Description
Claims (3)
- 容器ケージ内のプロセス流体圧力をプロセス流体圧力トランスミッタへ伝えるための環状アイソレータであって、
側壁及び一対の周縁を有する円柱状コアと、
前記コアの周縁にそれぞれ結合される第1及び第2のエッジ領域を有するアイソレータダイアフラムバンドと、
前記コアの側壁から前記コアの上面へと延びる第1の充填流体通路と、
前記コアの底面から前記コアの上面へと延びる第2の充填流体通路と、
を備え、
前記アイソレータダイアフラムバンドは、前記ケージ内のプロセス流体圧力に応じて撓むように構成される、環状アイソレータ。 - 前記第1の充填流体通路が、前記コアの前記上面に近接する雌ネジポートに結合される請求項1に記載のアイソレータ。
- 前記アイソレータダイアフラムバンドが一対の周方向溶着部により前記コアに溶着される請求項1に記載のアイソレータ。
