Description
The present invention relates to a technique for recognizing a change in the shape and position of a workpiece conveyed along a predetermined conveyance path while the workpiece is being conveyed.
Conventionally, in an assembly process for assembling a vehicle of an automobile, there are various assembly lines such as an assembly line for assembling an engine and electrical components to a vehicle chassis, an assembly line for assembling a window glass and wheels to a vehicle, and an assembly line for painting a vehicle. It is used. By arranging these assembly lines independently and performing assembly work in each assembly line, work efficiency, product quality, and the like are improved.
Also, in the assembly line as described above, there are working robots that assist each work in order to shorten the work time, transport work objects made of heavy objects, position the work objects, etc. with high accuracy. It is introduced as appropriate.
In the work using the work robot as described above, unlike the manual work, the programmed operation is repeatedly performed. Therefore, when performing the adjustment of the operation, it is necessary to interrupt the work once and perform the adjustment. It is difficult to finely adjust the operation during work by the work robot.
For this reason, for example, due to a positional deviation between the work target and the work robot due to positioning error or the like, the work target and the work robot come into contact with each other, or the work target and a part to be assembled to the work target come into contact with each other. Etc. may occur. When such a problem occurs, problems such as product defects and breakage of the working robot occur.
As a means for solving the above problems, a technique such as
As shown in FIG. 10, the technique disclosed in
According to this, it is possible to accurately position the

Below, with reference to FIG. 1, the
In the following, the direction indicated by the arrow A in FIG. Further, the direction indicated by the arrow B in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the

As shown in FIG. 1, the assembling
As described above, by driving the
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the
Below, with reference to FIGS. 1-3, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Then, the recognizing
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the

The
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
Then, the recognizing
The
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the recognizing
Below, with reference to FIG.3 and FIG.4, the recognition method of the shape change of the surface of the

Note that the
When the workpiece shape change is small, instead of comparing the difference value dH with the threshold value T as described above, the difference value dH is moved from the position (P-1) to the position (P) by a predetermined amount. It is preferable to adopt a control configuration in which the differential value DH obtained by dividing by the amount dL (L (P) −L (P−1)) is compared with the threshold value T.
According to these, when the detectable distance of the linear distance to the workpiece by the third detection device according to the present invention is short (that is, the amount of movement detected by the second detection device is short) and when the shape change of the workpiece is small In this case, sufficient shape recognition is possible, and the types of workpiece shapes that can be recognized by the shape recognition apparatus according to the present invention can be increased. Therefore, the versatility of the

Below, with reference to FIG.6 and FIG.7, the
The above-described
In particular, the
Therefore, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
As shown in FIG. 6, a
The
Similar to the
At this time, the
(1) As shown in FIG. 7A, the shape recognition determination is performed only for a predetermined movement section S1 from the reference position Z, and is temporarily stored as a temporary step 17a every time the threshold value T is exceeded. Are temporarily stored as a
(2) As shown in FIG. 7B, if the threshold value T is not newly exceeded by the time the predetermined movement amount S2 is moved from the position when the threshold value T is exceeded, the threshold value The temporary step 17a when T is exceeded is recognized as the

As shown in FIG. 8, the

The
As shown in FIG. 8, the

Hereinafter, the

As shown in FIG. 8, the
The

And in the
In this way, the
