Claims (3)
- 金型ブロックに、尾翼を成型させるための金型空洞を設け、金型ブロックの適切な箇所に、金型空洞内まで貫通するゲートを設ける金型製作工程と、
適量の溶融樹脂を、金型のゲートから金型空洞内に流し込み、金型を回転させ、その遠心力を利用して樹脂を金型空洞の周縁の側壁に均一に付着させ、中空状の尾翼を形成させる射出成形工程と、
樹脂を冷却させ固化させた後、さらに金型を開いて、樹脂からなる尾翼を金型から取り外す型抜き工程と、からなり、
空気流体力学に符号する外形をもち、中空状で軽量化された一体成型の尾翼が完成する風力発電機の尾翼の製造方法において、
前記尾翼の金型は、上、下の二つの金型ブロックからなり、その金型によって製造される風力発電機の尾翼の前側には連結端部が設けられ、後側には直立状の主翼が設けられ、主翼下方の両側は延伸して側翼を形成し、連結端部の後方には縮小段部が設けられ、縮小段部の外輪郭線は主翼及び側翼と一続きに繋がっており、底部の両側翼が相互に交差する箇所は平滑な弧状溝を形成することを特徴とする風力発電機の尾翼の製造方法。 - 前記金型における尾翼の連結端部が成型される箇所には、挿入金型が設けられ、それにより、尾翼の連結端部には凹部が形成され、凹部の外側の周縁には複数の凹溝が形成され、各凹溝内には、凹部まで貫通する螺合孔が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力発電機の尾翼の製造方法。
- 前記金型における尾翼下方の両側翼が成型される箇所には挿入金型が設けられ、それにより、尾翼の後側の底部は平滑な弧状溝が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の風力発電機の尾翼の製造方法。
