Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning disk for cleaning a lens of an optical pickup.

Conventionally, optical pickup lenses and magneto-optical discs have been used as optical pickup lens cleaning discs. At least one cleaning member for optical pickup lens cleaning is provided in the vicinity of the TOC area or the inner periphery of the program area of these discs. Is provided. When this cleaner is reproduced by a reproducing apparatus, the cleaning disk rotates and the objective lens and the brush come into contact with each other for cleaning.
In the method of cleaning by rotating the disc in this way, it is conceivable that the brush provided on the cleaning disc may come into contact with a mechanism inside the player other than the objective lens. As a result, the oil or dirt of the mechanical part adheres to the brush, and the dirt or the like adheres to the objective lens, which may have an adverse effect.

The problem to be solved is to eliminate the harmful effects of lens cleaning that are likely to occur by rotating and cleaning the cleaning disk.

In the present invention, in order to solve the problems of these conventional products, an elastic material having a certain length is provided in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the cleaning disk in a state where the cleaning disk is loaded in the playback apparatus and outward from the playback apparatus disk insertion slot. Is provided. Mainly elastic material is spring and elastic material. The cleaning disk is designed to reflect laser light in the same manner as other parts including the part where the cleaning member is provided, or the part where the cleaning member is provided becomes the pickup lens after the disk is loaded into the playback device. Since the laser beam is not shielded by being configured to be shifted to a position where it does not come into contact, when the cleaning disk is loaded into the player, the disk tends to rotate with the initial operation. However, the elastic material provided on the cleaning disk hits the playback device disk insertion slot and acts as a stopper, and the cleaning disk rotates until the rotational force of the elastic material exceeds the repulsive force of the elastic material. Instantly return to the original position by the restoring force of the elastic material. However, the same rotation is attempted again at the next moment, but it is returned by the restoring force of the elastic material. By repeating this series of operations, the cleaning member repeatedly operates on the optical pickup lens surface, and the cleaning is automatically performed without rotating.

In addition, if the specification is such that the laser beam is not reflected only in the vicinity of the cleaning disk provided with the cleaning member, and the disc is loaded into a playback device and the spot is on the lens, the laser beam cannot be reflected. Since the initial operation is not performed, the disc naturally does not rotate and remains stationary while being loaded in the reproducing apparatus. A string for manually moving the disk from a stationary state and a member such as a return elastic material for returning to a predetermined position when the string is loosened after pulling the string are placed near the outer periphery of the disk at a certain interval. It is provided. The string for moving the disk has a structure in which the cleaning disk cannot be pulled beyond a certain level in order to move the cleaning disk within a predetermined range, and has a length that goes out from the reproducing apparatus disk insertion port. When the string for moving the disk is pulled forward, if the elastic material of the cleaning disk is a spring, it will be crimped to the end of the playback device disk insertion slot and bent into a bow shape. If it is a stretchable elastic material that returns to its original position by the restoring force, only the tip caught at the playback device disc insertion slot is pulled and extended by the action of the prevention stopper provided at the end of the elastic material. The cleaning member is repeatedly moved on the surface of the optical pickup lens by repeating this series of operations by pulling back the string by pulling the string, loosening the string by the restoring force of the material, and cleaning is performed without rotating. Is called.

The cleaning disk of the present invention has a structure in which the cleaning member does not rotate in the reproducing apparatus and the cleaning member comes into contact with only the lens of the optical pickup and can be cleaned. As described above, the present invention has an advantage in that it is possible to clean only the objective lens, which is impossible with the conventional product.

FIGS. 3 and 4 show the first embodiment. When the cleaning disk 1 in which the laser light shielding material 3 is not attached to the cleaning disk 1 is inserted into the disk insertion port 8 of the reproducing apparatus 7, the reproducing apparatus 7 enters an operating state. When the elastic material 4 is pressure-bonded to the left side of the disk insertion port 8 or an elastic material having elasticity is used, the cleaning knob 1 is repeatedly operated on the surface of the optical pickup lens 9 by the operation of the stopper knob. Cleaning is automatically performed by the cleaning member 2 provided on the disk 1.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show the second embodiment. When the cleaning disk 1 with the laser light shielding material 3 attached to the cleaning disk 1 is inserted into the disk insertion port 8 of the reproducing apparatus 7, the reproducing apparatus 7 enters an operating state and is The elastic material 4 is disposed on the left side of the disk insertion port 8. In this case, the cleaning disk 1 does not rotate by the laser light shielding material 3, and when the knob 6 provided on the string 5 attached to the other side of the elastic material 4 is pulled, it moves in a clockwise direction and elastically moves. When the material 4 is pressure-bonded to the left end of the disk insertion port 8 of the playback device 7 or an elastic material having elasticity is used, the stopper knob, and this time, it moves counterclockwise due to the repulsive force due to each operation. As described above, the cleaning disk 1 is repeatedly operated on the surface of the optical pickup lens 9 by repeated operations, and cleaning is performed by the cleaning member 2 provided on the cleaning disk.
