Description
The present invention relates to a measurement system for the amount of water flowing in a sewer pipe.
For the measurement of the water level or flow rate of sewage flowing in the sewer pipe, a radio wave or ultrasonic water level meter that is installed above the surface of the water and performs measurement, an ultrasonic flow meter that can be installed under the water surface, Pressure sensor type water level gauge, capacitance type water level gauge, etc. are used.
Radio wave level gauges and ultrasonic water level gauges are limited in that they cannot be installed in sewer pipes that are full and may be submerged. Ultrasonic flow meters and pressure sensor types that can be installed in water Alternatively, the capacitance type water level meter requires a cable for power supply to the sensor and data communication, and installation work becomes large. In addition, there is a problem that it is not easy to remove and maintain.
However, the conventional measurement system using RFID mainly aims at the level of still water, and when installed in a permanent facility such as a sewer pipe, it is not a measurement system that can withstand long-term use. There was a problem.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a water amount measurement system that can be installed in a sewer pipe by a simple method and can withstand long-term use.
In order to solve the above problems, a water amount measurement system according to the present invention is a measurement system for the amount of water flowing in a sewer pipe, and includes a plurality of wireless tags arranged on the inner surface of the sewer pipe, and a water surface in the sewer pipe. A reader device that performs wireless communication with the wireless tag positioned above, and the wireless tag includes an antenna having a solid angle with respect to a propagation direction of a radio wave emitted by the reader device. The sewer pipe has an elliptical cross section intersecting the water flow direction, and the plurality of wireless tags are arranged along the cross section. .
According to the present invention, since the length of the peripheral surface on which the wireless tag is disposed is increased, more wireless tags can be disposed, so that the water level detection accuracy can be increased. Further, the wireless tag can be arranged so as to surround the reader device, and the solid angle of each antenna can be prevented from becoming zero.
The wireless tag used in the present invention is an IC chip with an antenna that can communicate with a reader device. For example, an RFID tag enclosed in a commercially available resin package or an RFID tag laminated between resin sheets can be used. Of the wireless tags placed on the inner peripheral surface of the sewer pipe, those located below the water surface cannot communicate with the reader device, and only the wireless tag located above the water surface communicates with the reader device for identification information. send. Thereby, a wireless tag functions as a sensor which detects the presence or absence of water. The amount of water is the level of water flowing through the sewer pipe or the flow rate per unit time calculated from the water level.
Moreover, the water amount measurement system according to the present invention includes a protective layer attached to the inner surface of the sewer pipe and covering the wireless tag. Thereby, since the wireless tag is covered with the protective layer, it is not exposed to corrosive sewage flowing through the sewer pipe, and there is no possibility of causing functional deterioration. Moreover, there is no fear of being washed away. Therefore, it can be set as the water quantity measurement system which can be used for a long period of time.
In the water amount measurement system according to the present invention, the protective layer is a pipe rehabilitation material installed on the inner surface of the sewer pipe. That is, the water amount measurement system according to the present invention can be installed not only at the time of first laying a sewer pipe, but also at an existing sewer pipe. For example, it can be installed in the rehabilitation work of aged sewer pipes.
Furthermore, the water amount measurement system according to the present invention includes a data processing device that calculates the water level or flow rate of water flowing through the sewer pipe based on the identification information of the wireless tag read by the reader device, and the water level or And an output device that outputs a flow rate. As will be described later, the flow rate of water flowing through the sewer pipe can be calculated from the water level detected based on the identification information of the wireless tag. Thereby, the water level or flow rate in the sewer pipe can be transmitted in real time, and the data processing load in the host system can be reduced.
The data processing device can use, for example, a microcomputer, and the output device can transfer data to a host system, such as a transmission / reception device for microwave communication or an optical line termination device (OUN) for optical fiber communication. Is preferred.
In the water amount measurement system according to the present invention, the output device outputs an alarm signal when the calculated water level or flow rate exceeds a predetermined amount. This makes it possible to take safety measures against the increase in sewerage in the host system.
Further, in the water amount measurement system according to the present invention, the cross section has an upper portion in the height direction, a lower portion below the upper portion, and a central portion sandwiched between the upper portion and the lower portion, The lower portion and the central portion each have a plurality of the wireless tags, and a distance between the plurality of wireless tags in the central portion is shorter than a distance between the plurality of wireless tags in the lower portion. And Thereby, the detection accuracy of a water level can be made high in the center part of a sewer pipe.
In the water amount measurement system according to the present invention, the wireless tag is arranged at a position for detecting a water level corresponding to a multiple of the reference water amount flowing through the sewer pipe. For example, if the maximum amount of water in the steady state is set to 1Q and the water level corresponding to the flow rate such as 2Q, 3Q, etc., is arranged at a position where the water level can be detected, data suitable for a predetermined management system can be directly output.
The water amount measurement system according to the present invention further includes a data processing device that processes information obtained from the wireless tag, and the plurality of wireless tags constitutes a plurality of wireless tag groups arranged in a predetermined arrangement. The plurality of wireless tag groups include a first wireless tag having first identification information and a plurality of second wireless tags including second identification information different from the first identification information, respectively. And in the plurality of wireless tag groups, the first wireless tag and the second wireless tag are arranged in a predetermined arrangement so that the plurality of first wireless tags are arranged on the inner surface of the sewer pipe. The tag and the plurality of second wireless tags are arranged with periodicity, and the data processing device processes information based on the periodicity . As will be described later, according to the present invention, the length of the inner peripheral surface of the sewer pipe not in contact with water is detected based on the periodicity imparted to the wireless tag, and the flow rate and the water level are obtained. Therefore, in calculating the flow rate and the water level, it is not necessary to identify the individual wireless tags and capture the arrangement positions. As a result, it is possible to increase the degree of freedom in arranging the wireless tags.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it can install in a sewer pipe by a simple method and can implement | achieve the water quantity measuring system which can be used for a long period of time.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
The installation location of the water amount measurement system is preferably in the vicinity of the
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a transverse section of the
Therefore, the
In addition, the
Further, based on the position of the
Here, the wetting edge S is the length of the tube wall in contact with water in the cross section in the flow direction. R is the hydraulic average depth, and I is the water surface gradient. n is a roughness coefficient of Manning and is a coefficient specific to the material of the inner peripheral surface of the sewer pipe. For example, 0.014 is used on the concrete surface and 0.009 is used on the resin-coated surface.
In the
In the above embodiment, the
FIG. 3 shows functional blocks of the water amount measurement system according to this embodiment. As described above, this system includes the
The
The
The
The
The
In the system configuration described above, the
In addition, in order to prevent flooding due to sudden increase of water, etc., the warning water level or the warning flow rate is set in advance, and when the water level or the flow rate calculated by the
FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a first arrangement method of the wireless tag in the flow measurement system according to the present invention. The wireless tags 4a to 4e are arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the
The wireless tags 4 a to 4 e are disposed between the
FIG. 5 is a perspective view schematically showing the arrangement of the
In addition, as described above, when the
FIG. 6A is a schematic diagram showing a second arrangement method in which the

FIG. 8B is a graph showing the relationship between the wireless tag number and the water level corresponding to each wireless tag when the

FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a third arrangement method of the wireless tag according to the flow measurement system of the present invention. In the present embodiment, each of the
Further, as shown in the figure, if 1Q is a reference water amount, and the

FIG. 10B is a schematic view showing a cross section of the
First, the identification information stored in the
As shown in FIG. 10B, the
Based on the number of identification codes read by the
In the wireless communication between the
In the fifth arrangement method shown in FIG. 11, the
In the sixth arrangement method shown in FIG. 12, only the height position of each
FIG. 13 shows an example in which the
The arrangement method of the
