Description
Claims (6)
- 航空機の翼を前記航空機の胴体に取り付ける方法であって、前記方法は、
第1の測定デバイス(103)を前記胴体(101)の前記翼が取り付け可能な取付け部(102)に接続する工程と、
前記第1の測定デバイス(103)に対して所定の位置で前記取付け部に、第1の位置決めデバイス(105)を接続する工程と、
翼の第1の取付け点(211)の第1の目標z位置(201)で、前記胴体(101)に位置する穴の形態の位置マークを前記第1の位置決めデバイス(105)に移し替えて、前記第1の位置決めデバイス(105)における穴の形態の位置マークとする工程と、
前記第1の位置決めデバイス(105)にある前記穴を用いることによって前記第1の位置決めデバイス(105)を前記翼(107)に接続する工程と、
前記翼を前記胴体に向けて移動させる工程と、
前記翼の前記第1の取付け点(211)の第1の実際のz位置と、前記翼の前記第1の取付け点(211)の前記第1の目標z位置(201)との間の第1の差異を決定する工程と、
前記第1の差異が目標値と異なる場合、前記翼(107)を前記胴体(101)に対して調整する工程と、
を含み、
前記第1の差異の決定は、前記胴体(101)に接続された前記第1の測定デバイス(103)と、前記翼(107)に接続された前記第1の位置決めデバイス(105)とに基づいて実行される、方法。 - 前記翼(107)の第2の取付け点(213)の第2の実際のz位置と、前記翼の前記第2の取付け点(213)の第2の目標z位置(204)との間の第2の差異を決定する工程をさらに含み、
前記第2の差異の決定は、前記胴体(101)に接続された第2の測定デバイス(104)と、前記翼(107)に接続された第2の位置決めデバイス(106)とに基づいて実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の測定デバイス(103)に対して前記所定の位置で前記取付け部に前記第1の位置決めデバイス(105)を接続する工程は、スペーサ(301)によって実行される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 被せ取付けに基づいて前記翼(107)を調整する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 翼桁(108)と前記翼(107)との間の接触の決定に基づいて、前記翼(107)を調整する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の差異の決定は、電子決定デバイス(605)によって実行される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
