Description
The present invention relates to a blood collection table that is placed on a table for blood collection and supports the body arm of the blood sampled person, and more particularly to a blood collection table in which a support surface that supports the arm is covered with a sheet.
In blood collection performed for a blood test or the like, a blood collection needle attached to a syringe or a vacuum blood collection tube holder is pierced until it reaches a vein in the arm of the blood collection subject. At that time, a blood collection table is used to stably place the arm through which the blood collection needle is inserted. This blood collection table has various forms such as a pillow-shaped table placed on a work table or the like and a table provided with legs that can be placed on the floor (for example,
In the conventional blood collection table, the member on which the arm of the blood sample is placed is composed of a relatively soft member such as a cushion material, and the support surface that comes into contact with a part of the body in the member such as the cushion material is hygienic. From a general viewpoint, it is covered with a cover material such as cloth (for example, Patent Document 3).
For example, a portable and compact blood collection table is suitable for blood collection for medical examinations in the workplace and blood collection in hospital wards. Therefore, relatively large ones such as the blood collection bed shown in
In addition, when blood collection is continuously performed from a large number of blood collection subjects in a health examination or the like, a blood collection table may be reused for a plurality of blood collection subjects. In blood collection, blood may be scattered on the blood collection table. Reuse of a blood collection table to which another person's blood is attached is not only unsanitary but may be an infection route for infectious diseases. Even if blood is not attached, it is difficult to say that it is hygienic that a blood collection table in contact with another person's body is reused as it is. However, each time a blood sample is changed, the cost required for blood collection increases if the blood collection table is replaced or the blood collection table is made disposable. Moreover, the operation | work which replaces | covers a cover material for every blood collection is complicated, and a blood collection operation becomes inefficient.
Patent Document 3 discloses a blood collection table whose cover can be continuously replaced, but it is not clear how the cover after use is handled. If the cover after use is separated and thrown away, the cover after use must be cut and thrown away every time the blood sample is changed, and the work is complicated. Moreover, since the separated cover is bulky, a large-capacity medical trash can is required. Furthermore, in this blood collection table, when replacing the roll cover or the folding cover, the upper member of the blood collection table is removed or the blood collection table is turned over. The operation of removing the upper member of the blood collection table is complicated in the middle of performing a large number of blood collections. Also, if the blood collection table is turned over, the cover that is contaminated by blood and comes into contact with the mounting surface such as a desk is not preferable. In addition, since the new cover comes in contact with the mounting surface such as a desk, it is necessary to replace the portion in contact with the mounting surface when using it, which increases the number of work steps and wastes a part of the cover. Become.
Further, in the blood collection table placed on the table, as shown in Patent Document 4 and Patent Document 5, the support surface for supporting the arm of the blood sample is inclined so that the wrist is below the elbow. Yes. A blood collection operator such as a nurse pierces the arm with a blood collection needle from the wrist side of the blood sample. In such a blood collection table, a space that can be formed below the support surface is limited in order to preferentially adopt the height and inclination angle of the support surface suitable for blood collection. Further, it is not preferable that the cover material after use is exposed to the blood sampled side.
The present invention has been made in view of these circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to be able to continuously replace the sheet covering the support surface and to easily and hygienically replace the sheet roll. It is to provide a small blood collection table.
Another object of the present invention is that the support surface can support the arm of the blood sample in a posture with the wrist below the elbow, and a sheet roll and a used sheet are stored hygienically below the support surface. It is to provide a small blood collection table.
(1) A blood collection table according to the present invention comprises a support table having a support surface that can support the blood collection person's arm in a state of being placed on a table, and a belt-like sheet covering the support surface is wound in a roll shape. A sheet storage roll, a roll storage section that is provided at a first end side facing the blood collection person on the support base and below the support surface, and stores the sheet from the sheet roll so that the sheet can be pulled out; A sheet take-up unit that is provided on a second end side opposite to the first end of the support base and is provided below the support surface and winds up a sheet covering the support surface. The support base includes a support plate having the support surface and leg portions extending downward from the support plate. The sheet winding portion is provided on a leg portion of the support base , and is fitted into a bearing groove that opens to the second end and extends toward the first end, and is rotatably fitted in the bearing groove. A rotating shaft connected to the seat, and a lock member provided in the bearing groove for positioning the rotating shaft with respect to the opening side.
The blood collection table according to the present invention is used by being placed on a table. The tabletop means a worktable or a tabletop for collecting blood. The blood collection table placed on the table supports the arm of the blood collection subject during blood collection. The support surface that supports the arm is a part of the support table, and is generally the upper surface of the support table. This support surface is covered with a belt-like sheet. The band-shaped sheet is, for example, a sheet made of cloth, paper, or other material capable of absorbing blood, and has a width that can substantially cover the support surface of the support base, and is sufficiently longer than the support surface. is there. The belt-like sheet may be used repeatedly by washing or the like, but is preferably disposable from the viewpoint of hygiene and prevention of infection.
The belt-like sheet is accommodated in the roll accommodating portion as a sheet roll wound in a roll shape. The roll accommodating portion is provided below the support surface on the first end side of the support base. The sheet pulled out from the roll accommodating portion covers the support surface and extends from the first end to the second end. The first end and the second end are opposite ends of the support table, and the blood collection table is used in a posture in which the first end faces the blood collection subject. The longitudinal direction of the belt-like sheet is along the direction extending from the first end to the second end. A nurse or the like usually collects blood from a position facing the second end. For example, if the support surface is rectangular, both ends in the long side direction of the support surface correspond to the first end and the second end. And the longitudinal direction of a sheet | seat is extended along the long side of a support surface, and covers a support surface. The sheet covering the support surface is wound on the sheet winding unit on the second end side. Since the sheet winding unit is provided on the second end side that does not face the blood sample, the used sheet is not exposed to the blood sample.
The sheet take-up portion has a rotating shaft rotatably fitted in a bearing groove provided in a leg portion of the support base , and the rotating shaft is positioned by a lock member. The rotating shaft does not necessarily need to be supported rotatably only by the bearing groove, and the rotating shaft may be supported rotatably by the bearing groove and the lock member. Since the bearing groove opens at the second end of the support base below the support surface, the rotating shaft to which the sheet is connected can be inserted into the bearing groove without turning the support base upside down. Moreover, since the roll accommodating portion and the sheet winding portion are provided below the support surface, it is not necessary to extend the support base outward from the first end and the second end.
When the blood collection table is used, the blood collection person's arm is supported on the support surface covered with the sheet. And after blood collection, the sheet | seat which covers a support surface is wound up by a sheet | seat winding part. The winding of the sheet is based on the rotation of the rotating shaft, but the rotating shaft may be manually rotated or may be rotated by driving transmission from a motor or the like. Along with the winding of the sheet, an unused portion of the sheet is supplied from the roll accommodating portion to the support surface to cover the support surface. Therefore, the blood collection person's arm is always supported by the support surface covered with a new sheet. In addition, when the sheet winding unit winds the sheet, even if a force in the direction toward the opening of the bearing groove is applied to the rotating shaft through the sheet, the lock member positions the rotating shaft in the bearing groove. The shaft does not come off the bearing groove.
(2) The support surface may be an inclined surface that descends from the first end toward the second end.
Thus, the arm of the blood sample can be supported on the support surface in a posture with the wrist below the elbow.
(3) The lock member is provided at the back of the bearing groove and is rotatably provided between the first rotation position and the second rotation position, and the rotation shaft is rotatably supported in the inner space thereof. In addition, it may be a cylindrical member having an introduction groove in which the inner space and the bearing groove are continuous at either one of the first rotation position and the second rotation position.
The rotating shaft inserted into the bearing groove enters the inner space of the cylindrical member through the introduction groove at the back of the bearing groove. Thus, the rotation position where the rotation shaft can enter the bearing groove from the bearing groove is either the first rotation position or the second rotation position. When the cylindrical member is rotated to the other of the first rotation position or the second rotation position in the inner part of the bearing groove, the introduction groove does not continue with the bearing groove, so that the rotation shaft is rotatably supported in the inner space of the cylindrical member. However, it does not move from the inner space to the bearing groove. Thereby, a rotating shaft is positioned with respect to the opening side of a bearing groove.
(4) You may further provide the lever extended from the said cylindrical member and rotating the said cylindrical member.
Since the cylindrical member is easily rotated by this lever, operability is good.
(5) The roll accommodating portion opens at a first end of the support base, and closes the accommodating space in which the sheet roll can be loaded through the opening, and the slit in which the sheet can be pulled out. And a lid.
Since the roll accommodating portion opens at the first end of the support base below the support surface, the sheet roll can be loaded into the accommodation space without turning the support base upside down.
(6) One end of the rotating shaft may protrude to the outside of the support base, and a handle that rotates together with the rotating shaft may be provided at one end thereof.
Examples of the handle include those that can be held between fingers, such as a dial-shaped one provided at one end of the rotating shaft. This handle improves the operability when manually rotating the rotary shaft. In the present invention, the handle may be provided at at least one end of the rotating shaft, but the handle may be provided at both ends of the rotating shaft.
(7) The support surface may be constituted by an elastically deformable member supported by the support plate, and the bearing groove may be provided on each of the pair of leg portions.
The elastic deformation member is made of, for example, a sponge or a low-resilience polyurethane. By configuring the support surface with this elastic deformation member, it is possible to give a soft touch with little pain to the arm of the blood sample. The elastic deformation member is supported by a support plate, and the support plate is supported at a predetermined height on a work table by a pair of legs. The rotating shaft is rotatable with both ends in the axial direction supported by a pair of leg portions, respectively. In other words, the rotation shaft is installed on the pair of leg portions below the support plate. Thereby, the blood collection table can be reduced in size by using the space below the support plate as the accommodation space for the belt-shaped sheet wound around the rotation shaft.
(8) The elastic deformation member may be detachable from the support plate .
Thus, when blood or the like passes through the sheet and reaches the elastic deformation member, the elastic deformation member can be replaced. Moreover, when an elastic deformation member deteriorates, an elastic deformation member can be replaced | exchanged.
According to the present invention, since the sheet take-up unit is provided on the second end side of the blood collection table, the used sheet is not exposed to the blood sample, and a sanitary blood collection table is realized.
Further, since the bearing groove opens at the second end of the support base below the support surface, the rotating shaft to which the sheet is connected can be inserted into the bearing groove without turning the support base upside down. Thereby, the replacement | exchange operation | work of a sheet roll can be performed easily and hygienically.
In addition, since the roll accommodating portion and the sheet winding portion are provided below the support surface, it is not necessary to extend the support base outward from the first end and the second end, and a small blood collection base is realized.
In addition, since the used sheet is wound up by the rotation of the rotation shaft, and the unused portion of the sheet is supplied from the roll accommodating portion to the support surface and covers the support surface, the sheets covering the support surface are continuously collected during a plurality of blood collections. Can be exchanged.
Further, since the support surface is an inclined surface that descends from the first end toward the second end, blood is collected by supporting the blood collection subject's arm on the support surface in a posture with the wrist below the elbow. be able to.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described. In addition, this embodiment is only one embodiment of this invention, and it cannot be overemphasized that an embodiment can be changed in the range which does not change the summary of this invention.

[Schematic configuration of blood collection table 10]
As shown in FIG. 1, the blood collection table 10 has a size that can be placed on a work table or a desk on which blood is collected, and a blood collection person's arm is placed on the blood collection table 10 during blood collection. The blood collection table 10 includes a support table 11, a
[Support 11]
As shown in FIG. 4, the
In a state where the

On the
On the
As shown in FIG. 4,
As shown in FIG. 4, guide
As shown in FIG. 4, the

[Roll accommodating part 40]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a
As shown in FIG. 7, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the
As shown in FIG. 8,
As shown in FIG. 8, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
As described above, the height of the
When the
As shown in FIG. 3, when the
[Sheet Winding Unit 18]
As shown in FIG. 1, a
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIG. 9, the
A part of the outer
The
The
As shown in FIG. 5, when the
In the second rotation position, the
[Rotating
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The rotating
A
The

The blood collection table 10 is placed on a table and used for blood collection, and is particularly suitable for blood collection performed continuously from a large number of people as in a health examination. At the time of blood collection, an
As shown in FIG. 2, a finger is put on the through
The
The
As described above, the arm of the blood sample is placed on the upper surface of the
When the blood collection is finished and the arm of the blood sample is separated from the
The rotating
When all the
Thereafter, in the same manner as described above, a new

[Operational effects of this embodiment]
As described above, since the sheet take-up
Further, since the bearing

In addition, since the used
Even when a force in a direction toward the opening of the bearing
Further, since the upper surface of the
Further, since the
Moreover, since the
Further, since the
Further, since the support surface for supporting the arm of the blood sample is constituted by the
Further, the
Further, since the
[Modification]
In the embodiment described above, the used
As shown in FIG. 10, the rotating
The
Since the
The
The side on which the
The side on which the
The length between the
The outer
Although detailed description of the fitting portion 83 is omitted, the fitting portion 83 is connected to the
In the same manner as in the above-described embodiment, the
Even if the
In the above-described embodiments and modifications, the
