Description
The present invention relates to a rail device for a loader that is installed and used in a floor of a cargo compartment, a warehouse or the like of a cargo vehicle.
As a conventional example 1, for example, a loader rail device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-132594 is constituted by a groove-
The
As a conventional example 2, the loader rail device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-106488 is also provided with a groove provided in a load carrier floor of a vehicle or the like as shown in FIG. The loader travels in the rail while loading a load on the upper surface and transports it to a predetermined position. The structure of the loader and the method of using the loader are substantially the same as those of Conventional Example 1. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 of the publication, the loader is detachable from a loader body having a base body and a carrier body, guide means for guiding the lifting operation of the carrier body, and one end of the loader body. Actuator is provided.
As conventional example 3, the rail device for loader disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-347505 is composed of a groove-type rail provided on the floor of the cargo bed as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 of the publication. The floor cargo carrying device is fitted into the grooved rail. This on-floor cargo carrying device includes a main body frame having a loading platform that can run back and forth in a grooved rail provided on a floor surface, a roller plate that rotatably supports a plurality of running rollers, and a main body with respect to the roller plate. A link element that enables the frame to move in the front-rear direction, and an elevating mechanism that raises or lowers the main body frame with respect to the roller plate in accordance with the back-and-forth movement of the main body frame. In order to carry the cargo into the loading platform, the operation lever is operated to pull from the rear side to the front side. By this operation, the main body frame rises with respect to the roller plate, and the cargo and pallet are loaded on the loading base of the main body frame. When the cargo is pushed from the rear side to the front side from this state, the cargo on the floor is transported. The entire cargo loaded on the apparatus is transported in the rail toward the front end of the truck bed by the rolling of the traveling roller. In order to lower the cargo to the loading platform, the main body frame is lowered by lifting the operation lever so as to push it from the front side to the rear side, and the cargo is loaded on the floor surface together with the pallet. It is presumed that when the floor cargo carrying device is not used, it is taken out from the grooved rail and stored in a storage place provided on the truck.
In Conventional Example 1, Conventional Example 2, and Conventional Example 3, the rail provided in the floor on which the loader (“Freight Carrying Device” in Conventional Example 3) travels is a load receiving part (Conventional Example 2) In the conventional example 3, an opening is formed in the floor surface so that the “loading body” and “the loading frame of the main body frame” in the conventional example 3) can protrude above the floor surface. As a result, when the loader is not used, the loader is removed from the rail, and the opening remains open on the floor surface. Therefore, dust or the like enters from the opening, and the floor surface becomes uneven due to the opening. As a result, there is an inconvenience that the worker's walking and the carriage travel.
Of course, it is conceivable to flatten the floor by covering the opening of the rail with a cover plate. However, it is necessary to remove the cover plate from the opening when carrying luggage, but it is necessary to carry the removed cover plate to another place for storage. If the floor is deep and the depth of the floor is long, it is necessary to divide the cover plate into a plurality of parts. In such a case, it takes more time to handle the cover, and the floor is flattened. Make it more complicated.
An object of the present invention is to simplify a floor flattening operation.

As described above, the
