レンジおよび目標速度座標に対応するマッピングされた共偏波および交差偏波目標応答を抽出するステップと、
前記抽出された共偏波および交差偏波目標応答の偏波シグネチャ解析を実行して、前記関心のある歩行者がHCE装置を運んでいるかどうかを判定するステップとを含む請求項1に記載のスタンドオフ型検出方法。 - 前記決定された目標レンジおよび目標速度座標に基づいて、前記マッピングされた共偏波および交差偏波目標応答のマトリックスを抽出するステップと、
前記抽出されたマトリックスの偏波シグネチャ解析を実行して、前記関心のある歩行者がHCE装置を運んでいるかどうかを判定するステップとを含む請求項2に記載のスタンドオフ型検出方法。 - 前記マッピングされた共偏波目標応答を評価して、前記関心のある移動中の歩行者の目標レンジおよび目標速度座標を決定するステップを含む請求項2に記載のスタンドオフ型検出方法。
- 線形周波数変調送信信号に基づいた偏波レーダエネルギビームで、前記関心のある移動中の歩行者を照射するステップと、
共偏波および交差偏波帰還レーダエネルギ信号を別々に受信するステップと、
前記受信した共偏波および交差偏波帰還レーダエネルギ信号を、前記線形周波数変調送信信号の複製とミキシングして、レンジに相関して周波数が異なる共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を形成するステップとを含む請求項1に記載のスタンドオフ型検出方法。 - 前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を処理して、目標レンジが異なる目標エコー信号プロファイルを生成するステップと、
各目標レンジに対して前記目標エコー信号プロファイルをドップラー処理し、目標レンジおよび目標速度の両方の関数として前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー応答をマッピングするステップとを含む請求項1に記載のスタンドオフ型検出方法。 - パルスでレーダエネルギの送信ビームを周波数変調するステップと、
一連の帰還レーダエネルギパルスにわたり、目標レンジによって前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を解析し、前記目標エコー信号プロファイルを生成するステップとを含む請求項6に記載のスタンドオフ型検出方法。 - ドップラー処理の前に、前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を低域通過フィルタリングして、前記レーダエネルギビームの明確なレンジを越える照射対象に対応する目標エコー信号を拒絶するステップを含む、請求項1に記載のスタンドオフ型検出方法。
- 人間携帯型爆発(HCE)装置のスタンドオフ型検出機器であって、
関心のある移動中の歩行者を照射する偏波レーダエネルギビームを放射するためのレーダ送信機と、
反射レーダエネルギを受信し、かつ目標レンジにおいて分離される共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を生成するためのレーダ受信機と、
前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号をドップラー処理して、目標レンジおよび目標速度の関数として共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー応答をマッピングし、前記関心のある移動中の歩行者に対応する前記マッピングされた共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー応答の部分を識別し、そして、前記マッピングされた共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー応答の前記識別された部分を評価して、前記関心のある歩行者がHCE装置を運んでいるかどうかを判定する信号プロセッサとを有するスタンドオフ型検出機器。 - 前記信号プロセッサが、前記関心のある移動中の歩行者の目標レンジおよび目標速度座標を決定し、前記目標レンジおよび目標速度座標に対応するマッピングされた共偏波および交差偏波目標応答を抽出し、かつ前記抽出された目標応答の偏波シグネチャを評価して、前記関心のある歩行者がHCE装置を運んでいるかどうかを判定する請求項9に記載のスタンドオフ型検出機器。
- 前記信号プロセッサが、前記マッピングされた共偏波目標応答を評価して、前記目標レンジおよび目標速度座標を決定する請求項10に記載のスタンドオフ型検出機器。
- 前記レーダ送信機が、線形周波数変調送信信号による前記レーダエネルギを放射し、
前記レーダ受信機が、前記反射レーダエネルギの共偏波および交差偏波信号バージョンを別々に受信する手段と、前記共偏波および交差偏波信号バージョンを、前記線形周波数変調送信信号の複製とミキシングして、目標レンジに相関して周波数が異なる共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を形成する手段とを含む請求項9に記載のスタンドオフ型検出機器。 - ドップラー処理の前に、前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を低域通過フィルタリングして、前記レーダエネルギビームの明確なレンジを越える照射対象に対応する目標エコー信号を拒絶するフィルタ手段をさらに含む請求項9に記載のスタンドオフ型検出機器。
- 前記信号プロセッサが、
前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を処理して、目標レンジが異なる一連の共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号プロファイルを生成するレンジ処理手段と、
各目標レンジに対して目標エコー信号プロファイルをドップラー処理し、目標レンジおよび目標速度の関数として前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー応答をマッピングするドップラー処理手段とを含む請求項9に記載のスタンドオフ型検出機器。 - 前記レーダ送信機が、線形周波数変調パルスを含む送信信号による前記レーダエネルギを放射し、
前記レンジ処理手段が、一連の反射レーダエネルギパルスにわたり前記共偏波および交差偏波目標エコー信号を処理して、前記目標エコー信号プロファイルを生成する請求項14に記載のスタンドオフ型検出機器。
