Claims (5)
- 分離網設置胴体、異物質分離網体、流体流入管、流体排出管、及びボールバルブからなる流体に含まれた異物質排出装置であって、
前記分離網設置胴体(10)の中空部(12)の上部内周縁に挿入固定された連結具(70)に空気チャンバー(80)を脱着可能に締結し、かつ、
前記空気チャンバー(80)は連結具(70)に締結される締結部(82)と、
前記締結部(82)と連通するように一体形成され、内部に圧縮空気が包集される包集部(84)と、
から構成されることを特徴とする流体に含まれた異物質排出装置。 - 分離網設置胴体、異物質分離網体、栓、流体流入管、流体排出管、及び
流体流入管と分離網設置胴体の異物質排出管との交叉地点に備えられ、円形のボール挿入溝が形成されたボールハウジングと、前記ボールハウジングのボール挿入溝に回転可能に挿入され、異物質排出管及び流体流入管の内周縁と連通するように通水孔が形成されたボールと、ボールに着脱可能に連結されてボールを回転させるためのレバーからなるボールバルブで構成された流体に含まれた異物質排出装置であって、
前記ボール(64)の外周縁に傾斜するように傾斜通孔(90)が形成されたことを特徴とする流体に含まれた異物質排出装置。 - 前記傾斜通孔(90)は、
前記ボール(64)の通水孔(64a)が水平方向に位置し前記異物質排出管と連通する時、前記流体流入管(40)と流体供給管が連通するように、前記流体流入管(40)から流体供給管に向かって下方に傾斜するように穿孔されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体に含まれた異物質排出装置。 - 分離網設置胴体、異物質分離網体、栓、流体流入管、流体排出管、及び前記流体流入管と分離網設置胴体の異物質排出管との交叉地点に備えられ、円形のボール挿入溝が形成されたボールハウジングと、前記ボールハウジングのボール挿入溝に回転可能に挿入され、異物質排出管及び流体流入管の内径と連通するように通水孔が形成されたボールと、ボールに着脱可能に連結されてボールを回転させるためのレバーからなるボールバルブで構成された流体に含まれた異物質排出装置であって、
前記ボール(64)の外周縁に組立溝(100)が形成された嵌合突部(110)が一体形成され、
前記組立溝(100)に分離可能に仕上げ連結具(120)が締結され、
前記通水孔が水平方向に位置し前記異物質排出管と連通する時、前記流体流入管と前記組立溝(100)が連通するように、前記流体流入管から前記組立溝(100)に向かって下方に傾斜するように前記ボールに傾斜孔(130)が形成され、前記組立溝(100)において前記傾斜孔(130)と対向する位置に、前記組立溝(100)と流体供給管が連通するように前記ボールに水平孔(140)が形成され、
前記仕上げ連結具(120)にて仕上げられた組立溝(100)の内部には流体の圧力で傾斜孔(130)を遮断する遮断ボール(150)が内蔵されていることを特徴とする流体に含まれた異物質排出装置。
- 前記傾斜孔(130)は、
前記組立溝(100)の内側端に形成されて遮断ボール(150)が密着される遮断ボール嵌合部(131)と、
前記遮断ボール嵌合部(131)から上部に傾斜するように貫通形成され、通水孔(64a)の中央領域と一致するように形成されて流体が排出される水排出部(132)と、
から構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体に含まれた異物質排出装置。
