Description
金合金は物理的特性を追及するために金をベースとした組成に微量元素を添加することでゴールド色が退色することが知られている。そこで、物理的性質及び耐食性を損なわず、かつ審美的に優れたゴールド色を保つ為に添加元素の配合量を調整している。
多くのゴールド色を検討した結果、口腔内で特に優れた審美性を示す色調範囲が存在することを見出した。これらの色調範囲では多くの歯科医師や患者が審美感及び高級感を持ち、口腔内で調和が取れ違和感がなく用いることができる。
下記の組成表(表1)に基づいてそれぞれ秤量し、これらの地金を高周波溶解装置を用いてアルゴンガス雰囲気下において溶解してインゴットを作製した。ロストワックス法を用いて12mm×12mm×1mmの平板を鋳造し、得られた試験体は耐水研磨紙で最終#1200で表面を研磨した。
測色は各試験片の研磨面をミノルタ社製の分光測色計CM2002を用いてSCI方式で光源をD65とし2度視野にてL*a*b*を測定した。なお測定は金属の光反射による誤差を最小限にするため、試料表面をトレーシングペーパーでマスキングをおこなった。その際色差の測定は、純金を色彩基準値として各試験片との色差
また、口腔内に装着した場合に口腔内と調和し審美感をもたらすゴールド色かどうか調べるため、松風社製のポアーレジン(U3色)を用いて50×30×2mmの平角板1枚と、松風社製ヴィンテージハロー(A3色)を用いて10×10×1mmの天然歯牙色平板を2枚を作製した。平角板の中心に合金試験片を置き、左右に天然歯牙色平板を配置して、審美性に優れているかどうかを、歯科医師、技工士及び患者の20名を対象に調査を行った。評価は歯科医師、技工士及び患者が審美感をもたらすゴールド色と判断した試料の合計数が20〜16人を◎、15人〜11人を△、10人以下を×とした。その測定結果を表2及び表3に示す。
臨床での使用上問題がないか調べるため、臨床で行われている通法の工程、つまりロストワックス法で3本ブリッジを鋳造して作製し最終研磨まで行った。評価方法は問題なく使用できたを○、使用できなかったを×とした。
Claims (1)
- 金70〜75重量%、銀5〜9重量%、白金1〜4重量%、銅13〜17重量%、亜鉛0.1〜2重量%、及びイリジウム、レニウム、ロジウム及び/又はルテニウム0.01〜0.1重量%を含有し残部が不可避的不純物からなり、トレーシングペーパーを介在した測色値が、L*が79〜83、a*が4〜6、b*が10〜24である歯科鋳造用金合金。
