Description
ポリマーテープを予め張力下に置く工程、
ポリマーテープを位置決めする工程、
ポリマーテープを圧縮し、貼合せシートを得る工程を有する。
使用される支持体層は、好ましくはポリマーテープに結合するポリマーから形成されており、この場合この支持体層は、殊にフィルム、フォイル、スクリム繊維および不織布から構成されている群から選択される。
位置決めは、特殊な数の層に制限されるものではなく、3つ、4つまたはそれ以上の平面を"煉瓦積みのパターン"で積み重ねることができるものと理解すべきであり、この場合それぞれの層のポリマーテープは、強力な構造を備えさせることに関連して互いに"食い違う"関係を有する。
本出願人によって実施された付加的な試験は、殊に位置決めがポリマーテープを第1の平面内で離れて平行に並ぶ関係で配置することによって実施され、この場合テープ間の相互間隔は、ポリマーテープの幅より小さく、その後にポリマーテープが第2の平面内で離れて平行に並ぶ関係で配置され、この位置で第1の平面内の相互間隔が第2の平面内のポリマーテープによって覆われることを示した。このような位置決めの配置は、"煉瓦積みのパターン"と見なすこともでき、この場合それぞれの層のポリマーテープは、強力な構造を備えさせることに関連して互いに"食い違う"関係を有する。
Claims (14)
- 工程:
ポリマーテープを予め張力下に置く工程、
ポリマーテープを位置決めする工程、および
ポリマーテープを圧縮し、貼合せシートを得る工程を有する、芯材が外装材より高い溶融温度を有するような芯材外装材型の一方向に配置されたポリマーテープの貼合せシートを製造する方法において、前記貼合せシートが、複数本のポリマーテープをそれぞれ同一平面内で平行に並んだ関係で配置してなる2層以上のポリマーテープ層の積重ね構造を有し、かつ前記2層以上のポリマーテープ層のうち、隣接するポリマーテープ層を構成するポリマーテープ同士が、互いに食い違った状態で位置決め配置されることを特徴とする、ポリマーテープの貼合せシートを製造する方法。 - 芯材および外装材は、同じポリマーから形成される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 外装材が共重合体である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 芯材が延伸された単独重合体である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 位置決めが織布機中で実施され、この場合、ポリマーテープは、経糸として使用され、ポリマーテープより少ない厚みおよび質量を有する撚糸は、緯糸として使用されるか、またはポリマーテープは、緯糸として使用され、撚糸は、経糸として使用される請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 撚糸は、ポリマーテープの外装材の溶融温度より低い溶融温度を有するかまたはポリマーテープの外装材の溶融温度と等しい溶融温度を有する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 位置決めは、ポリマーテープを平行に並んだ関係で配置し、こうして配置されたポリマーテープを支持体層と接触させることによって実施され、その後にこのポリマーテープは、全体的に見て、ポリマーテープの外装材への支持体層の結合の目的のために圧縮される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 位置決めがポリマーテープを第1の平面内で離れて平行に並ぶ関係で配置することによって実施され、この場合ポリマーテープ間の相互間隔は、ポリマーテープの幅より小さく、その後にポリマーテープが第2の平面内で離れて平行に並ぶ関係で配置され、この位置で第1の平面内の相互間隔が第2の平面内のポリマーテープによって覆われる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。

- 位置決めは、ポリマーテープを平行に並んだ関係で配置することによって実施され、この場合それぞれのポリマーテープは、当該ポリマーテープに隣接して位置しているポリマーテープと重なり合う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項または請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項の記載により製造された貼合せシートを有するパネルを製造する方法において、該貼合せシートを別の貼合せシートの上面上に置き、一緒に圧縮し、圧力および熱を使用してパネルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項の記載により製造された貼合せシートを有するパネルを製造する方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項の記載により製造された貼合せシートを有するパネルにおいて、該貼合せシートが互いに向きを変えられる配置により積重ねられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項の記載により製造された貼合せシートを有するパネル。
- パネルが1つの表面上または2つの表面上に耐衝撃性材料の層を備えており、耐衝撃性材料が、金属、金属合金、ガラス、玄武岩質繊維、ガラス繊維、セラミックおよびアラミドから構成されている群からの1つ以上の材料から選択されたものである、請求項12に記載のパネル。
- 耐衝撃性用途のための、請求項11に記載の方法を使用することによって得られたパネルまたは請求項12または13に記載のパネルの使用。
