Description
The present invention provides a deck board disposed opposite to each other, a plurality of girders for connecting the deck boards, a reinforcing rib extending along an inward surface of the deck board, and the deck board. The present invention relates to a synthetic resin pallet including an insertion hole that is opened in a side surface portion and extends between adjacent girder portions.
Conventionally, a two-way pallet or a four-way pallet is used as a synthetic resin pallet used when transporting and storing various articles. As these synthetic resin pallets, for example, those disclosed in
This kind of synthetic resin pallet is formed in a flat and substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is roughly composed of two deck boards arranged opposite to each other in parallel vertically and a plurality of girders connecting these deck boards. Yes. Further, each side surface portion is formed in a region of four sides between these deck boards. Further, the gap between adjacent beam portions is an insertion hole for inserting a fork of a forklift or a pallet truck, and the insertion hole is formed so as to penetrate the opposing side surface portions. A plurality of reinforcing ribs extending so as to intersect vertically and horizontally are formed on the inward surface of the deck board.
Such a synthetic resin pallet has many excellent properties such as impact resistance, durability, and moldability, but on the other hand, it may be difficult to slip. Therefore, a sheet-like anti-slip member made of a polymer material called an anti-slip tape is usually attached to the article mounting surface (hereinafter referred to as “mounting surface”) of the deck board. As a material of such an anti-slip tape, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin tape (for example, one described in Patent Document 4), or an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer using a metallocene catalyst, Examples thereof include resin tapes (for example, those described in Patent Document 5) that are composed of a polypropylene resin and a compatibilizer. Moreover, about the hardness, generally 90-96 (Shore A hardness) grade is considered preferable. Such an anti-slip tape is inserted and welded into a linear groove provided on the mounting surface in order to maintain sticking durability. The welded anti-slip tape protrudes upward from the mounting surface and comes into contact with the bottom of an article to be loaded or another pallet so that the anti-slip effect is exhibited.
In the synthetic resin pallets of
Therefore, in recent years, it has been proposed to use a synthetic resin pallet provided with the above-described anti-slip tape excellent in durability and economy in the paper industry.
By the way, in the paper manufacturing industry, a paper product placed on one pallet has a weight of, for example, 800 kg. When using a synthetic resin pallet as disclosed in
That is, the anti-slip tape is formed so as to protrude upward from the mounting surface of the deck board, and the strength is sufficiently secured by the reinforcing rib, so that when the paper product is placed, the bottom surface is pushed upward. In this way, it will be supported. Therefore, the inconvenience that an indentation is formed on the bottom surface by the non-slip tape occurs. Dozens of paper products laminated in the vicinity of the bottom surface where the indentations remain are discarded as they cannot be shipped as products, and the cost for that is wasted.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides a synthetic resin pallet that does not form an indentation on the bottom surface of an article to be placed and can be stably laminated with excellent slip resistance. With the goal.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention proposes the following means. That is, the present invention provides a deck board disposed opposite to each other, a plurality of girders for connecting the deck boards, a reinforcing rib extending along an inward surface of the deck board, and the deck board. A two-way insertion type synthetic resin pallet provided with a pair of insertion holes that open in parallel to each other between the adjacent girder portions, and the article mounting surface of the deck board is It continues throughout the synthetic resin pallet in the extending direction of the insertion port, is provided to project on the article mounting surface of at least one of the deck boards, and is disposed near the center in the width direction of the insertion hole, and It comprises a slip member extending across the extending direction of the article mount surface along the extending direction of the insertion hole, the reinforcing ribs, the plurality extending in the extending direction of the insertion hole first And a plurality of second reinforcing ribs extending in a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the insertion hole and connecting between the beam portions, the first reinforcing rib and the second reinforcing rib A plurality of grommets are disposed at a part of the intersecting portion, and the anti-slip member is separated from the plurality of first reinforcing ribs and the plurality of grommets and overlaps only with the second reinforcing ribs. The width direction dimension of the anti-slip member is in the range of 5% to 10% with respect to the width direction dimension of the insertion hole.
According to the synthetic resin pallet of the present invention, the anti-slip member provided so as to slightly protrude from the article mounting surface (hereinafter referred to as “mounting surface”) of at least one deck board is near the center in the width direction of the insertion hole. And extends along the extending direction of the insertion hole. Moreover, this anti-slip | skid member is arrange | positioned in the position which remove | deviated so that it may not mutually overlap a position on the reinforcement rib which has the same extension direction. Therefore, when an article such as a paper product having a relatively large weight is placed on the mounting surface of the deck board, the upper surface portion where the anti-slip member protrudes is pressed against the bottom surface of the article, and the anti-slip member of the deck board is arranged. The portion to be installed is easily bent downward due to elasticity.
That is, as in the prior art, the upper surface of the anti-slip member is not supported by firmly pushing up the bottom surface of the article to be placed, but is pushed down by the weight of the article and its own elasticity, thereby preventing the slip. Since it moves downward so as to be substantially horizontal with the mounting surface of the portion corresponding to the upper portion of the deck portion of the deck board slightly spaced from the member, formation of indentations on the bottom surface of the article is prevented.
Further, since the article is supported together with the mounting surface of the deck board in this way, a local load is not easily applied to the anti-slip member, and thus the anti-slip member is prevented from being peeled off or damaged, and durability is improved.
In addition, since the dimension in the width direction of the anti-slip member extending along the insertion hole is in the range of 5% to 10% with respect to the dimension in the width direction of the insertion hole, the anti-slip effect of the anti-slip member is sufficient. Indentation at both ends in the width direction of the anti-slip member is prevented.
That is, when the dimension in the width direction of the anti-slip member is less than 5% of the dimension in the width direction of the insertion hole, the anti-slip effect of the anti-slip member cannot be sufficiently obtained, and when the dimension exceeds 10%. Since the end of both sides in the width direction of the anti-slip member that is pushed by the article to be placed and curves in a substantially concave shape protrudes upward, there is a risk of forming indentations on the bottom surface of the article. The above-mentioned range is preferable.
Further, when the article is not mounted on the synthetic resin pallet, the mounting surface of the deck board is substantially flat, and the anti-slip member protrudes upward from the mounting surface. Therefore, for example, even in the case where a plurality of these synthetic resin pallets are automatically stacked on the production line, the synthetic resin pallets adjacent in the vertical direction are stabilized by the non-slip members, and slipped or collapsed. It can be accurately stacked without any problems.
According to the synthetic resin pallet of the present invention, the anti-slip member is disposed on the article mounting surface of the deck board, and the deck board is elastically deformed and bent near the portion where the anti-slip member is disposed. It is formed to be easy. Then, when the article is placed on the article mounting surface of the deck board, the portion where the anti-slip member is disposed is bent by the weight of the article, so that an indentation is formed on the bottom surface of the article by the anti-slip member. There is no such thing. In addition, since the anti-slip property of the article mounting surface is sufficiently ensured by the anti-slip member, even when a plurality of synthetic resin pallets are stacked, they do not slide or collapse, and are excellent in stability.
The synthetic resin pallet according to the present invention is a two-way insertion type synthetic resin pallet including a pair of insertion holes extending in parallel with each other.
According to the present invention, a pair of insertion holes extending in parallel with each other is provided, and no other pair of insertion holes is provided, so that a so-called two-way synthetic resin pallet is formed. Has been. These insertion holes pass through the two opposing side surface portions between the deck boards, and are adjacent to each other at both ends in the width direction perpendicular to the extending direction over substantially the entire length in the extending direction. It is formed so as to be sandwiched between girders. Therefore, the insertion hole is formed to have a strength (load resistance) with respect to weight substantially uniformly over substantially the entire length in the extending direction.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the

In addition,
In addition, two

Next, the operation when the paper product (article) P is placed on the
When a paper product P having a weight of about 800 kg is mounted on the
That is, the upper surface portion of the
At this time, bending stress is generated in the
As described above, according to the
That is, the upper surface of the
Further, since the paper product P is supported together with the mounting surface of the
Further, since the
Further, since the dimension D2 in the width direction of the
Here, when the dimension D2 in the width direction of the
Further, when an article such as paper product P is not mounted on the
In addition, using a wooden pallet as in the past, it is excellent in durability and economy, without losing its shape at an early stage or causing wood chips etc. during transportation to affect the machinery in the production line. .
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example, A various change can be added in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention.
For example, in the present embodiment, the description has been given on the assumption that the
In the present embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the thickness dimension T1 of the
In this embodiment, the paper product P is mounted on the
