前記カバー部材の前記一側縁に対向する他側縁には、前記開口部周縁の係止部に裏側から表側に向かって嵌合して係止される、表側が開口した凹状被係止部が設けられており、
前記カバー部材は、前記抜け止め突起部が前記開口部の周壁の裏面側に当接して係止され、且つ、前記凹状被係止部が前記開口部周縁の係止部に裏側から表側に向かって嵌合して係止された取付状態で、前記抜け止め突起部の近傍および前記凹状被係止部の近傍を、前記付勢機構により裏側から表側に向かって付勢されている、
