Description
a)送信器による光プローブの方向に近赤外の測定信号の送信を制御する工程と、
b)測定信号の送信に応じた戻り信号を光プローブを介して受信器で受信する工程と、 c)戻り信号を処理し、それからセンサの状態を推論する工程と、
d)工程c)で確定したセンサの状態に基づき、送信器による光プローブの方向に近赤外に属さない波長での第2信号の送信を同時に測定信号の送信を制御又は制御しないとする工程とを備えている。

Claims (6)
- 制御筐体(2)及び光プローブ(3)で構成されるセンサで、
前記制御筐体(2)が、
近赤外の測定信号(19)を光プローブ(3)の方向に送信可能な送信器(4)と、
前記測定信号(19)の送信に応じて、前記光プローブ(3)を経由して、戻り信号(24)を受信可能とする受信器(6)とを備え、
前記送信器(4)が、前記近赤外に属さない波長の第2信号を送信可能とする多重波長送信器で、
前記制御筐体(2)が、前記戻り信号(24)から確定した前記センサ(1)の状態に応じて、測定信号として同時に送信機(4)からの前記第2信号を前記光プローブ(3)に送信する制御を選択的に可能とする処理モジュール(14)を備えていることを特徴とするセンサ。 - 前記光プローブが、一組の光ファイバー(5,7)を備え、前記光ファイバーの各端部が前記制御筐体(2)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 前記第2信号が、可視信号であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 前記第2信号が、紫外線信号であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 前記処理モジュール(14)が、前記戻り信号(24)の特性に応じて、前記第2信号の送信を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のセンサ。
- 送信器(4)及び受信器(6)を有する制御筐体(2)と、光プローブ(3)とから成るセンサ(1)を操作する方法において、
前記方法が、
a)近赤外の測定信号(19)の前記送信器(4)で、前記光プローブ(3)の方向に送信を制御する工程と、
b)前記測定信号(19)の送信に応じた前記光プローブ(3)を経由した戻り信号(24)を前記受信器(6)に受信する工程と、
c)前記戻り信号(24)を処理し、そこから前記センサ(1)の状態を推論する工程と、
d)工程c)で確定した前記センサ(1)の状態に応じて、前記近赤外に属さない波長の第2信号の前記送信器(4)による前記光プローブの方向での送信を、同時に前記測定信号の送信として制御又は制御しない工程とから成ることを特徴とする方法。
