Claims (6)
- 眼疾患手術に用いる水晶体超音波乳化吸引術用カニューレであって、
眼疾患手術器具に係合するハブと、
該ハブに取り付けられた基端部、および末端部を有する細長い針とを備え、
該針が、前記基端部から前記末端部に向かって該針の長さの大部分に及ぶ、第1内径を有する吸引内腔を備え、
該針が、前記末端部から前記吸引内腔に亘って形成されるベンチュリ腔を有し、該ベンチュリ腔が、最大内径を有する第1ベンチュリ部と、最小内径を有する第2ベンチュリ部と、該ベンチュリ腔が前記吸引内腔と連結する位置に終端を有する第3ベンチュリ部とを含み、かつ、
前記ベンチュリ腔が、前記第1、第2および第3ベンチュリ部のそれぞれの間で滑らかに変化して遷移するよう形成された構造を含むことを特徴とする水晶体超音波乳化吸引術用カニューレ。 - 前記ベンチュリ腔が、一般に砂時計状の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のカニューレ。
- 前記ベンチュリ腔が、ダブルベンチュリを呈する構造を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のカニューレ。
- 前記第2ベンチュリ部の前記最小内径が前記第1内径と略等しいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のカニューレ。
- 前記第3ベンチュリ部が有する内径の最大値が、前記最小内径よりも大きく、かつ前記最大内径と等しいあるいは該最大内径よりも小さいものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のカニューレ。
- 前記第3ベンチュリ部の前記内径の最大値が、前記第1内径と等しい、あるいは該第1内径よりも大きいものであることを特徴とする請求項5記載のカニューレ。
