Description
本実施の形態は、永久磁石のみを所望の温度条件下に置いて試験をおこなうための装置であり、特に、永久磁石が高温状態の場合であって、ティース外周のボビンや絶縁紙等に熱による損傷を与えることなく、永久磁石のみを高温状態としたい場合に本実施の形態は好適である。
ここで、前記加熱部材を、永久磁石を囲繞する無端状部と、該無端状部から張出した張出し部と、から構成させ、該無端状部は磁石挿入スロットの側方に設けられた磁石固定用の樹脂充填部に収容され、前記張出し部に加熱電源に通じる電熱線が取り付けられている形態であることがより好ましい。
Claims (3)
- モータ用磁石の減磁状態を計測するための試験装置であって、
ステータと、その内部に位置して前記磁石を有するロータと、からなるモータを、ステータとロータとが任意の機械角を有する姿勢で保持する治具と、
前記ステータに巻装されたコイルに直流電流を通電する電源と、
磁石の減磁状態を計測する磁束計と、を少なくとも備え、
前記磁石のみを加熱する加熱部材が磁石に接続されており、
前記加熱部材が、永久磁石を囲繞する無端状部と、該無端状部から張出した張出し部と、からなり、該無端状部は磁石挿入スロットの側方に設けられた磁石固定用の樹脂充填部に収容され、前記張出し部に加熱電源に通じる電熱線が取り付けられている、モータ用磁石の試験装置。 - 前記モータを収容して、該モータを任意の擬似温度雰囲気下に置く恒温槽をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のモータ用磁石の試験装置。
- 前記モータのステータには、U相、V相、W相の3相コイルが形成されており、いずれか1つの相、もしくは2以上の相のそれぞれに任意の直流電流が通電されるようになっている、請求項1または2に記載のモータ用磁石の試験装置。
