Description
The present invention relates to a soundproof partition box installed indoors in order to suppress noise generated during installation work of a partition device and other interior construction work.
Recent buildings are constructed with one floor open, and various partitioning devices are installed to partition the space inside the floor of this large building into a predetermined size. In other words, the partition device can be separated from the building body and installed later, and the size of the room can be set and changed freely. In recent years, each room (office space) is partitioned by the partition device. There are many cases.
In addition, a low partition composed of low-profile panels is often used in order to form individual small spaces within a relatively large office space partitioned by a partition device. In addition to the partitioning device, the space may be partitioned by a wall composed of a gypsum board and a lightweight steel frame.
By the way, when installing the partition device, generally, members such as partition panels, studs (poles), floor rails and ceiling rails are used. The floor rails are fixed to the floor surface and the ceiling rails are fixed to the ceiling surface. The panel is installed between the floor rail and the ceiling rail.
FIG. 9 shows a general partitioning device, but adjusters (b), (b),... Are arranged in places on the floor rail (a), and the adjusters (b), (b),. A partition panel (d) is placed on a baseboard (c) that is placed and supported at a predetermined height. The upper ends of the partition panels (d) are positioned by being fitted to the ceiling rail (e), and studs (f) are interposed between the partition panels (d), (d),. .
The office space is partitioned by the partition device configured as described above, but the size (width) of the office may be changed later. In such a case, the existing partition device is removed and a new partition is created. It is possible to create another office space by installing the device. That is, the partition device can freely change the office space without modifying the building body.
By the way, when the existing partition device is removed and a new partition device is installed, the partition panel, floor rail, ceiling rail, stud, etc. are cut into predetermined dimensions according to the specifications of the office space, and these members are It must be screwed in place. Individual members are manufactured at the factory, but the installation work of the partition device is a field work, and the noise generated at this time becomes very large.
Conventionally, the idea that the noise at the time of installation work of the partition device is accompanied and cannot be dealt with is a reality. Therefore, conventionally, in order to avoid inconvenience on the same floor and upper and lower floors of a building, the partition device is installed mainly in a holiday work or night work in an office space. Therefore, the labor contractor is forced to be harsh, and the construction period is prolonged because the construction is performed using such a time zone. Of course, interior work is not only partitioning, but common works such as building ceilings, walls, and floors are also accompanied by high noise.
A “soundproof box” according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-334168 is a soundproof box that is easily assembled and disassembled and has increased strength. Since the soundproof box is formed by using a panel body in which the side wall portion is vertically integrated, it is not necessary to stack the panel body, and the side wall portion is simply connected by using a connecting means on the left and right. The soundproof box can be easily assembled by forming and finally providing the cover, and disassembly can be facilitated by the reverse procedure, but the reinforcement is provided over the entire vertical direction of the panel body. The strength is increased by the strength, and the strength can be countered against wind pressure and minor collisions.
By the way, this soundproof box has strength that can withstand wind pressure, and is usually installed outdoors. Therefore, when using a rock drill or a consolidation machine inside the soundproof box, the generated noise is suppressed to some extent by the side wall and the cover. The soundproof box targeted by the present invention is not used outdoors and is used indoors.
Thus, although there exists what is a soundproof box installed outdoors, it is not necessary as a soundproof box which is installed indoors so as not to disturb the same floor and upper and lower floors. In other words, in a simple booth constructed by installing an ordinary partition panel, sound leaks from a slight gap due to lack of airtightness, and the partition panel itself does not have a sound absorbing function, and a certain level of noise leaks. End up. The level of noise required by the present invention is significantly different from conventional outdoor soundproof boxes. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a soundproof partition box that is installed in a building and has a soundproofing effect that does not matter even when working on the same floor.
When installing a partitioning device or constructing a building wall, ceiling, floor, etc., noise of up to about 100 dB is generated. This 100 dB is comparable in size to the noise under the guard when a train passes, and conventionally, holiday construction and night construction are performed so as not to bother the same floor and upper and lower floors of the building. Therefore, in the present invention, the light steel frame that is the foundation of the wall and ceiling of the building, or the on-site processing of each member such as the floor rail and the ceiling rail constituting the partition device is performed in the soundproof partition box, and the noise generated at this time However, it has a structure that prevents leakage from the soundproof partition box.
The soundproof partition box according to the present invention comprises a side wall portion and a ceiling portion by installing a plurality of panels, a door for opening and closing is attached to a part of the side wall portion, and a glass window is provided. However, an airtight material is attached so that sound does not leak from the gap of the door, and a window is provided for taking in light from the outside, and the window has a sound insulating structure. In addition, a ventilation fan is attached if necessary, but a soundproof hood is provided at the ventilation opening to prevent sound from leaking.
And the sound absorption panel which absorbs noise is used for the panel which comprises the side wall part and ceiling part of a box. The basic structure of the sound-absorbing panel is that the surface material is stuck on both sides of the filler, and the inner surface material has a honeycomb core that penetrates a plurality of small holes and is partitioned by a small space as the internal filler. In addition, a plurality of sheets are stacked. In addition, a thin sheet having a plurality of holes is interposed between the honeycomb cores. That is, the filler has a structure in which honeycomb cores and sheets are alternately laminated.
The soundproof partition box according to the present invention is assembled and installed at an indoor site of a building, and each member can be processed in the soundproof partition box. The cutting process that generates the largest noise reaches about 100 dB, but decreases to about 60 dB outside the soundproof partition box. The noise of 60 dB is the same level as that of a normal office, and there is no concern about the noise. In addition, the soundproof partition box not only blocks noise but also prevents dust and dust generated by cutting and the like from scattering into the building.
Since the partition sound absorbing panel has a plurality of small holes in the surface material, when noise is generated due to work inside the box, the noise passes through the hole in the panel and enters the interior, Absorbed by the material. That is, the filler inside the panel is constituted by a honeycomb core, and noise enters the space partitioned by the honeycomb core and attenuates. A honeycomb core as a filler is composed of a plurality of layers, and a thin sheet having fine holes is interposed between the honeycomb cores.
Therefore, a part of the noise that has entered from the small hole in the surface material is absorbed in the partition space of the honeycomb core, while the other part is separated from the adjacent honeycomb core through the hole in the sheet. Enter. And it is absorbed in this partition space. Furthermore, a part of the noise that has not been absorbed passes through the hole in the sheet and enters the partition space of the honeycomb core laminated on the rear side. However, since the hole is not penetrating through the opposite surface material (surface material outside the box), the sound leaking out is reduced.
In this way, the installation work of the partition device and other architectural interior work do not generate a great deal of noise, so there is no need to perform holiday work or night work as in the past, and work can be done in the daytime on weekdays. Become. As a result, the work environment is easy for workers and the construction period is shortened. The soundproof partition box of the present invention is constructed by assembling panels, which can be easily disassembled when the construction is completed, and can be reused by being transported to another site and assembled. It is. Furthermore, since it is a structure which connects a partition panel via a pole, the magnitude | size (width) can be freely adjusted by the field.
There may be no problem even if a loud noise is generated when installing the partition device or other interior construction work, and it is not always necessary to perform work such as cutting in the soundproof partition box according to the present invention. There is also. However, when an office already exists on the same floor or upper and lower floors, the soundproof partition box of the present invention is required to suppress a large noise.
FIG. 1 is a specific example of the present invention showing the appearance of a soundproof partition box for processing each member for building interior such as a partition device. Here, the architectural interior is a concept including a partition device, and mainly targets the wall, ceiling, and floor of the building, but does not limit the form and structure thereof. In the case of a partition device, a low partition, a toilet booth, and a moving partition are also targeted as a broad partition device.
By the way, the soundproof partition box of the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of partition
In the present invention, a lightweight steel frame as a base such as a wall or ceiling of a building, a floor rail and a ceiling rail of a partition device, and other members are cut into a predetermined length in the soundproof partition box. This soundproof partition box is provided with a function that can absorb noise generated inside so that the
FIG. 2 shows a part of the transverse section of the soundproof partition box, and FIG. 3 shows a part of the longitudinal section. Between the partition
Further, as shown in the longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 3, the partition
By the way, the partition sound-absorbing
The
By the way, when noise is generated in the soundproof box partitioned by the partition
However, a part of the sound wave that is not attenuated passes through the
In this way, the soundproof box of the present invention is constituted by the partition
Thus, in the present invention, a soundproof partition box that can be easily assembled is installed on the site, and each member of the partition device and a member for building interior are processed in the soundproof partition box. For example, partition panels, floor rails, ceiling rails, studs, gypsum boards constituting building walls and ceilings, and lightweight steel frames as base materials for mounting gypsum boards must be cut to predetermined dimensions. In addition, it is necessary to process holes, screw holes, and grooves in necessary places.
Here, the processing that generates the largest noise is the cutting processing, and the size is about 100 dB. This is comparable to the noise under the guard when a train passes. If this noise spreads to the surroundings, it will cause trouble on the same floor and upper and lower floors of the building.
However, if the soundproof partition box of the present invention is installed in a building and processed in the building, the noise that leaks outside through the soundproof partition box is reduced to about 60 dB. 6 and 7 show the magnitude of noise in that case.
FIG. 6 shows noise when a baseboard is cut with a high-speed cutter in the same room.
A: The noise at a position 3 m from the cutting machine becomes 98 dB without the soundproof partition box.
B: When a soundproof partition box is used, the noise at a position 3 m from the cutting machine is reduced to 64 dB.
C: When a soundproof partition box is used, the noise at a position 10 m from the cutting machine is 60 dB.
FIG. 7 shows the noise in the adjacent room 5 m away from the cutter when the baseboard is cut with a high-speed cutter.
A: 82 dB in the state without the soundproof partition box.
B: When a soundproof partition box is used, the value drops to 58 dB.
If a soundproof partition box is used, it is generally in the state shown in FIG. 7B. If the noise in the adjacent office is about 58 dB, the noise will not be bothered.
