Description
Claims (8)
- 高温燃料電池(11)、電池スタック(5)用クランプ装置およびあと燃えプロセス用の軸方向に整列した室(7)を有し、クランプ装置のクランプバー(60)がこれらのあと燃え室の間に配置してあり且つこれらのあと燃え室の排気ガス通路がヒートシンクとして作用する熱交換器(20a)に接続してある機械装置(1)であって、
前記熱交換器によって熱搬送媒体へ熱が伝達され、前記熱搬送媒体によって機器へ熱が運ばれること、前記クランプ装置のクランプ要素(62)がこの熱交換器と伝熱結合していること、圧縮ばね(63)がそれぞれの場合これらのクランプバーに、クランプバーの一端とこのクランプ要素のラグ(622)との間で取付けてあり、それによってこれらのクランプバーにクランプ力を働かせること、およびこれらの圧縮ばねは、クランプ要素によってこの電池スタックに対して遮蔽され、それで、ヒートシンクのおかげで、これらの圧縮ばねは、クランプ力が維持される、適度の温度にしか曝されないことを特徴とする機械装置。 - 請求項1に記載の機械装置であって、前記熱交換器(20a)が暖房装置(2)の一部であること、暖房目的の燃焼ガス(30b)を発生するために燃料をこの暖房装置で燃焼できること、前記熱交換器が燃焼ガス用と前記あと燃えプロセスからの排気ガス(30a)用の二つの別々の通路(それぞれ、21および22)を含むこと、並びに、特に、室内暖房および/または温水暖房の目的で、熱をこれらの通路から、機器へ熱を運べる熱搬送媒体へ移せることを特徴とする機械装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2による機械装置であって、前記クランプ装置は、クランプ板(61)、前記クランプバー(60)、前記クランプ要素(62)および前記圧縮ばね(63)からも組立ててあること、並びに前記スタックの複数の前記電池は、前記クランプ板と前記クランプ要素の間で互いに圧迫されることを特徴とする機械装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか一項に記載の機械装置であって、前記クランプ装置は、前記あと燃え室(7)および中に前記室を閉込めるコルセット状ケージ(40)と共に内側ユニット(4)を形成すること、並びに該内側ユニットが内側ユニットの周りに箱状態様に配置した更なる部品と共に前記電池スタック(5)の多要素スリーブ(4、12、13)を形成し、その中で機械装置の運転中に供給される空気を加熱できることを特徴とする機械装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか一項に記載の機械装置であって、前記電池の空気入口点(52)を備える四つの軸方向に向いた空気供給領域(47a)が上記電池スタック(5)の周辺で四つのあと燃え室(7)の間に配置してあること;前記クランプバー(60)のそれぞれの一つが互いに直接向い合って位置する二つの空気案内領域の中を伸びること、並びに導電バー(51a)および/または“すべての空気供給領域内で同じ流れ状態を起こすために余分の孔に挿入されるダミーバー”が好ましくはこれら二つの他の空気供給領域に配置してあることを特徴とする機械装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか一項に記載の機械装置であって、断熱部品を備える受け台構造が上記電池スタック(5)と前記熱交換器(20a)の間に配置してあることを特徴とする機械装置。
- 請求項6に記載の機械装置であって、前記熱交換器(20a)が熱伝導のよい材料、特にアルミニウムから成る端板(101)を有すること、および前記クランプ要素(62)がこの端板上にねじ留めしてあることを特徴とする機械装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の機械装置であって、それが前記電池での電気化学反応および電子パワーシステムを備える電子装置(14)に必要な空気のための吸引管(18)を含むこと、空気源がこの誘導管の下流に配置してあり、それによってこの空気を少なくともこの電子パワーシステムの冷却のために利用できること、並びにその様に使った空気を更に燃料電池に案内できることを特徴とする機械装置。
