Description

The present invention relates to a product storage container, and more particularly to a box-shaped product storage container that stores products.

In recent years, many products are stored in box-shaped product storage containers and arranged in stores. A conventional merchandise storage container is a box shape formed from a transparent sheet such as urethane resin. In this product storage container, a lid provided separately on the top surface side or the bottom surface side of the box body is mounted so as to be openable and closable, and the product is stored inside the box body by opening or closing one of them. Yes. Since such a product storage container is formed of a transparent synthetic resin, the product stored inside can be visually observed from the outside. For this reason, since the consumer can visually check the product inside without opening the storage containers arranged in the store, it is possible to obtain a great display effect by appealing the product to the consumer.

For example, as a product storage container for storing a spool (an example of a product) of a fishing reel, there has been conventionally known a product storage container that reduces the impact from the outside and protects the spool (see Non-Patent Document 1, for example). In a conventional product storage container, a paper base surface is provided inside a transparent container body made of synthetic resin, a notch is formed in the base surface, and the outer peripheral surface of the spool skirt is engaged with the notch. Yes. As a result, the spool is stably held.

In the conventional product storage container, when the product is transported from the factory to the storefront or stored, the spool is stably held even if it receives an impact from the outside due to vibration, drop, or the like. However, since the skirt portion is held by the notch portion, the outer peripheral surface of the skirt portion is hidden by the pedestal surface. For this reason, it is difficult to visually recognize the design of the skirt portion from the outside.

An object of the present invention is to stably hold a stored product and to make the entire appearance of the product visible from the outside of the container.

The product storage container according to the first aspect is a box-shaped container that stores a cylindrical product. The product storage container includes a container body, a first inner member, and a second inner member. The container body has translucency. The container main body includes a bottom surface, a side surface that generates a storage space that encloses the outer periphery of the bottom surface and stores products therein, and a lid that is disposed to face the bottom surface and can be opened and closed. Yes. The first inner member is a member disposed in the storage space. The first inner member has a rectangular pedestal surface on which a product is placed and spaced from the bottom surface, and an engagement portion having an engagement hole formed in the pedestal surface. The second inner member is a polygonal cylindrical member that is disposed in the storage space and extends in a direction intersecting the pedestal surface. The second inner member has a plurality of corner portions that hold the inner peripheral portion of the product and an engaged portion that engages with the engagement hole so as not to move in the intersecting direction.

In this commodity storage container, the inner peripheral part of the cylindrical commodity placed on the pedestal surface is held by friction at the corners of the second inner member of the polygonal cylinder. The second inner member is engaged with an engagement hole formed in the pedestal surface of the first inner member so as not to move in a direction intersecting the pedestal surface. For this reason, when taking out goods from the 2nd inner member held by friction, the 2nd inner member does not come off from the 1st inner member.

Here, since the inner peripheral surface of the product placed on the pedestal surface is held by a plurality of corners, the entire appearance of the held product can be visually recognized from the outside of the container even if the product is held by the second inner member. . Moreover, since a 2nd inner member is a polygonal cylinder, the some line of the corner | angular part of the direction which cross | intersects a base surface contacts the inner peripheral surface of goods. For this reason, the stored goods can be stably held.

The product storage container according to a second aspect of the present invention is the container according to the first aspect, wherein the engaged portion is formed by cutting out at least one of the plurality of corner portions into a rectangular shape so as to be inserted into the pedestal surface. In this case, the engaged portion that can be inserted into the pedestal surface is formed in at least one of the plurality of corner portions. For this reason, the second inner member can be immovably locked to the first inner member in the direction intersecting the pedestal surface by turning the second inner member after mounting the second inner member in the locking hole.

The product storage container according to a third aspect of the present invention is the container according to the second aspect, wherein the engaged portion is formed at a plurality of corners except for one corner. The engagement hole is a polygonal hole with which the polygonal cylinder of the second inner member is substantially engaged. On one side of the engagement hole, one corner portion where the engaged portion of the second inner member is not formed when the second inner member is rotated after being attached to the engagement hole is cut out so as to be disposed. Only one corner arrangement portion is formed.

In this case, by arranging the corner portion where the engaged portion is not formed in the corner portion arrangement portion formed on one side of the engagement hole, the second inner member is rotated to engage the engagement portion. When the portions are engaged, the corner portions are arranged at the corner portion arrangement portions, and the second inner member can be prevented from rotating in the rotation direction.

The product storage container according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the container according to the third aspect, wherein the engaged portion is in elastic contact with the remaining side where the corner arrangement portion of the engagement hole is not formed. A contact portion is formed. In this case, since the engaged portion comes into contact with the engaged portion contact portion of the engaging portion of the first inner member, the second inner member is less likely to rattle against the first inner member.

The product storage container according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the container according to any one of the second to fourth aspects, wherein the polygonal cylinder is a rectangular cylinder. In this case, since the four corner portions and the three engaged portions can be formed with a simple shape, the second inner member can securely hold the product and is difficult to come off from the first inner member.

The product storage container according to a sixth aspect of the invention is the container according to any one of the second to fifth aspects, wherein the first inner member further has at least two legs extending from at least two sides of the pedestal surface toward the bottom surface. . In this case, since a space can be formed between the bottom surface portion and the pedestal surface, an appendix such as a product instruction manual can be stored in the space.

The product storage container according to a seventh aspect is the container according to the sixth aspect, wherein the first inner member extends from one of the leg portions and extends from the inner bottom surface portion along the bottom surface portion. It further has an inner side surface portion arranged along one of the side surface portions, and an inner lid portion extending from the inner side surface portion and arranged along the lid portion. In this case, by using a light-shielding material such as a paper material for the first inner member, it is possible to arrange characters and designs related to products so that they can be visually recognized from the outside.

The product storage container according to an eighth aspect of the present invention is the container according to any one of the second to seventh aspects, wherein the second inner member is a member formed by folding a single cardboard sheet. In this case, since the second inner member is formed by bending a relatively thick cardboard sheet, the product can be easily held.

The product storage container according to a ninth aspect of the present invention is the container according to any one of the second to eighth aspects, wherein the container body is integrally formed by bending a sheet of transparent synthetic resin. In this case, since the container body is integrally formed by bending one transparent sheet, the number of manufacturing steps for processing the transparent sheet can be reduced.

According to the present invention, since the inner peripheral surface of the product placed on the pedestal surface is held by the plurality of corners, even if the product is held by the second inner member, the entire appearance of the held product is external to the container. Visible from. Moreover, since a 2nd inner member is a polygonal cylinder, the some line of the corner | angular part of the direction which cross | intersects a base surface contacts the inner peripheral surface of goods. For this reason, the stored goods can be stably held.

The pedestal surface 31 is disposed at a distance from the rectangular bottom surface portion 20. The pedestal surface 31 is formed in a rectangular shape so as to be able to contact the inner side surfaces of the first to fourth side surfaces 22a to 22d.

The engagement hole 33 of the engagement portion 32 is a polygonal hole (in this embodiment, a rectangular hole) so as to engage with the outer shape of the polygonal cylinder of the second inner member 13. The engagement hole 33 has, for example, four sides 33 a to 33 d and is arranged concentrically with the pedestal surface 31. One side 33b on the back side of the engagement hole 33 is, for example, an angle α (α = 360 / (number of polygon corners N × 2)) after the second inner member 13 is mounted in the engagement hole 33. In this embodiment, one corner portion arrangement portion 38 is formed by cutting out the corner portion 41b of the second inner member 13 so that the corner portion 41b can be arranged when rotated by 45 degrees. The remaining three sides 33a, 33c, and 33d, in which the corner portion arrangement portion 38 of the engagement hole 33 is not formed, are engaged with the engaged portions contact portions 42a, 42c, and 42d that will be described later. 39a, 39c, 39d are formed. The corner portion arrangement portion 38 includes an arc portion 38a that allows the corner portion 41b to rotate, and a linearly shaped anti-rotation portion 38b that contacts the corner portion 41b so that the corner portion 41b is prevented from rotating in the rotation direction. doing. The arc portion 38 a is formed by an arc having a rotation center C substantially equal to the center of the engagement hole 33. The rotation preventing portion 38b is inclined 45 degrees with respect to the side 33b, and can contact the outer surface of the second inner member 13.

The engaged portion contact portions 39a, 39c, and 39d are formed as arcs around the rotation center C so that the engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d can be elastically contacted. The engaged portion contact portions 39a, 39c, and 39d are formed with a pair of slits 40a, 40c, and 40d for making the engaged portion contact portions 39a, 39c, and 39d easy to bend. The slits 40a, 40c, and 40d are formed diagonally and forwardly.

An alignment mark 47 for mounting the second inner member 13 is printed on the pedestal surface 31 in the vicinity of the engaged portion contact portion 39c, for example, in a triangular shape.

The leg portions 34 a to 34 d are bent from at least two sides (four sides in this embodiment) of the pedestal surface 31 and extend toward the bottom surface portion 20. The leg portions 34a to 34d are disposed inside the first to fourth side surfaces 22a to 22d, respectively. On the surface of the leg portion 34a, for example, characters relating to the spool X such as compatibility of the spool X are printed. Ear portions 34e and 34f are formed at the edges of the leg portions 34c and 34d on the leg portion 34a side, respectively. The ears 34e and 34f are provided to make the gap invisible even if a gap is generated between the leg 34a and the legs 34c and 34d on both sides thereof.

The inner bottom surface portion 35 is bent from the leg portion 34 a and is disposed along the inner surface of the bottom surface portion 20. The inner bottom surface portion 35 is slightly narrower than the bottom surface portion 20. The inner side surface portion 36 is bent from the inner bottom surface portion 35 and disposed along the inner side surface of the second side surface 22b. The inner side surface portion 36 is formed over substantially the entire inner surface of the second side surface 22b. The inner lid portion 37 is bent from the inner side surface portion 36 and disposed between the inner side surface of the lid portion 24 and the outer side surfaces of the reinforcing portions 25c and 25d. The inner lid portion 37 is disposed on a part of the inner side surface of the lid portion 24. Specifically, the inner lid portion 37 includes a trapezoidal portion 37 a that gradually decreases in width from both sides of the inner side surface portion 36, and a central portion 37 b that has a U-shaped outer shape so as to cover the center of the lid portion 24. Have. For example, characters and designs related to the spool X such as the name and model number of the spool X are printed on the center portion 37b.

<Configuration of second inner member>
The second inner member 13 is a member having a polygonal cylindrical shape (in this embodiment, a rectangular cylinder) that is disposed in the storage space 11a and extends in a direction (vertical direction in this embodiment) intersecting the pedestal surface 31. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the second inner member 13 includes the four corner portions 41 a to 41 d that hold the inner peripheral portion of the skirt portion 93 of the spool X, and the engagement holes that are immovable in the vertical direction. It has engaged parts 42 a, 42 c, 42 d that engage with 33. The engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d are notched in a rectangular shape so that the base surface 31 can be inserted into at least one of the plurality of corner portions 41a to 41d (in this embodiment, the three corner portions 41a, 41c, and 41d). Is formed. The engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d are formed at height positions that can be inserted into the pedestal surface 31 when one end of the second inner member 13 comes into contact with the inner bottom surface portion 35 of the first inner member. Accordingly, the center position in the vertical direction is formed at substantially the same position as the length of the leg portion 34a in the vertical direction. By engaging the engaged portion contact portions 39a, 39c, 39d of the pedestal surface 31 with the rectangular cutouts of the engaged portions 42a, 42c, 42d, the pedestal surface 31 is engaged with the engaged portions 32a, 42c, 42d. Is supported and the strength of the pedestal surface 31 is increased. For this reason, even if the load of the spool X acts on the pedestal surface 31, the pedestal surface 31 is less likely to sink at the engaging portion.

The sides 43a to 43d between the corners 41a to 41d of the second inner member 13 have substantially the same length, and the second inner member 13 is a square cylindrical member. An ear 44 is formed on the side 43d. The ear 44 is provided to form the corner 41b. Engagement protrusions 45b and 45c are formed at the edge of the corner portion 41b and the side 43b matched therewith. When the ear portion 44 is overlapped with the outer surface of the side 43d, the shape of the second inner member 13 can be temporarily held by disposing the engagement protrusion 45c inside the engagement protrusion 45b.

On the side 43c, an alignment mark 48 for mounting the second inner member 13 on the first inner member 12 is printed in a triangular shape between the locked portion 42a and the locked portion 42c. By aligning the alignment mark 48 with the alignment mark 47 of the first inner member 12, the corner portion 41 b is engaged with the corner portion arrangement portion 38.

Here, the corner portion arranging portion 38 is arranged on the one side 33b on the back surface side when the corner 41b that does not have an engaged portion and is not engaged with the pedestal surface 31 is arranged on the back surface. This is because the engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d that support the base surface 31 are disposed on the left and right. Thereby, the left-right balance of the spool X placed on the pedestal surface 31 is less likely to be lost. Further, even if the pedestal surface 31 sinks due to the load of the spool X on the corner 41b side, the spool X is inclined to the back side, so that the spool X can be easily seen from the front of the container storage container 10.

<Assembly procedure of product storage container>
An example of the procedure for assembling such a commodity storage container 10 will be described in detail below.

When assembling the container body 11, in FIG. 4, first, the first to fourth side surfaces 22a to 22d are bent, and an adhesive is applied to the adhesive margin 22d, and the adhesive margin 22d is applied to the inner side surface of the fourth side surface 22d. Glue. Subsequently, the bottom surface portion 20 is formed. First, the second bottom portion 20b is bent, the third and fourth bottom portions 20c, 20d are bent, the first bottom portion 20a is bent on the upper surface thereof, and the convex portion 21a is inserted into the concave portion 21b. As a result, the bottom surface portion 20 is completed and has a box shape as shown in FIG.

When the first inner member 12 is assembled, the legs 34a to 34d around the base surface 31 are bent outward in FIG. At this time, the ear portions 34e and 34f are bent on the back side surface of the leg portion 34a. And if the inner bottom face part 35 and the inner side face part 36 are each bent by 90 degrees, an L shape as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained.

When the second inner member 13 is assembled, the corner portions 41a to 41d are bent with the ear portion 44 aligned with the outer surface of the side 43b, and the engagement protrusion 45c is disposed inside the engagement protrusion 45b. As a result, the bent state is maintained, and the second inner member 13 has a square tube shape as shown in FIG. 3, thereby completing the second inner member 13.

Next, the completed second inner member 13 is attached to the first inner member 12. During this mounting, the second inner member 13 is mounted in the engagement hole 33 so that the engaged portions 42 a, 42 c, 42 d are engaged with the pedestal surface 31. The second inner member 13 is arranged so that the two alignment marks 47 and 48 are aligned. Thereby, the corner | angular part 41b in which the to-be-engaged part 42a, 42c, 42d is not formed is arrange | positioned in the corner | angular between the edge | side 33b of the engaging hole 33, and the edge | side 33d. In this state, the second inner member 13 is rotated 45 degrees counterclockwise as indicated by an arrow in FIG. At this time, the corner portion 41b moves while being in contact with the arc portion 38a of the corner portion arranging portion 38, and when the rotation is finished, the side 43b comes into contact with the rotation preventing portion 38b. As a result, both end portions of the engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d elastically contact the engaged portion contact portions 39a, 39c, and 39d. Further, portions between the engaged portion contact portions 39a, 39c, and 39d are inserted into the engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d. As a result, the second inner member 13 is attached to the first inner member 12 while being prevented from rotating counterclockwise while being prevented from coming off in the vertical direction.

In this state, the first inner member 12 to which the second inner member 13 is attached is attached to the container body 11. At this time, the legs 34a are mounted on the first side surface 22a. This state is a state in which the second inner member 13 shown in FIG. 3 is attached to the first inner member 12 and the first inner member 12 is further attached to the container body 11. Therefore, the folded portion of the lid portion 24 and the inner lid portion 37 is disposed on the opposite side.

Subsequently, the reinforcing portions 25c and 25d of the first inner member 12 are bent inward by 90 degrees, and the inner lid portion 37 of the first inner member 12 is bent and disposed on the outer surfaces of the reinforcing portions 25c and 25d. Finally, the lid portion 24 is bent 90 degrees, the tongue portion 24a is further bent 90 degrees, and inserted into the gap between the outer side surface of the inner side surface portion 36 and the inner side surface of the second side surface 20b. At this time, since the second side surface 20b is higher than the other side surfaces 20a, 20c, 20d and the inner side surface 36, it protrudes slightly upward. For this reason, it becomes easy to insert the tongue part 24a in a clearance gap. Further, the slit 24b is locked to the lock slit 22g, and the lid portion 24 is difficult to open. Thereby, the assembly of the product storage container 10 is completed.

When the spool X is stored in the product storage container 10, the lid 24, the inner lid 37 and the reinforcing portions 25 c and 25 d are opened, and the inner peripheral surface of the skirt portion 93 of the spool X is attached to the second inner member 13. . Then, the inner peripheral surface of the spool X is held by friction with the four corner portions 41a to 41d.

<特徴>
<Features>
(A) In the product storage container 10, the inner peripheral portion of the skirt portion 93 of the cylindrical spool X placed on the pedestal surface 31 is held by the corner portions 41 a to 41 d of the second inner member 13 by friction. The second inner member 13 is engaged with an engagement hole 33 formed in the pedestal surface 31 of the first inner member 12 so as not to move in the vertical direction intersecting the pedestal surface. For this reason, when taking out the spool X from the second inner member 13 held by friction, the second inner member 13 does not come out of the first inner member 12.

Here, since the inner peripheral surface of the spool X placed on the pedestal surface 31 is held by the plurality of corner portions 41a to 41d, even if the spool X is held by the second inner member 13, the appearance of the held spool X The whole is visible from the outside of the product storage container 10. Moreover, since the 2nd inner member 13 is a polygonal cylinder, the some line | wire of the corner parts 41a-41d of the up-down direction which cross | intersects the base surface 31 with the inner peripheral surface of the spool X contacts. For this reason, the stored spool X can be stably held.

(B) Engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d that can be inserted into the pedestal surface 31 are formed in the plurality of corner portions 41a, 41c, and 41d. Therefore, the second inner member 13 can be locked to the first inner member 12 so as not to move in the vertical direction intersecting the pedestal surface 31 by turning the second inner member 13 after mounting it in the engagement hole 33.

(C) By disposing the engaged portion 42a, 42c, 42d in the corner portion 41b where the engaged portion 42a, 42c, 42d is not formed, the second inner member 13 is turned and the engaged portion 42a is engaged with the engaging portion 32. , 42c, and 42d, the corner 41b is disposed in the corner arrangement portion 38, and the second inner member 13 can be prevented from rotating in the rotational direction.

(D) Engaged portion contact portions where the engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d elastically contact the remaining sides 33a, 33c, and 33d where the corner portion arrangement portion 38 of the engagement hole 33 is not formed. 39a, 39c, 39d are formed. Here, since the engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d are in contact with the engaged portion contact portions 39a, 39c, and 39d of the engaging portion 32 of the first inner member 12, the second inner member 13 is the first inner member. 12 becomes difficult to rattle.

(E) Since the second inner member 13 is a quadrangular cylinder, the four corner portions 41a to 41d and the three engaged portions 42a, 42c, and 42d can be formed with a simple shape. X can be securely held and it is difficult for the first inner member 12 to come off.

(F) The first inner member 12 further includes at least two legs 34 a to 34 d extending from at least two sides of the base surface 31 toward the bottom surface 20. In this case, since a space can be formed between the bottom surface portion 20 and the pedestal surface 31, additional documents such as instruction manuals for products can be stored in the space.

(G) Since the first inner member 12 made of paper having a light-shielding property is arranged inside the translucent container main body 11, characters and designs relating to products can be arranged so as to be visible from the outside by printing.

(H) Since the second inner member 13 is formed by bending a relatively thick cardboard sheet, the spool X can be easily held.

(I) Since the container body 11 is integrally formed by bending one transparent sheet, the number of manufacturing steps for processing the transparent sheet can be reduced.
