Description
The present invention relates to an acidic hair dye composition.
In an acidic hair dye composition, it is important as basic performance to improve hair dyeing power and to suppress fading after hair dyeing. However, in the case of a specific acidic dye composition, when such basic performance is enhanced, there is a problem that the variation in color tone is remarkably different in the hair after hair dyeing. Such variations in color tone are likely to appear as a difference between the color tone of the hair tip part and the color tone of the vicinity of the root in the hair after dyeing. To describe this phenomenon in detail, the tip portion of the hair is often exposed to an external environment for a long time, and frequently undergoes chemical treatment such as permanent wave, while the portion near the root of the hair. The period of exposure to the external environment is short and the frequency of chemical treatment is low. For this reason, the chemical properties of the hair protein in the hair tip part and the root vicinity part are different from each other. Here, since the chemical properties of the acid dyes are also different depending on the type of the acid dye, there is a difference in the affinity and penetrability of the acid dyes to the hair. In addition, the difference in affinity and permeability of these acidic dyes to hair is also caused by the difference in chemical properties of hair proteins. And in specific acid dyes, the affinity and penetrability to hair is presumed to be easily influenced by the difference in chemical properties of hair proteins. The difference from the color tone of the part becomes remarkable. That is, with hair dyeing with a specific acid dye, it has been extremely difficult to achieve dyeing with less unevenness in addition to fully exhibiting basic performance such as improvement of hair dyeing ability and fading after hair dyeing. .
This invention is made | formed by finding the effect of the specific alkylene glycol ester with respect to a specific acidic dye in an acidic hair dye composition. Among the (B) alkylene glycol esters, one kind selected from diethoxyethyl succinate, POE (10) POP (2) dimyristyl adipate, and POP (3) dimyristyl adipate from the viewpoint of excellent action and effect described above. preferable. In the “International Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary and Handbook” (ICID, issued by the American Cosmetic Industry Association), diethoxyethyl succinate is listed as “DIETHOXYETHYL SUCCINATE”, and adipic acid POE (10) POP (2) dimyristyl is “ DI-PPG-2 MYRETH-10 ADIPATE ”and POP (3) dimyristyl adipate are listed as“ DI-PPG-3 MYRISTYL ETHER ADIPATE ”.
Here, generally, when an acid dye adheres to the scalp and the scalp is dyed, the color of the scalp tends to hardly fall off. For this reason, when apply | coating acidic hair dye to the root part of hair, it is preferable to apply | coat so that acid hair dye may not adhere to a scalp as much as possible. In particular, when hair that has newly grown after hair dyeing is further dyed, by applying acidic hair dye at the root part of the hair so that the acid hair dye does not adhere to the scalp, the newly developed root The hair coloring power can be exerted on the hair of the part. However, at the base part of the hair, when applying the acidic hair dye and leaving it to stand, due to the effect of sebum etc., the acidic hair dye moves in the direction of the hair tip, so that the hair coloring power to the root part is sufficiently obtained. It tends to be difficult. Among the (B) alkylene glycols represented by the general formula (1), from the viewpoint that the hair dyeing power with respect to such a root portion can be sufficiently obtained, B in the general formula (1) preferably has 4 or more carbon atoms. Alkylene glycol ester which is alkylene, more preferably at least one of POE (10) POP (2) dimyristyl adipate and POP (3) dimyristyl adipate. In the alkylene glycol ester in which B in the general formula (1) is an alkylene having 4 or more carbon atoms, it is presumed that the hydrophobic alkylene chain improves the familiarity of the acidic hair dye with respect to the root part of the hair. As a result, the hair dyeing power with respect to the root part of the hair is easily exhibited.
Content of (B) alkylene glycol ester in an acidic hair dye composition becomes like this. Preferably it is 0.1-30.0 mass%, More preferably, it is 0.5-25.0 mass%. (B) When content of alkylene glycol ester is less than 0.1 mass%, there exists a possibility that the effect mentioned above may become difficult to be acquired notably. On the other hand, when it exceeds 30.0 mass%, there is a possibility that the feel of hair becomes heavy.
The blending amount of (B) alkylene glycol ester with respect to (A) acid dye is a mass ratio of (A) acid dye and (B) alkylene glycol ester, and is preferably in the range of 1: 100 to 1: 2. preferable. By blending the (B) alkylene glycol ester within this range, it is easier to suppress fading after hair dyeing, and it becomes easy to remarkably increase the uniformity of dyeing.

Among the hair penetrants, aromatic alcohol is preferable from the viewpoint of excellent effect of improving hair dyeing power.
The content of the hair penetrant in the acidic hair dye composition is preferably 0.01 to 3% by mass, more preferably 0.05 to 2% by mass, and still more preferably 0.1 to 1% by mass. Since the hair dyeing power is improved by blending the (B) alkylene glycol ester, the acidic hair dye composition of the present embodiment can reduce the blending amount of the hair penetrant. In particular, when an aromatic alcohol is blended as a hair penetrant, it is easy to significantly increase the hair dyeing power even when the blending amount is, for example, 3% by mass or less. For this reason, the solvent odor resulting from the mixing | blending of aromatic alcohol can be reduced.

The acidic hair dye composition of this embodiment is prepared as an emulsion, a solution, a dispersion, or the like. The dosage form of the acidic hair dye composition is not particularly limited as long as it has a fluidity, and examples thereof include liquid, mist, foam, cream, and gel. The application method to hair is not specifically limited, The application method using a comb or a brush, the application method by a hand comb, the application method by spraying (spraying), etc. can be used. Such an acidic hair dye composition is allowed to stand for a predetermined time after being applied to the hair. The hair is dyed in a desired color tone by (A) adsorption of the acid dye on the surface and penetration of the (A) acid dye into the hair. At this time, the (B) alkylene glycol ester represented by the general formula (1) has a single bond or a hydrocarbon group represented by B in the general formula (1), and a site centered on the carbonyl group and the site thereof. It has two alkyloxy groups located symmetrically. Such (B) alkylene glycol ester is presumed to penetrate (A) the acid dye into the hair so as to wrap the molecule of (A) the acid dye by a pair of hydrophilic sites. It is presumed that the penetrating power of the (A) acid dye to the hair is moderately adjusted by the interaction between the (B) alkylene glycol ester and the (A) acid dye. For example, it is speculated that (A) the penetrating power of acid dyes is exerted in a well-balanced manner with respect to sites where differences in the chemical properties of hair proteins are likely to occur, such as the hair tip site and the root vicinity site, Variation in color tone is suppressed in the hair after dyeing.

According to the embodiment described in detail above, the following effects are exhibited.
(1) In the acidic hair dye composition of the present embodiment, (A) as an acidic dye, at least one selected from black 401, purple 401, and Daidai 205, and the general formula (1) are shown. (B) An alkylene glycol ester is contained. By the way, in general, the hair dyeing power of an acid dye is improved by blending a hair penetrant such as an aromatic alcohol. In general, fading of hair dyed with an acid dye is suppressed by adding a hair penetrant such as an aromatic alcohol. However, in the above-mentioned (A) acidic dye, although the hair dyeing power and the like can be improved by blending a hair penetrant such as an aromatic alcohol, variation in color tone becomes remarkable in the hair after hair dyeing. The (B) alkylene glycol ester contained in the acidic hair dye composition of the present embodiment is capable of enhancing basic performances such as hair dyeing power and fastness, in addition to the above (A) acidic dye. A) When hair is dyed with an acid dye, variation in color tone can be suppressed. For this reason, according to the acidic hair dye composition of this embodiment, it is easy to increase the hair dyeing power and to suppress fading after hair dyeing, and to improve the uniformity of the color tone after dyeing.
Moreover, since (B) alkylene glycol ester has the effect of improving hair dyeing power, even if it reduces the compounding quantity of hair penetrants, such as aromatic alcohol, sufficient hair dyeing power can be obtained. Therefore, the solvent odor resulting from the blending of such a hair penetrant can be reduced. Furthermore, since it is also possible to comprise an acidic hair dye composition without blending a hair penetrant, the solvent odor can be eliminated. Therefore, according to the acidic hair dye composition of the present embodiment, it is easy to reduce an unpleasant odor such as a solvent odor at the time of use. As a result, the hair dyeing treatment can be comfortably performed.
(2) (A) Acid dye and (B) alkylene glycol ester are preferably contained in a mass ratio of 1: 100 to 1: 2. In this case, it is easy to remarkably improve the uniformity of the color tone after dyeing.
(3) The acidic hair dye composition preferably further contains an aromatic alcohol as a hair penetrant. In this case, it is easy to significantly increase the hair coloring power. In addition, since the hair dyeing power of the acidic hair dye composition of the present embodiment is enhanced by the (B) alkylene glycol ester, the content can be reduced even when an aromatic alcohol is contained. It is. For this reason, even if it is a case where hair dyeing power is raised notably, as a result of being easy to reduce the solvent odor resulting from the mixing | blending of aromatic alcohol, it comes to be able to give a hair dyeing process comfortably. .

The product form of the acidic hair dye composition may be, for example, a color treatment in addition to the hair manicure. Hair nail polish is a hair dye that is dyed to a desired color tone by a single hair dyeing operation, whereas color treatment is applied to the hair by daily hair care or the like, so that the hair dyeing process is repeated. As a result, the hair dye is gradually dyed to a desired color tone. Even when the acidic hair dye composition of the present embodiment is applied to a color treatment, the effects described in the above section (1) can be exhibited each time the color treatment is used.

The paneler visually observes the extent to which the hair root is dyed, whereby the dyeability is excellent: ◎, the dyeability is good: ◯, the dyeability is slightly bad: △, and the dyeability is bad: × The four grades were evaluated.
In Examples 2, 3, 5, 6 , 8, 9, 11, 12 and Reference Examples 1 , 4, 7 , and 10 , the (A) acid dye and the (B) alkylene glycol ester were in the range of 1: 100 to 1 : Since it was mix | blended by the mass ratio of 2, the result excellent in dyeing fastness and leveling property was obtained. In Examples 2, 3, 8, 9, 11, and 12 and Reference Examples 1 , 7, and 10 , since aromatic alcohol was contained as a hair penetrating agent, excellent results for hair dyeing power were obtained.
On the other hand, although the aromatic alcohol was mix | blended as a hair penetrant in the comparative example 1, the leveling property was unsatisfactory. Thus, even if it mix | blends a hair penetrating agent with respect to the said (A) acidic dye, it cannot implement | achieve dyeing without a nonuniformity. In Comparative Examples 2 and 3, POE (40) hydrogenated castor oil or dioctyl succinate is blended in addition to the acid dye (A). Here, POE (40) hydrogenated castor oil and dioctyl succinate are structurally similar to the (B) alkylene glycol ester. However, in Comparative Examples 2 and 3, poor results were obtained for all items of hair dyeing power, dyeing fastness, and leveling property.
In Comparative Examples 4 to 9, an acidic dye other than the (A) acidic dye and the (B) alkylene glycol ester are blended. However, in Comparative Examples 4 to 9, since the hair dyeing power and leveling property were poor or somewhat poor, the above (B) alkylene glycol ester had an excellent effect on the above (A) acidic dye. You can see that it works.
