Description
Claims (13)
- 管腔と、基端セクションと、管腔に流体的に接続される切除窓部を形成する末端セクションとを有する外側管状部材と、
前記管腔内に配設され、基端部分と最終的に組み立てられるときに前記切除窓部に配置される切除先端を含む末端部分とを有する内側部材と、
前記基端セクションと前記基端部分とを維持するハブ組立体と、
前記ハブ組立体の末端側にある前記外側管状部材の領域をカバーする電気的に非導電性の材料と、
前記外側管状部材に電気的に接続されるワイヤと、を有するマイクロ切除器具であって、
前記機器は、前記切除窓部に近接し前記非導電性材料がないことによって特徴付けられる探針表面であって、少なくとも部分的には前記切除先端によって画成される探針表面を画成し、
前記ワイヤと前記内側管状部材との間に継続的な電気通信を確立する電気的結合と、
更に、電気的経路が前記ワイヤから前記探針表面へ確立される、マイクロ切除器具と、
前記外側管状部材に対して前記内側部材を回転させるために前記ハブ組立体に選択的に結合されるモータ駆動のハンドピースであって、当該ハブ組立体が前記マイクロ切除器具を当該モータ駆動のハンドピースから電気的に絶縁する、モータ駆動のハンドピースと、
刺激エネルギを前記ワイヤを介して前記探針表面に適用するために当該ワイヤに選択的に結合されるエネルギ源を有し、重要な身体的構造に対して当該探針表面の近辺を評価するように構成された誘発電位監視機器と
を有することを特徴とする外科用マイクロ切除システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記外側管状部材は前記ハブ組立体の末端側で長手方向に沿って湾曲していることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記モータ駆動のハンドピースは前記誘発電位監視器具に電気的に結合され、
更に、重要な身体的構造に対する前記探針表面の評価された近辺に基づいて前記誘発電位監視器具は前記モータ駆動のハンドピースの無能力化を促進するように採用されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記エネルギ源は人間組織を焼灼することができない低水準の刺激エネルギを生成することとして特徴付けられる、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記切除窓部は複数の歯を有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記切除先端は口部の周りに整列された複数の切除歯を有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記切除先端はバー(bur)であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記探針表面は少なくとも部分的には前記外側管状部材の露出された末端領域によって画成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記切除窓部に近接して終わる灌注経路と、
前記灌注経路に流体的に結合された灌注源と
を更に有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項9に記載のシステムにおいて、前記灌注経路は前記内側部材と前記外側管状部材との間に形成されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項9に記載のシステムにおいて、前記灌注経路は前記外側管状部材の外側に組み立てられた管を有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記器具は前記ワイヤと前記内側管状部材との間に継続的な電気通信を確立する電気的結合を更に有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記内側部材は管状で中央管腔を画成していることを特徴とするシステム。
